his is a beautiful waterfront 3 bdrm 3 bath townhome located right in the heart of Little Harbor Beach Community Resort in Tampa Bay. Fantastic location as it is one of the closest townhomes to the beach and all the resort amenities. Our guests get access to all of our incredible amenities including Bahia Beach, Fitness Center, Sunset Bar & Grill, Hooks Bar & Grill, 250 foot pier, two pools, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, playground, picnic area, shuffleboard, corn hole zone, dog friendly area, beach rentals (kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, umbrellas) and golf cart rentals. Fun community!

* This is a Three Story Townhome. First floor is the garage, second and third floor is the living area. This is why we have gorgeous water views from 4 balconies. No elevator.
* Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed)
* We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, South shore Watersports Rents Chairs and Umbrellas for $5 (all day use).
* There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. search them up online.
* You can park your trailer and boat in carport, usually fits. If it does not fit you would need to park in the marina or right outside the community. Ask for details.
* You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well.
* How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival.

This was the perfect vacation spot for us!! The house was beautiful and 2 of the 3 balconies overlook the water. The owner was great and really accommodating with information for our boat. She even helped us rent a golfcart for our stay.

We've stayed at Little Harbor many times & this beautiful, clean & appropriately stocked condo was the best to date! We enjoyed amazing views, plenty of sunshine and even dolphin sightings! In walking distance of pools and beach, it was the perfect place to spend a week away.

These townhouses are really nice. We stayed for a month and it really felt like home. Everything we needed was right there. Driving through Ruskin got us a little worried because there’s not much there, but when you pull into the Little Harbor development it’s just beautiful. There’s a lot of green space which we liked because we brought our dog along. It’s a very dog friendly area with “clean up stations” placed around the property. The house was clean (although I cleaned a little more). The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed, although I don’t need much in a kitchen. Each of these townhouses has a view of a canal behind them. This one is located on a canal with a marina at the end and we loved watching the boats go by every day. We also saw dolphins and lots of cool birds. It’s so relaxing to have your breakfast on the water each morning. There are 2 shared pools that definitely need new chairs, although one person told me they had been ordered but weren’t there because of all the supply chain issues. But the pool is heated and clean and the one overlooks the water and we saw dolphins daily. There is also a cute little beach that has an off-shoot that is public. You can sneak your dog over to that part and let them play in the bay. Everything is crowded on the weekends, but relaxed during the week. This unit is very close to the pools, beach and restaurants and we found that to be very convenient. The two restaurants on site are great. We got frozen drinks at Hooks while we sat by the pool, and we watched many sunsets at Sunset and ate there a bunch. The live music nightly is generally very good and gives a great vacation vibe. We brought our bikes and used them a bunch. It was very safe riding around right out of Little Harbor and into nearby neighborhoods. We also rented kayaks in EG Simmons park that is very close by and kayaked with dolphins and manatees.
We will definitely be back!

Little Harbor is great little waterfront community tucked into the east end of Tampa Bay south of Tampa in the town of Ruskin. Ruskin is a great place with wonderful people but it is not like Miami or any other glittzy tourist town which is why we like it. The townhouse is as advertised. Its clean, well appointed, and in a great location. Some of the past reviews mentioned a stained carpet, well the carpet we saw looked and smelled new, so no issues with the carpet.
Lastly, Carmen, the property contact is a very pleasant and helpful person. She's excellent as the property contact.

Ruskin is a great place with wonderful people but it is not like Miami or any other glittzy tourist town which is why we like it. The townhouse is as advertised. Its clean, well appointed, and in a great location. Some of the past reviews mentioned a stained carpet, well the carpet we saw looked and smelled new, so no issues with the carpet.
Lastly, Carmen, the property contact is a very pleasant and helpful person. She's excellent as the property contact.

We enjoyed our annual friends (adult) trip to Ruskin. We had to find alternative accommodations due to the hotel being sold and this place was a wonderful alternative for us. Three bedrooms and three fulls baths was extremely helpful for each couple. There were a few problems but the host is very responsive and did the best she could. We enjoyed ourselves still!

