The Cottage had everything my mum and I needed for our stay in Redruth. It was spotlessly clean, well equiped and close to the train station, shops (Iceland and Poundland) and take away food.

Great location, lovely place and all very clean. Couldn't fault it. Had everything there that we could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again.
Everything was good

Beautiful location, right in the middle of town with all amenities close by, extremely clean. Was provided with everything needed, like washing up liquid, towels, blanket. Very inviting and warm as soon as we walked though the door. Fantastic response to communication with the owner.
Nothing.

Almost immaculately clean everywhere. Water pressure in shower. That it had a bath. Heating. Carpeting. Outside spacious. Close to transport links, shops etc. Safe. Board games - played Cornish Monopoly. Hope owners choose to keep on top of small DIY jobs to keep the place nice.
No pizza cutter. Sofa looks nice but uncomfortable. Cooker hood low - husband banged his head on it several times.

Amazing little cottage. Ideal location, right in the town centre but still very quiet & peaceful. Facilities were perfect & pack of biscuits was a very welcomed extra. 😊😊😊😊.

The location was ideal if you want the shops, pubs and takeaways. The house was warm when we entered and it was very inviting. For the two of us it was just great. Car parking is really only available in the car park at the back of the house - car parking is free from 4pm till 9am. Because we had to be out at 10am my husband just went down at 9am to pay just 80p for the extra hour till we had to be gone. The courtyard garden was a bonus and very private. The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed for an overnight stay. Can highly recommend and should we need to return to Redruth and need a property - we would stay here again.
The settee wasn't that comfortable for a couple of hours tv viewing, couldn't 'relax'. It's okay for perching on.

nothing. It was just a little difficult to find when we arrived late at night, in the rain

My husband left a t shirt behind which he’d forgotten about. The host was very quick to message & ask if we wanted it posted to our address. I offered to pay postage but the host posted anyway out of her own pocket. Really good service, thank you x

The bed was very comfortable, loved the en suite bathroom...shower was to die for. Very clean throughout. Nice to have fully working washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Great also to have the availability to log into apps that you have at home on the TV. I suspect during the summer the private garden would look stunning, but on rainy days it didn't get potential use. I was very happy to find an ironing board and iron as a shirt I wanted to wear ended up being creased beyond recognition in the luggage. Did the job well. Overall a fantastic stay...Air freshners provided to mask the damp smell.
It had been raining a lot before but there was a smell of damp, when we first entered. Not sure why. Maybe someone before had washed clothes and left them on the horse to dry. No blind in the bathroom window, but others are saying people from the car park can see them. Total rubbish this window faces a blank outer building wall opposite the road. Barring a ladder no-one will see you.

The property was very good - clean tidy with all the expected facilities - ie everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was in a convenient location - with8n walking distance of the town and very quiet. The courtyard garden was tidy and well kept. Next to a car park so convenient for parking. The pin key system worked well with no problems. We only stayed one night but would consider coming back for a longer stay.
Nothing - perhaps a display sign saying ‘The Cottage’ as a bit confusing trying to find it.

Great location, perfect base for exploring Cornwall! Good size property, quiet area, nice garden. Had everything we needed for our long weekend! Car park behind property was convenient and reasonably priced if you do need to pay (we didn’t as we were out all day)
Not really an issue but personally prefer darker curtains/blinds in the bedroom and sofa was a bit cosy for two, but neither were that much of an issue and didn’t impact our stay too much.

the cottage had literally everything you could think of needing from kitchen supplies to fans and hairdryers.
Theres nothing I didn't like however I would suggest putting one or two spare pillows in as the ones there are quite thin if thats not what youre used to.
