The property was beautiful. The beach was maintained daily removing sea weed as we traveled during the time when sea weed is high. The activities were great, the staff was amazing and the drinks were delicious. We made great memories.
The food. It was okay. Nothing to write home about.

The food choice is amazing, the staff is super hospitable and polite, ready to help at once. The territory is very beautiful, and so many activities that you always have smth new to try. I’ve been to many all inclusive 5 stars, this one really impressed me, I will definitely come back!!
The waves on this side of the hotel zone peninsula are pretty high, which we didnt know about, and it’s not really the hotels issue. It’s just smth to be aware of. We swam with masks(to protect eyes mostly from salty water) in the days with big waves and it was great.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Tanto a piscina e instalações do Coral Level quanto as piscinas e demais instalações do Iberostar são maravilhosas, comida ótima.
Estadia perfeita!
Tudo foi perfeito.

Overall it is a nice facility and pool.
The elevators are painfully slow. The beds were doubles and not kings as advertised. That’s what made me book it infer of my standard. I found that very deceptive.

Breakfast and lunch buffet. Bars, pool.
Some evening meals not too good

Service was wonderful. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived early in the morning, they let us check in early once a room was available. Food was good. There are two buffet restaurants, five or six other restaurants , BBQ stand, pool side bars, and a 24 hr cafe whenever we want a cookie, ice cream or a coffee. Different dining restaurants are booked for us once we arrived, and amendments can be easily made afterwards. There is always something going on if you want to be busy like ball games, pool exercise, bingo, dance shows, stages shows etc. The property is large, lots of area to walk around, and several pools and the beach to swim in.
Honestly, nothing that I can think of.

Everything was amazing.

boutique feel. fresh. breakfast was delicious. beach loungers great and easy availability (there was always one free). It was quiet away from the main hotel

The rooms were very nice and the balcony tub was fun. The food was overall very good. The service was good to excellent- in particular, Eli at the main Coral bar and Xitlalli on the beach were terrific. The specialty restaurants were good, but somewhat limited in their menu options. The option for a late checkout was appreciated, although charging for it seemed petty.
The drinks, especially on the beach, were AWEFUL. The service on the beach was hit or miss. It wwas VERY hard to achieve reliable shade on the beach with the available options. The "house" wine was absolutely shameful. The upgraded wine options were WAY overpriced, and of medeocre quality at best. The spa was overpriced. The evening entertainment options were quite lame, although the young man who played the saxophone and sang at the Coral was very talented.

Not much people so it was nice to have the pool all by ourselves at night.
We booked a king size bed and when we got there we got two double beds and were told it was first come first serve. We asked for the supervisor and the person said that she was the supervisor. They said we booked our room last minute and that's why they didnt have any more king bed rooms. We booked our room over two months ago! I explained that and she offered an upgrade for a better room for an extra fee. We agreed to do that. Then she said her "supervisor" will give it to us for free. We went back to the front desk to get new keys and they started arguing with us about it, when we were willing to pay for the upgrade and they were the ones to offer the "upgrade" for free. Anyway, with upset feelings we went to our "upgraded" room only to find out there was no upgrade but regular king size bed!! They had one to start with but went through all this to upset us! No matter how nice the hotel is, if customer service is bad like this, it really ruins the experience. Also, wifi was down for a whole day so we had no internet service in the building.

Exceptional staff that does a great job to please customers. There was also a great variety of food and drinks and the beach can be reached from the lobby in 2-3 minutes.
The ATM in the lobby only gave out dollars and doing so with a horrendous fee. Some of the restaurants lacked in quality.

The best resort I’ve stayed in so far! Staff, views and so many food options!

Coral level is the only way to go if you go to this hotel. It is immaculately kept, fantastic location, and has a beautiful beach and pool area. The staff are so accommodating and super friendly.
The only things that are lacking are the nightlife choices and the food is sub par. The choices of restaurants on the property are great. However, the food was just not great. That was very disappointing.

food was cold and same food on the buffet every day, no variety. Beds were uncomfortable.
