It was clean, spacious and convenient. Having laundry is always amazing. Slept like a baby.
There was a musty smell in the kitchen. The neighbors are weird. The library traffic is very weird.

Location was close enough and in walking distance to many places. Beds were also comfortable.
House had a strong cigarette smoke smell, perhaps from prior guests. We contacted the host but received no response about any help to get rid of the smell. Also, some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty with food scraps and grease. If guests have to pay a cleaning fee of $50, as we did, it seems reasonable for these two items to have been addressed before we arrived.

Location, washer / dryer, kitchen appliances
No central AC, king bed very soft and made a lot of noise with every movement, shower pressure,

It had plenty of room, was clean, the internet was great, is in a good neighborhood and had plenty of the little things you need but tend to leave at home. The kitchen was fantastic as was the main bedroom.
The bathroom and kitchen had foul smells coming up from the drains.

comfortable bed, washer and dryer, cute, convenient, keurig
heater way too loud, cold at night, front porch light didn’t work, no shelves in bathroom for toiletries, no blow dryer, holes in floor in kitchen, no toaster, someone tried to break in while I was there

Fenced front yard is good for dogs. TV works fine.
Filthy silverware, no batteries in the remote, no way to use the standalone fireplace, terrible layout, not cute, not cozy. The front door was locked from inside with a deadbolt and I had to call the host. She sent me around back to use a code. It worked, but the doorknob was practically falling off. The little parking area in back was convenient through that door, but the garage behind it is derelict and has a door open about a foot. We left for ten minutes and a skunk had sprayed the parking area - likely living in that garage. Nobody is paying attention at this property.

Good location. Super easy to get in with code. Good parking. Nice TV.
Back door was ajar when we arrived. There was a Roku box, but no Roku remote. There were two remotes, one for the TV one for...something. Turns out that was for the Roku, but it took 20 minutes for us to figure out how to control the box. Instructions would've been helpful.

I really enjoyed the location and the host seems to care. The house had basically everything we needed for a comfy stay. It was decorated nicer than the Booking.con images showed, so that was a pleasant surprise.
The kitchen area could use some minimal update with a few things, but everything was usable.

I liked that this was a quiet and safe neighborhood, and that everything was ready and worked well.
the bathroom was really small and right off the kitchen which seemed odd. Other than a few odds and ends like wonky faucets it was good.

A great stay not far off of I80. Cute quiet neighborhood. Easy to access and locate. it had everything we need and was such a better option than an overpriced hotel!
Our only complaint was that the King sized bed box springs were SO rickety. Every time either of us rolled over or moved at all the bed was really loud!

The owners were wonderful to work with. The property was cozy and comfy. I felt safe. It was clean and nicely furnished.

The fact that it was in a great location and it was a private house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and front porch.
No laundry detergent and to late to go get some. This was a duplex and the people that rented next door couldnt open the door came so they came to our side after 11 and shown their flash lights in the window. Scared us half to death.

It was comfy, definitely has a being at home vibe to it.
The only issue was the plumbing in the kitchen was backed up.
