Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Eva Homestay. La localisation est parfaite ! Les gérants très accueillants et aidants. La chambre (au dernier étage) était spacieuse et bien équipée mais un peu vétuste (peinture des murs surtout). C’est un super hébergement pour 2 nuits, et très bien pour le prix. Nous avons loué des vélos neufs sur place. Très pratique pour visiter les environs. Quelques enfants jouent au rdc et devant cet Homestay. Ils étaient si mignons et intrigués par notre présence… nous avons adoré.

Top Lage und unkompliziert

Unser Zimmer im 4.stock war schön groß und hatte Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen gerne weiter. Ich würde gern einen Schritt mehr Sauberkeit sehen, aber das ist subjektiv. Eine gute Atmosphäre, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Lovely place to stay and see the sights of Hue

Eva is an incredible host! I arrived early from an overnight bus and from the moment I arrived I felt welcome. I only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. She also provided an efficient and affordable day-of laundry service. It was in a nice area - about a 30 minute walk to the Hue ancient town.

If I could have stayed more than one night! No negatives :)

Perfect central location and lovely host!

Brilliant stay, Eva is a superwomen - just her and her housekeeper run 12 rooms here! Such a lovely stay right in the centre of Hue, thank you!

Tolle ruhige Lage

Die Lage im Zentrum war prima. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt von der Straße, deswegen war alles ziemlich ruhig. Ich war im Eva2 untergebracht, das Haus gegenüber dem Eva. Erst wurde mir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss angeboten, das ich aber ohne es anzuschauen abgelehnt habe. Das nächste im 1. Stock war ok. Im Bad gab es keinen Belüftungsventilator und das Waschbecken hing schief, aber bei dem Preis war das in Ordnung. Die Besitzerin war ganz freundlich und konnte gut Englisch. Ich habe über sie eine Tour in die DMZ und nach Hoi An gebucht, die Preise waren wie üblich. Ihre Empfehlungen für Kaffee oder Essen waren auch gut. Die Treppe war interessant gebaut.

Appena sufficiente (giusto per il prezzo basso)

Come sempre in Vietnam, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione con banana cake e fresh juice.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza presso Eva 1, ma all'arrivo siamo stati spostati nell'edificio di fronte Eva 2 (peggiore). La stanza 201 dove siamo stati aveva un bagno terrificante: puzza di fogna molto forte, senza finestra. Per resistere la notte, abbiamo dovuto tenere aperta la porta del bagno e aprire le finestre della stanza, con la conseguenza che c'è stato molto rumore e sono entrate le zanzare. Servizi offerti molto cari rispetto al mercato: ad esempio, un motorino è offerto a 150 al giorno, ma si trova facilmente a 100 al giorno.

Bon hôtel proche du centre-ville

La gentillesse d’Eva qui a fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe bien! L’hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont propres

L’humidité dans les chambres, le chauffage ne marchait pas.

Amazing location and lovely staff!

Great central location and lovely big rooms. We were upgraded for our first night then the next two nights out into another room. Staff were easy to communicate with.

Everything was great

Rooms were very clean and large. Good air conditioning. Eva was very helpful and booked us a taxi from the airport, breakfast was also great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Super Unterkunft für einige Nächte!

Sehr grosses und sauberes Zimmer an perfekter Lage, ruhig und doch im Zentrum. Eva ist eine super Gastgeberin, hat viele Tipps und Angebote wie z.B. einen Wäscheservice.

Eher ringhörig / dünne Wände. Man hört eigentlich alles.

- L'emplacement était bien par rapport aux différents points de visites. - Proche des endroits d'attractions (rues entièrement piétonnes la nuit) - Eva nous a donné plein de conseils et nous a permis de faire le check-in plus tôt que l'heure prévue. - Chambre spacieuse avec balcon - L'air conditionné et un ventilateur dans la chambre

- On a retrouvé un gros cafard mort dans la chambre. - La literie était tachée et une des serviettes de bain aussi - Il n'y avait pas une grosse pression du jet pour la douche.

Great stay.

Staff is wonderful, the owner is great and her family who were visiting were just really nice. There were kids in the pool and wanted to practiced the English they were learning in school. Her daughter is a wonderful host as well, she was on break from school. It was a couple minutes from the strip but no problem to get there. Nice people, nice pool and great food.

Good location for a very decent price

Eva has a really nice homestay in an area about 20min walking time away from the Hue Citadel. There are some nice restaurants and cafes close by and also the pedestrial area on the weekends (when the cars and motorbikes are not allowed in these streets) is in a 3min walking distance. We stayed there with friends, meaning that we had two rooms. One room on the fourth (/third) floor and one on the first (/ground) floor, next to the reception. Both very nice and well equiped but really noisy. Eva also offers a free refill station for your water bottles.

The doors of the rooms just do not hold back any noise. Especially the room next to the reception should rather be forbidden, so loud. Also the door is made of glass, meaning that the room was illuminated everytime someone was entering or leaving the building or sitting in the lobby.

One night stay in a lovely place.

Clean and central. Lovely lady running the property, very helpful. We decided to take breakfast as well and it was very tasty!

Third floor without lift on narrow stairs. Not a problem for us but not suitable for everybody.

Very friendly hosts working together as a family. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and is very centrally located. Eva is very helpful and communicative. She also booked me a day tour in Hué, recommended good restaurants and the family took me to the airport. Thank you for the great time! I can highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Eva, the staff were super friendly and helped us with our stay, gave us a map of the city and drew out all the different things to see. Room was very nice with good facility’s and a comfy bed

Very kind and helpful owner, she got us nice recommendation where to eat, what to see in Hue, she organized fur us cheap transport from Hue to Hoi an. The location is also great, walking distance to the imperial city. It was really pleasant stay.

Eva lovely and great accommodation

The bedroom was well equipped with kettle and fridge. Beds were comfortable with both a fan and air con to keep you cool. Wifi works well. Location is great. Eva was a lovely host and helped us when we were struggling to find a bus. Would recommend this Homestay!

Excellent and Homely

Eva homestay is a wonderful place in Hue located perfectly...Eva is a wonderful host...We stayed for a day but she took care of us like family...She arranged for a taxi for sightseeing and her brother also was friendly and helped us in need when we lacked vietnam currency.She immediately transferred to the money to the ticketing office...The banana pancakes were awesome and breakfast is very filling...My husband left his watch in the room...Eva arranged for the delivery of the watch to Hanoi without any hassle...The room is a great value for money with all needs fulfilled...Eva always lends a helping hand when needed...We will for sure stay in Eva Homestay If we go back to Hue...Such a pleasant experience...She arranged for airport shuttle too...

Eva is a very kind and generous person,speaks English well. Provided help when my wife had a fall.

Extremely large room with polished timber floor. Air conditioner quiet, no noise from street. Good breakfasts. Eva provided excellent information regarding where to eat and local attractions.
