Excellent Hotel with exceptional Staff

The location was great. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything that we required. The breakfast was very good, and we dined there most evenings because the food was exceptional, with a great deal of choice. All the Staff were extremely efficient, and were always helpful, and keen to ensure we were happy with the service. They went above and beyond when we required Taxis booking. An exceptional hotel all around and we will definitely be staying there again.

Was good but wouldn’t recommend it unless prepared to walk in and out of town. Pool was very good and clean. Exactly wh

Staff were very helpful. Wouldn’t rate it as 4 star. The pool was the reason I booked. A bit of a walk up hill. About 15 mins from centre.

Bathroom very small. Otherwise was ok.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce na pobyt rodzinny i dłuższy postój w Bośni i Hercegowinie.

Bardzo miły personel, hotel czysty, menu restauracji.

Monotonne śniadania, kwasna woda w basenie (bardzo dużo chemii).

Staff was very nice and smiley. Pool was great and clean . Breakfast was okay, taste good but basic hotels breakfast, nothing I wouldn't expect.

The room was a little "rusty", it's obvious that the rooms are old. The bed was.... Ugh worst bed I have ever slept in, had a nice bad ache from it, it was a regular mattress and on top of that was memory foam mattress, the combination was killer, even my girlfriend was disappointed from it. When I laid into the bed I just vanished in the bed, it sucked me into it like a jello.

Fantastic location, quiet and a little off the beaten track but only an eight minute walk to centre

Excellent location, friendly staff, room kept really clean with fresh towels every day. Great Coffee.

Overall lovely experience with fantastic food.

The breakfast was lovely with fresh bread, meat and cheese, cereals, eggs and a selection of fruit. The rooms were extremely clean and the restaurant was the best food we had in Medjugorje. The staff were super friendly and nice.

It was really nice, I would recommend it!

The staff was very cordial and helpful. Breakfast was nice, served speacially for each table.

TV signal was bad, wi-fi signal was bad, and bathroom was a bit small and compacted.
