jó lakás, jó helyen, kicsit több odafigyeléssel még komfortosabb, lenne.

Nagy lakás kényelmesen elfértünk 3-an. Jó a közlekedés. Közel van minden ami kell. Van lift a házban, a csomagok 8. emeletre való felcipelése sem jelentett gondot. Csepi gyorsan válaszolt.

Autóval jöttünk, amit elöre jeleztem. Tudtam, hogy parkolni csak 2 utcával feljebb lehet 20h- és másnap 8:30 között ingyen, de azt nem, hogy a ház elött nem lehet megállni még egy pillanatra sem, mert korlát van a járda mellett. Hajnalban a lakás nagyon zajos, minden reggel 5:30 -6:30 között ébredtem a hangos utcai zajokra, és arra, hogy teljesen világos van a lakásban. A konyhában kiállnak a konnektorok a csempéböl. A vízforraló és a sütö egyszerre való használata rövidzárlatot csinált. Koszos edények voltak a konyhaszekrényben.

The place was ok for what we needed it for just to sleep

No proper wardrobe few hangers in the mop bucket cupboard Plugs didn't look safe in the kitchen, which wasn't good to plug anything in Notice saying don't mark walls Walls already marked could do with a paint over net curtains could to with a wash For what we needed, accommodation was ok

Az eddigi lakàsok közül amit az èvek alatt bèreltem ez volt az elsö ami a legrosszabbul felszerelt lakàs volt.

A tisztasàg ès a felszereltsèg nem nyügözött le.A tànyèrok koszosak voltak, a vízforralò vízköves, èletlen kèsek.A kàdban ször vagy hajszàlak nem tudom mi volt. Az àgynemünek olyan szaga volt mint amibe feküdt valaki. Egyetlen tisztítószer sem volt.Amit tartalmazott a lakàs az a törülközök, mosogatòszer, folyèkony szappan ès wc papír.

Good apartment, nice stay.

The property was great, very big and comfortable. Everything was the same as on the photos. We had a really good stay!

There was no toilet paper in the property, and just one big towel, for three of us. But we hope that you will think about that for next guests, and everything will be perfect.

Terrible terrible Appartment

The location was good we eventually did not stay at this Appartment because it was just so bad. We found another Appartment next street and the are was good

The Appartment was so dirty and badly maintained. I have never seen anything like this before. Curtains- guys if you don’t maintain that don’t use them - but you can not to use it because windows are so terrible so you to cover them at list with curtains. Dirt is everywhere. And to show that they potentially clean it they left all cleaning supplies everywhere. Terrible experience

Very poor

very disappointing apartment. Everywhere signs what not to do. A sign not to touch the hanging laundry or you get a 20 euro fine. Never seen something like that. Signs with ; you have to be quiet between 20.00 and 8.00 in the morning. Different times of checking in, one says 15.00, one says 16.00. The apartment was very hot and not clean. The apartment is on the 8th floor with small elevator. We left after 1 day...

Big but noisy and not to clean house next to shopping mall.

The house is located next to shopping mall and public transport station. Beds are comfortable.

Well, there at a lots of staff that should be fixed. For instance: windows do not insulate because of ages ( rooms are very noisy), tap and toilet are leaking, etc.

Bad

The location of the apartment.

The sheets and pillow cases were not clean and they smelled bad like used.We informed the owner about that at once but he didn't reacted at all even after four days when we left. The mattresses and the pillows were uncomfortable and old. It was extremely hot with no air condition.In addition there were too many penalty (fee sings) all over the apartment which made it look hostile.I would not recommend it at all.

Very Poor setup

Location is decent

House is too rustic and needs renovation, windows will creek, amenities was available just for the sake of it, everything was too old and obsolete. Not safe for infants flooring has too much ups and downs due to badly done floor repair work. Carpet was too dirty proper cleaning was not done, insufficient number of fans were available on site, Bathroom hand faucet is a pain to operate. Owner should invest to earn, it felt like cheating, showing deceiving pictures and listing down amenities which are rustic and don't work properly.

Good to travel here in winter, not in summer

The location of the apartment is quite convenient as it is walking distance from the mall with the same name and also it's around 20 minutes walking from one of the main attractions in Budapest Fisherman's Bastion.

The fact that there were no available fans when we arrived at the location. We had to wait for the fan to arrive and we only got enough for 1 room and we travelled as a family of 4 plus one infant under the age of 1, therefore one fan was not enough. There were 2 other USB fans but to be honest those must be some sort of joke as they do not cool at all. Nevertheless those 2 small fans did not even have the cables so they were useless until they were able to provide us with the cables. Another thing we didn't like was the delay in communication with the host. I felt that the checkin instructions took too long to be sent. Also when I phoned the host to ask about the fan situation she mentioned that someone will come to clean and check the linen (we checked in at around 14:00 and we even made a request about it), however we thought that was already taken care of. In my opinion that puts a doubt in the mind of the client.

Property Management Could Be Improved

Location is great. It's close to the large shopping center. Apartment is large. There is a coffee machine there - nice touch.

Place hasn't been cleaned at the time of arrival (16.00). We had to wait until after 6 PM for cleaning to be completed. Hopefully it was an isolated incident, but we were tired after long train ride. Bads are very noisy and there's very little soundproof between bedroom and living room. Management is slow to respond. You will be required to fill out a form and provide passport information (which is fine, just inconvenient).

Quite good apartments

Generally, it was okay! The location is very good, the apartments are big, all the rooms are separate. These are the apartments we would like to live in. Near the apartments, there is a big mall with everything you need, as well as restaurants and pizzerias. Deli railway station is also not far from this place, just one tram stop away.

The apartments were a little bit dirty. When we arrived, a man was cleaning the apartments, so we had to wait about an hour. In general, the situation is quite strange: you can check-in starting from 15:00 in the afternoon, and you need to check out before 10:00 in the morning. It turns out that you do not have a full day to rest, but only 19 hours. Also, we didn't like the sound insulation of the windows, because we could hear everything that was happening on the street. For example, garbage trucks arrived early in the morning one after another and woke us up. In two rooms out of three, something was knocking in the radiators all night, it kept us from sleeping.

It was not so clean. Most of the dishes and pots were dirty as well. Quite simple furnitures. Maybe too simple and old.
