Premier 4 bedroom vacation home on Sunset Beach in Moclips, Washington

Custom-built home is oceanfront, on the beach, and close to the waves with a scenic hillside to the east - (You will notice the scenic difference between our house and those in the Ocean Shores area which tend to be set far back from the waves on a very flat shoreline.)
Master Suite with King bed (amazing view of the beach with a door to the deck) and 5 piece bath with a jetted tub, a office desk and TV with cable
3 other bedrooms (2 with views of the ocean and queen beds, 1 with a double and 2 singles) AND two queen size sleepers. All new beds and mattresses updated end 2022.
Quality throughout - just the way you would want to build your own home. Bamboo floors on the main level, carpet on the lower level, granite kitchen countertops, solid bedroom doors and insulated inner walls between rooms for added tranquility.

3 1/2 baths (Shower and jetted tub in the Master along with a 1/2 bath on the main level off the great room. 1 Bathroom with shower/tub on lower level and 1 bathroom with shower only on the lower level along with 2 outdoor hot showers with lower foot wash).
Large outdoor spa with shoulder and foot massage jets.
2 Gas fireplaces (one in the great room on the main floor and one in the lower level family room).
Towering large second floor deck with an amazing view.
Barbecue on the deck.
Fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator with ice machine, gas range, electric oven, microwave, Vitamix blender, toaster, Belgian waffle maker, sharp knives, dishes for 12 people, and a beautiful view of the beach from the kitchen.
Large capacity clothes washer and dryer - Clam sink outside with hot water - Cable TV with a DVD surround sound system on the lower level in a common area and game room- Stereo CD player on the main level

You may use WIFI for your cell phone connection to ensure continuous connection. We have recently added both Satellite and Cable Internet to ensure 100% WIFI connectivity when you stay with us.
Ping pong in the finished garage, board games, cards, and book exchange and 4 bicycles. Great clam digging in season (see website for link to additional information). Just two hours from Tacoma and a little more from Seattle, it’s the world of relaxation and leisure you deserve.

This is the second time we have stayed here and always have a great time. Kids could easily go back and forth to the beach. The house is well appointed and has everything you need to accommodate a family. Looking forward to returning!

We loved our stay at this house! My family gathered to celebrate our parents 85th birthdays. We rented 2 houses on this street and this house was by far the best equipped and nicer of the two houses. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much for helping us make such a special family celebration for my parents and family!

This beach house was amazing. The sunset and sunrises were beautiful from the house. We enjoyed being able to walk the short distance to the beach.

We were a couple middle age couples with two teen children and our parents. We loved the various "hang out" places in the house: the living room with an entire side of windows facing the ocean, a family room directly below the living room, and the converted garage with ping pong table, TV and couches, and bicycles. We loved being able to all be together at times, but also split into separate small groups.
The kitchen is a joy to work in; it's big and open and well stocked.

Everything was just fantastic!! Views, rooms, beach access neighbors.
Only thing I could recommend is fix the Hot Tub. The jets were not working properly but other than that we enjoyed every single second!!

Our first impression was awe at the gorgeous view that awaited us at the house. We spent so many hours soaking up the sights and sounds of the ocean. Even when the weather was rainy, we could enjoy the hot tub and the fireplace. We would definitely come back here!

The house was perfect for our group of six, including two couples and two singles. The view of Moclips Beach just could not be any better, completely unobstructed view to the waves and the beautiful sunsets! Our gang has traveled all over the world and we can easily say this house was the best supplied rental we've ever stayed in: lots of dishes, a mind-boggling amount of knives (sharp!) and cooking implements, really good pots and pans (no shredded teflon), huge coffee mugs (no wee tiny things that require multiple fill-ups.) We didn't use the hot tub but it has an amazing view and is covered by the upper deck. Moclips is gorgeous, perfect for long walks and beachcombing, or razor clamming if the season is right, and the stars at night are to die for! Angela was an extremely accessible hostess, she immediately responded to queries with helpful advice and was so nice! We highly recommend the Moclips Beach house and hope to stay there again soon!

As all the other reviews have stated, the house is virtually perfect. Clean, well stocked, spacious and right on the beach. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for the showers and so much space to spread out. We are a group of 7 ladies who have carved out space once a year for a get away... We've been all over the state and have stayed at many different homes. This house checked all the boxes...the only downside was the weather, but what can you expect in January at the beach?!

Honestly, the exterior doesn’t say “wow”, but don’t let that fool you. When you walk in and up the short flight of stairs, the view takes your breath away. Unobstructed 180 views of the ocean. And the views from downstairs are also wonderful (not obstructed by sand dunes), so everyone wins regardless of where you’re sleeping. And the inside accommodations are lovely - updated, comfortable, open kitchen/dining/living area. The downstairs has multiple gathering areas, with a cozy tv area and yet another fireplace. The kitchen was very well equipped, we found everything we needed and more than I expected. If I had to come up with any suggestions for improvement, I would note that only 1 jet in the hottub was working, but it was otherwise working well, and the knives needed to be sharpened- there was probably a sharpening tool there that I didn’t notice, hah. Overall, outstanding accommodations and great location- we plan to book again in the future.

This was a great spot for our family vacation this year, with ample room for our 3 generations. The house is beautiful, the pictures really do not do it justice. We have stayed at many WA beach, waterfront, homes and have been disappointed that you can't actually see the water! This home is amazing, you can see the beach and water from the home and there's a quick flat trail to get straight to it, which made it great for the little ones (2 and 5)! We will definitely plan to come back!

We had such a wonderful time here. The home was perfect, just the right amount of space for our large family of 6 adults, a toddler and an infant. The views were breathtaking - we spent so much time reading and watching the sunset and stars on the porch and taking beach walks. And we easily explored nearby attractions like Quinalt Lake and rainforest trails. Highly recommend!

The house accommodated us very well. The ocean view and sunsets were amazing. We celebrated a 50th Wedding Aniversary and & 76th birthday. The weather was awesome only one day of rain. The access to the beach was very easy, the path could use some clean up.

How lovely to have such a great house while hearing the crashing waves! The house was a great fit for our party of six providing the essentials we needed and a setting we loved. Everything was as stated and couldn't have been easier to enjoy!

This was our second time here, but it had been quite a while. The beach and house were just as we remembered. The weather was fantastic with 80 degree days in mid May! Clamming was open so lots of people on the beach doing that. Our group of 7 had plenty of space not to be in each others way. A great get a way!

Had an incredible weekend in this gorgeous home - circled around the large table playing games, enjoying good food (made possible by the spacious kitchen and outdoor grill), meandering the beach, and soaking up sunsets in the hot tub! This property was perfect for our family wants and needs: size, quiet location, beachfront with access, beautiful view, hot tub, and space to spread out in the home! We did utilize the sleeping space in the “garage” and did not get cold at all with the space heater. Grocery shop in Aberdeen for the big haul on your way to the house—save money and time! Overall, a great choice for us especially with the perfect spring weather week!

We had a great week in March at this property. It’s right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of current tech, TV’s, fast Wi-Fi, laptop monitor hookup. Big dining room table for family meals with a well equipped kitchen. The garage has been outfitted well for kids with a ping pong table and tv. We can’t wait to go back!

The house has a layout that works
well for small groups or large, is decorated with comfortable and attractive furniture and is stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. It can be hard to tear yourself away from the view but the ocean is just a short, whimsical walk away. It's the perfect house from which to explore the whole gorgeous North Beach area.

This was the perfect place for our annual family beach weekend. A beautiful view of the beach and an easy walk to the water. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of different spaces available to gather or find a quiet spot to read a book.