The townhouse was great. It was clean enough. The carpet was a bit stained, but that can be expected in a rental. Four beach towels were provided and 4 beach chairs were provided. I had to wash the wash clothes and bath towels because there didn't seem to be enough for our party of 7. We did a couple of day trips to Siesta Key and to Anna Maria Island. The drive was within 1 hour from those places to the rental.
Communication was not great. Don't expect to hear back quickly if you have a question. We had problems getting into the pool. It has a locked gate and you need to have a pool card to access it. The card we had was deactivated and the front office would not activate it for us because it was from a private residence. I texted and messaged the owner and emailed her but didn't hear back until the following day. My kids were begging to go to the pool so we just walked over hoping someone would let us in. Luckily someone did, but you need a card to go out of the pool too so people were constantly having to get up and open the gate for us. The owner finally texted back the next day and said that she contacted the office. We went to the office to activate the card and the office told us we had to go through the owner. So frustrating. I think that they felt bad for us so the office gave us a card that would be activated for 1 day only. We had another problem with needing a parking pass. Security is at the gate by 9:00 pm so if you come in after that you will get stopped. We were told that we needed a parking pass, but the owner didn't provide one. Security wrote down our name and townhouse number. Be prepared for a few frustrating situations like this to occur. It seems like communication between owners and the resort wasn't great either.
Overall we had a great time. The weather was great and we were able to see dolphins right outside our townhouse. We ate at both restaurants and they were good too.

Girlfriend Trip
Our experience was great. Not all inclusive of Ruskin or the property but Tampa and the surrounding areas mostly. The property was a place to relax after a day and a half of site seeing. We relaxed at the townhouse and hit the beach when we wanted to. The restaurants were just ok. The listing advertised some additional access to the pool, spa etc that we couldn't access because the pool pass was not made available to us which was very disappointing. Carmen and Mark were responsive but weren't able to get us the pool pass so that we could maximize our stay. I may be unfamiliar with vacation rentals and all that is included in terms of toilet paper, paper towel, extra towels or at least a set of towels for the number of people the unit can accommodate, but those things were unexpected expenses. We had to but garbage bags because there was only the 1 in the can, and dishwasher pods, and toilet paper. May I suggest that if only one role is supplied per bathroom, that there be either extra roles in the unit or a higher sheet count role of toilet paper. Lastly, perhaps being more specific in the listing or privately letting the guests know what it is stocked with so they can prepare financially for additional things.

not the best place to stay
The owners were poor in their response time, no information was sent at all so I had to call VRBO in order to get the access code to enter the condo and their phone number, ridiculous! The beach is too small and I don’t recommend swimming. Also, there were so many mosquitos! I had to by Allegra for my daughter to help calm down those bumps. A nice public beach is too far from this location. The house was fine and the boat tour available within walking distance was good. This place is nice for whoever has a boat or likes to Kayak.

The views were nice and the condo was clean. The property managers Mark and Carmen were very nice and responsive when we contacted them about lack of towels and some other questions. But the king bed was really uncomfortable and the carpet in the place badly needs replacing. There were almost no amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms - no hand soap, no hot pads, no salt/pepper, no Kleenex etc. The beach was nice. Not much to see or do in Ruskin. One onsite restaurant, Hooks, was inexpensive with great service and food. Save your time and money with the Sunset Grill which was dirty, not good service and overpriced.

It is a pleasant place overall. My family enjoyed their stay and that is what is important.

The grill has great food. The condo is very up to date. There was no garage opener. The views from the balcony are tranquil. There could be a couple more hand towels. The ice maker overflowed. Imagine the refrigerator needs to be defrosted. There are no stoppers for the kitchen sinks. Overall excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ruskin. Property was perfect for our needs. The private beach was clean & gorgeous. We were able to jet ski there among other activities had we chosen to do so. There were two restaurants there as well excellent food, some of the service could've been better. The owner of the property & I corresponded via email, he was always with a quick response. We would definitely consider returning to this lovely, peaceful, private community.

Beautiful condo,
The townhouse was great, comfortable, etc. However, the ice maker was froze up, the phone rang often waking me up, and the beach was gross with seaweed. Having restaurants on the property was convenient. Overall it was a good experience, but next time I will look for a place actually on the beach.

Love, Love, Loved this condo and community!
Barring a little cool weather, our month long stay was close to perfect. What's not to love about a community that's close to I-75, plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping, an outlet mall 15 minutes away, grocery stores, banks, drug stores, everything you are used to having at home....all within a few minutes drive. Plus Blanca, a wonderful dog sitter we found on Rover.com. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of a sitter. This is all OUTSIDE of the resort. Within Little Harbour we had 2 pools, 2 restaurants, sunsets and sunrises galore because we had 4 balconies with outstanding views! Our son and daughter-in-law visited for a few days and chartered a fishing boat with Capt. Phil. She stole the show by catching a 4 1/2' shark. It was a wonderful resort and a fantastic condo. No complaints there!. Ruskin is a hidden jewel.

Little Harbor Delight
Great place for a getaway. Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Make it a point to charter a fishing trip with Captain Joel with Anna Banana! I was a first time ocean fisher that caught a 30" Snook with Captain Joel's help. He'll make sure you catch more than enough to feed your travel party.
