Relaxing, comfortable, great location and staff.

The location was wonderful. Close enough to the main squares and attractions of Athens yet far enough to be removed the rush of the tourists. Picturesque streets, with many restaurant and bar choices nearby. Property felt safe, clean, and had charm. Dimitris was a wonderful host and made our first stop in Greece well worth it. He was respectful, provided great recommendations for food and must sees as well as organized travel for us from the airport.

No complaints.

Fabulous apartment stay in the heart of the city.

Fantastic small hotel with large apartment style rooms which had everything you could ever need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quick walk everywhere in a secure location.

They bring the breakfast to your room at your specified time. The staff is outstanding and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space. Great location as you are close to the Acropolis and one of the main squares. Great air conditioning.

Nice place within a great location:)

Very nice, clean and private place. Breakfast worth of a 5 star hotel. Central location close to everything; places to visit, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. You don’t need to take transport to move around. The host helped to get transport for airport at very early morning.

Absolute best place to stay in Athens!

Athenian Residences is very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need during your stay. The breakfast is delicious offering fresh orange juice and nutritious food. You can arrange ride transfers through them as well. The owners are very kind and easy to communicate with. The location is perfectly placed by lovely cafes, restaurants, and historical sites. This is the best and only place to stay in Athens!

The location was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. Very close to major sites such as the Acropolis and wonderful restaurants and bars at your doorstep.

We really liked staying here. Cosy but comfortable. Close to major sites.

We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and stayed in one of the traditional front rooms, the brick ones at the front in the picture. We loved how quaint it was, with a narrow spiral staircase. it was reasonably comfortable (one bed not as comfy as the others) but location was great with local eateries and close to the Acropolis and shops, both small ones closer and the larger shopping centre not more than 10 minutes or so away.And fantastic breakfast every morning. Communication was excellent.

While there were some close areas with some run down buildings and graffiti, they are right next to some lovely cafes and bars, and shows the contrast of the area. Never felt unsafe walking around.

We were close to the city center with loads of fun bars and restaurants around , service was great .

There was unfiltered noise at least until 3am , the outdoor space doesn’t look as in the picture .

the property was very central to the main sights , plenty of restaurants close by, security at property very good.

the winding stairs between the first and second floor very narrow is between the living area and the bedrooms very steep and narrow

Breakfast was fine, great location.

Noise at night from close by parties (didn't expect that), and I would add a kettle to the kitchen. Other than that, all was just fine, worth the value.

Worth a stay!

Location, super friendly staff, pool to relax after a full day of walking through the City, comfortable beds, all interesting places of Athens within walking distance! Defenitely a great place to stay when in Athens and looking for a place in a inspiring and central area.

We stayed during the weekend, the are is a very vivid/lively area with great nightlife, however it disturbed us a bit when we went to bed. In 2021 we also stayed in this place and did not had that much disturbance of the surrounding nightlife.

Beautiful stay for family and friends in heart of Athens

Breakfast was great. Location was a little central so slightly noisy at night if you're wanting a very quite place then being away from central may be nice but we didn't find it too difficult to adjust. The place was very beautiful, with character and staff (receptionist in particular) was really lovely. Ex dental nurse changing careers into travel tourism. Very friendly and caring.

very cozy athmosphere, spacious and centrally located. pool was not big but perfect for kids, who absolutely loved it. airport transfer was a breeze, but the metro leaves quite nearby and goes all the way to the airport.

there was no-one at the front desk at all times.Not that we needed it though and I’m sure they were not far away had I needed assistance with something.
