Jane Place was a great house for a group, conveniently located with great facilities.

The house was a wonderful size for a group. Great location, great pool, great space.

Ducted Air conditioning was a little bit and miss, sometimes it felt like it was working and sometimes not…particularly at night.

Despite the issues mentioned we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and well appointed and good location.

There were several chipped plates and the outside windows of bedroom 2 needed cleaning. The foliage outside of this window needed cutting back. The shower screen over the bath creates a water catchment and consequently during a shower it runs along, down the side and all over the floor. We first thought there was a leak! it required putting a towel on the floor outside the bath otherwise water runs into the hallway?

Overall a nice little house to stay in.

The beds were comfy. Backyard has a lovely view. Close to the main Street of Tanunda.

There was a coffee machine, but no coffee/tea provision. There are 2 bathrooms, however the second is outside in the granny flat. This made it a little difficult with 4 guests. The blankets in the hallway cupboard had stains on them.

Short Walk into Town - Property Does Need a Little TLC

Th Location was great and the house was pretty big

The property was advertised with 2 bathrooms and there was only one bathroom. The property was a little dirty and run down. The built in cupboards in the main bedroom had broken sliding doors which would not slide open / closed. The mirror lights in the bathroom did not work. There was a coffee machine but no Tea or coffee or Sugar. There were no cleaning products to wipe down the benches, like spray and wipe. The property is close to a school so noise from school kids on Weekdays.

Good location but in need of maintenance and therefore overall overpriced.

Good location, clean comfy beds. The pool looked nice and would be lovely in summer.

It said the property had 2 bathrooms, 1 was in the laundry and the other in a converted shed. The sofas were grubby and the light switch in the lounge/dining room is on the ceiling. The back gate was partially hanging and the back sliding door and wardrobe doors were coming off their hinges, this has been mentioned in previous reviews. The fridge and kitchen cupboards needed wiping. There was lots of pots and pans and crockery but no serving bowls or boards. not very equipped for a group weekend getaway.

Very comfortable beds, great outdoor entertainment area and excellent kitchen facilities. Easy proximity to centre of town

V close to excellent !

Location. Being shown personally how to work the technology out. Super clean and huge fridge. Lots of space. Beautiful vista to the back garden. Excellent walk down to the river and short walk to shops. Excellent ducted aircon and insulation meant the house was still warm even after being off all day

2 minor items let the place down from excellent - no plug 4 bathroom sink + difficult switch access to dining light (on the ceiling!) A covered area in the back would be nice so you can be outside despite the wet.

Disappointed as expected more luxury touches based on the nightly rate

Excellent location; walking distance to shops and restaurants; kitchen is modern; beds very comfortable; efficient ducted heating;

Overpriced; main bathroom tired looking, only one toilet for multiple guests, and opens onto living room; back door and wardrobe doors off tracks, previously mentioned in reviews but still not fixed; dining room small and dimly lit, bizarrely, dining room light switch on ceiling; bedside lamps useless; only narrow clothes racks in two of the bedrooms and, weirdly, coat hangers supplied were for 2 year-old's clothes.

A great short getaway. Would stay again

The location. The setting. The space. The pool.

No tea towel to dry up. No instructions for over complicated TV No instructions for any appliances. Fortunately we didnt need them as only there 1 night No wifi code to use music system. Host was going to sms this to me but it never did

Well appointed and well located accommodation in a fantastic town.

Well located in Tanunda with shops, restaurants and a few wineries all an easy walk. The pool set up and outdoor entertainment area are great.

Bathroom location away from the bedrooms is not ideal.

A relaxing summer stay in a quaint town

Excellent location and the pool is the main selling point. Comfortable bedrooms and kitchen had all the modern appliances. Clean apartment and the outside lawn and backyard setting with the dining table is great to enjoy.

The interior of the house seems a little old compared to the wonderful exertion - the front and back doors are a little stiff and needed a bit of force to open. Bathroom also a little old fashioned. Overall, thought the place was overpriced but it is an excellent location and a private pool in summer is a big selling point.

Fabulous location, house and host!

Great big rooms and fully functional kitchen. Pool was awesome as well as sound system. Quality appliances. Very big comfortable beds! Tuoi was lovely!

The house was clean, comfortable and in a good location, but lacking the basics.

Location was good, close to everything.

No milk or coffee were available, however there was a coffee machine in the main house. The house is described as 4 bed / 2 bath, however, it was 3 bed / 1 bath in the main house & the other bed & bath were in a separate bungalow with a totally empty kitchenette. There were no tea or coffee making facilities there.

Well set up & well-positioned

A spacious house with comfortable beds in large bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the huge supply of ice for mixing drinks!

The host was wonderful. We were greeted at the property and shown how to operate the ducted air conditioning and inbuilt home sound system, which we controlled with our iPhones. The home was in Close proximity to all that we were at the Barossa for and required, Cafes, pubs, shops and of course, the wineries

Very well located to main street of Tanunda (5 minute walk) and surrounding Barossa Valley wineries

I spoke with the owner/manager that morning who explained exactly how to get entry to the property

1 bathroom incl toilet for 3 bedroom house of up to 6 adults. Bathroom door opened into the living room No separate toilet
