So glad the Ellis Apartments was there for us!!!

We needed to book this at the last minute because our plane was leaving from the Kos airport. We were staying in Kalymnos and planned to take the Monday morning ferry was maybe going to be cancelled due to the high winds so we booked and took the Sunday evening ferry. Elli was there to meet us with the key (though it was late at night) and we stayed in a wonderful, comfortable well equipped room for a very reasonable price. She even gave us a ride to the airport the next day.

The wifi seemed a bit weak.

thank you for the nice stay

-big and confortable room -very clean -very tidy -it had everything (soaps, towels, coffee machine, even a bottle of water etc) -very close to the airport

-a bit noice from airplanes but we knew it already, we stayed there to catch an early flight -no baby cot but it is also mentioned in the description of the place

Elli and her husband lovely nice people. We received eggs from there chickens and amazing tomatoes from there garden. The apartment is clean, well equipmentand and in an excellent location. My boys had so much fun looking at there animals and exploring around the garden and the plants . We're definitely coming again 😊😊

Perfect

We booked for one night only before heading off to another part of the island. The apartment was large, very clean and well equipped. Beautiful views also. We were offered an airport pick up for a small charge which was really helpful and they even dropped us off at a nearby restaurant for our evening meal for no charge. There is a nearby restaurant ran by the local policeman and his family- very authentic Greek food, tasted great and very reasonable too… and they even gave us free fruit and local wine. A very short but sweet stay!

The beauty of the area countryside and a short walk to the local store was very nice.

Number for local taxi would help, but my host called on my behalf and took me to the airport themselves. Big bonus

we do not recommend this place.

The sea breeze and the kind neighbors. nice and quite village

The apartment is located in a place that is hard for taxi drivers to find... when we finally arrived, we were expecting the host to meet us, but there was no one there. we wanted to take a shower but there was no water. after the water issue was solved, the toilet wouldn't flush. Also, the sofa was pretty discusting. But the worst thing was this: a day before our departure we have asked the host the get us a taxi for next morning's fairy, which leaves every 5 hours, he probably forgot, the taxi didn't come after saying that "it's on its way", we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with a baby and couldn't get out. we were so upset and the host didn't even apologize. We felt that no one cares that we are there. Half an hour after that fairy had left, the host said that he's father is coming to take us. We were gone by that time, too little and too late. Would not recommend!

Elli's place is truly home away from home

Elli and her husband are the best! Felt right at home. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The views are downright homey yet mountains and the ocean views were beautiful!

The appartment is in the middle of nowhere. Even taxi drivers couldn't find it and there's nothing in the vicinity so for everything a taxi is needed. The place was very dirty. There were hairs of other people in the bed and bathroom. In the whole place were dead mosquitoes lying around. The sheets had even blood stains from a previous visitor. The whole equipment is very old and looks dirty. You don't even want to sit on the couch. Beds are very uncomfortable as well. The host never appeared and I even had to ask for the key. There was not even a welcome message The only good thing is it's close to the airport. Not to recommend. Better stay in Mastihari.

Great place to relax

Very spacious, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden with the swing and dining space. My favourite Korres cosmetics in the bathroom is just a cherry on top! The owner was so kind and took us to the airport. The communication was perfect! Thank you for everything!

It’s located in a quite place and it’s very fresh even when the weather is really hot! Host is always gentle and at disposal.
