No volveria y no recomendaría

Unicacion buena cerca a supermercados y comercio , cocina bien equipada, aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones y sala de estar

Mala aislacion, en 2 oportunidades llamaron la atención por ruidos molestos, siendo que solo llegábamos al departamento a cocinar, se consulto por tipo de ruido para tener mas cuidado y no tuvimos respuesta. Nose recomienda para familia con niños.

Erinomainen sijainti! Metroasema ihan vieressä, oli helppo liikkua ympäri kaupunkia. Paikka oli myös todella rauhallinen ja siisti. Ja siinä oli hyvin tilaa neljälle hengelle.

Emme saaneet vuodesohvaa kunnolla toimimaan. Olisimme toki voineet kysyä apua, mutta se jäi. Ja sai siinä silti ihan hyvin nukuttua.

Fully equipped apartment in great location with a few flaws

Barcelona was the last leg of our Europe road trip so it was nice to be in a fully equipped apartment where we could lay back if needed. The location is superb, the Sagrada Familia is truly 5 minutes away, many shops, restaurants and cafes are nearby and if you don’t mind a little bit of walking, the gothic quarter is about 40 ish minutes away. We arrived a bit late at night but the info we got on how to get into the apartment was really clear and straightforward and we were also allowed to properly check in the next day.

The apartment is in desperate need of a deep clean, the walls, bed frames and some of the furniture were visibly dirty. There was barely any hot water and the drain in the shower was clogged to the point where water wouldn’t drain one day. We were told someone would come around to have a look but no-one came (without informing us not to wait for help) so we had to go buy a plunger to fix it ourselves. Lastly, we were told one week before arrival that the parking lot is full (and apparently was already fully booked for our dates when the apartment was booked), when we indicated that we would need it at the time of booking, which was weeks prior. Luckily, after specifically asking to recommend an other nearby parking garage, we found one a few hundred meters away.

It's in center, everything is close. Very clean, has everything you need for a trip and very good organized staff.

Very thin walls and a lot of noise from the other apartments.

La posizione, comoda perché vicino alla Sagrada Familia

Staff scortese e poco disponibile, numero di cellulare messo a disposizione della struttura praticamente irraggiungibile. Appartamento prenotato per 5 persone e poi trovarsi un appartamento per 2 massimo 3 persone, stretto, poco curato e arredamento che cadeva a pezzi. Non torneremo assolutamente in questa struttura in quanto qualità-prezzo non vanno sulla stessa linea. Inoltre foto della struttura non inerenti alla realtà.

APPARTEMENT SPACIEUX ET TRES CALME; Parking à 50m idéal. très bien situé à côté de la SAGRADA FAMILIA. Emplacement parfait pour une visite de BARCELONE à pied ou en utilisant le métro.

La cocina está muy equipada sobre todo si quiera hacer alguna comida del día allí. Las camas eran cómodas. El baño un poco pequeño , pero bueno es el espacio que hay. Aunque estábamos en el último piso algo si se oía a los vecinos.

La foto que sale con vistas a la sagrada familia, nosotros no teníamos esas vistas, y me imagino que la mayoría de los apartamentos tampoco.

Établissement à éviter. Vaux mieux passer par une plateforme comme Airbnb pour louer un appartement.

L’emplacement.

Les équipements dans un état moyen. Chauffe-eau hors service dès le deuxième jour. Plaque de cuisson cassée. Des taches sur le canapé. Appartement non équipé de chauffage. Il fait très froid la nuit. La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous. Objets et poussière sous les lits et les meubles. Accès difficile avec une poussette.

Nada que reclamar, boa estrutura, funcionários atenciosos…tudo certo!

Établissement très peu isolé , très bruyant le soir . Pas de drap pour le lit d’appoint pourtant prévu , il a fallu 2 jours et plusieurs relances avant de les obtenir

Walking distance to Sagrada Familia Has a convenience store beside the hotel 2BR 1bath apartment with kitchen Helpful staff You can leave your luggages in their office if your room is not ready yet

The elevator doesn’t stop on each floor. You have to haul up or down your luggages in a short flight of stairs

we really enjoyed the hospitality and the fact that they allowed us to check in earlier than expected... Giving us some tips on the care to be taken in the city...we really appreciate that. We hope to be back soon.

Great location. It’s a bit noisy and there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Great location. Reasonably priced.

There is only an air conditioning unit in the living area. The bedrooms get extremely warm at night. There is a bit of noise as the beds are near to the windows in the bedrooms.

The property is so close to everything! It’s very close to the La Sagrada Familia. Close to all the shops and food places too!

The owners were hard to contact. We arrived and we couldn’t get a response on how to get into our apartment and we waited about 20mins before we were given instructions.

A wonderful stay, a nice, comfy apartment, and helpful hosts in an amazing location!

Perfect location! Easy to get most places, either by taxi, foot, or public transport. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Although very small, it was what we needed. There was a washing machine with a dryer, and that came in handy. Washing machine detergent pods were supplied, as well as other basic cleaning items. The kitchen was was a good size and was was well appointed. There is an elevator but we did have to walk up/down a few steps with our luggage.

Really a small detail but there wasn’t enough toilet paper supplied and we had to go out and buy some. When you’re paying over 300 Euros a night that was a bit of a bummer. If it had been during office hours we could have asked for some, but it wasn’t. Maybe more could be stocked prior to arrival?
