Location was great

Bed is a Murphy bed which box spring dirty and very uncomfortable

perfect for what we needed & the price

it was a small space but perfect for what we needed, it did have a spacious bathroom & you were able to get to the docks from the pool and it was a beautiful spot to catch the sunset every night

beds were extremely uncomfortable & they did not provide enough pillows and the parking can be a bit tricky

Great location, most uncomfortable rental we ever stayed in.

Bed and furniture needs to be put in a dumpster. AC unit was old and wouldn't cool sufficiently.

awesome unit, very clean and safe

very clean and modern

the only suggestion I have is keeping a small, starter stock of coffee on hand. the unit has everything you need but if coming in late, having a cup of coffee the next morning before making it to the store would be great

after seeing it in person I would not stay there.

I did not stay at this property because when I got into condo it was not in good condition. the futon was old & worn out. the Murphy bed was dirty & the bedspread was dirty. I did not feel comfortable so I moved to a hotel.

Access to the beach ok, although we had to cross

There was no breakfast

Old shabby furniture ESPECIALLY BED & FUTON both shabby and OLD!!! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! No screen on patio door and it would jam if fully opened! Called maintenance but they responded hours later with attitude. We struggled until we finally got it closed😡parking awful, oh and ceiling fan over Murphy bed shakes and rattle - often felt as if it would fall on my head while sleeping.

It was nice and quiet in a great location.

Loved the pool and that they had a bathroom available poolside. Also, the beach access was nice.

I wouldn’t say that there was anything that I disliked but felt the condo could use a fresh paint job and the closet doors didn’t stay in the track when opening and closing. A few upgrades and it would be amazing.

Convenient but not cozy...

I like that it's near the beach, restaurants and shops.

Old stained furniture. Old wood cabinets. Old refrigerator. Uncomfortable bed. Cold and unable to turn up the heat. No way of talking to onsite staff to retrieve parking pass (on weekends only). Unit directions were not clear so I had to call customerservice and she had to use a map of the property to guide me. Toilet makes noise all night long. Smelled like rotten eggs in the kitchen. Old patio furniture. Porch light didn't work. Broken/missing blinds. Unit near elevator so I heard people talking and using the elevator constantly. Thin walls. Neighbors above stomping. They will not allow you to extend an hour for late check out.

Disappointed

Location

The room wasn't what was expected. The blinds to patio wasn't good. There was a few that was broken. There was roaches seen in kitchen. The dishwasher was broke. And most disappointing was the light from outside the door shines through the blinds in bedroom. Black out blinds would have made a difference. The bathroom toilet and tub wasn't really sanitized and needs to be updated. The bed wasn't comfortable and mattress needs to be replaced.

the property hoa requires a parking pass witch has to be paid in cash. If you arrive after five the office is closed and I was told to park at my own risk.

Dead bug on the floor when we arrived, another on our last day there. Bed was very hard. Deck furniture rusted out.

The stay was great other than the bed situation

Location was great

The pull out couch did not pull out all the way so the sleeping arrangement was difficult. My main disappointment for the money. Was not comfortable any of the 3 nights

Location and door code for entry.

The sofa needs cleaning, the dishwasher didn't work, minor repairs needed, veritcle blinds to the balcony have strips missing, eliminating privacy

Very nice, enjoyable!

It was just how advertised, and pictures. The only thing I found was the turn to come in was right in the middle of an intersection, very nice, will be back!!
