Directly on the beautiful beaches of Hollywood Florida and right at the corner of Hallandale Beach boulevard this gorgeous 1 Bedroom + 1 Bath condo offers you stunning Beachfront and OceanViews right from your balcony. With Porcelain tiled floors in kitchen, bathroom , bedroom and main living area, this 900 sq.foot condo offers a very comfortable home away from home stay for your future vacation plans. New furnishings purchased in April 2024 provide our guests with a leather Queen sleeper sofa and swivel chair in the living-room and new kitchen stainless steel refrigerator (2024), SS dishwasher (2024) and stove vent hood in the kitchen. Main Bedroom provides 2 Queen size beds with clean fresh professionally laundered bed linens and duvet with every new guest. Beach chairs (4) , Beach Umbrella (1) and beach towels (4) are provided courtesy by the owners.
You will find A 50-inch screen Smart TV in the living room + 32-inch screen television in the bedroom, DVD player, and mini stereo system . WIFi is free and user name and password is provided once guest are booked.
The Condo complex offers access to amazing amenities such as a Game Room, Theatre Room, Fitness Centre, Business centre, Outdoor heated Pool and an onsite Convenience store and Bistro providing warm lunches with delivery to you by the pool and beach.
Please be advised that this a non-smoking unit and we do not accept Pets (big or small). Also included is, central A/C, Free WIFI connectivity, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels and Beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay enjoyable.

This condo is only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, 30 minutes from South Beach and 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale's Las Olas Blvd . You can also find close by the famous GulfStream Horsetrack and Casino featuring designer shops and dining. Many more restaurants and shopping are in walking distance from the condo complex up on Hallandale Beach boulevard. You can also take a very short drive to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour shops for lots more shopping and dining options ! Or take the new Circuit Trolley (the old Hollywood Trolley) for a minimal fee that offers rides to old Hollywood and famous Hollywood Broadwalk.
Walking distance to Wal-Mart Supercentre and supermarkets Winn Dixie, Publix for easy access to grocery shopping.

FOBs: $30 each (pricing may change without warning) 1 FOB is required per 2 adults...
Additional fee applicable for 4th adult staying in the condo. ($70/adult/week) Adult: 18 years old or older. Must be mentioned at time of booking.
Laundry facilities are located by the passenger elevators on every floor. A laundry card is needed and loaded ($). Laundry is a paid service . New Beach Chair Service , lounge chairs with umbrella, provided to all guests for a nominal fee (2024)

Rented this apt for my elderly mom. She had a great time. Said the beds were very comfy and the apt had everything she needed including Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella.

Condo was good, as described in listing and manager was responsive to my questions. Pool was nice and clean. Beach was amazing. The only negative is the condo check in process is not well organized and confusing being required to check in at 3 different areas although this is the condo property's management process, not related to the individual condo listing. We would choose to stay here again, we had a great time.

Our recent stay at this vacation rental offered a mixed bag of experiences. While the partial ocean view from the 6th floor was undeniably lovely, there were drawbacks that should be addressed. The unit itself could benefit from some maintenance. Missing tiles in the kitchen, ripped curtains, broken headboard, and grimy kitchen cabinets detracted from the overall comfort of the space. Additionally, the tiny shower was inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. Moreover, while the fees for parking and building fob were mentioned prior to booking, the actual process turned out to be more of a hassle than anticipated. The additional costs, and the down server during check in added to the inconvenience. We were initially unable to use the laundry facilities as we couldn't find the required card. After contacting the host, we were assured that the caretaker would provide one the next day, but it didn’t come. We purchased our own card from the management building, adding an unnecessary hassle to our stay. The next day after that, the laundry card did arrive but we already purchased our own. Lastly there was a noticeable temperature imbalance within the condo, with the bedroom being warmer- which caused sleeping to be slightly uncomfortable. Beautiful views, but rental was lacking in some key comfort areas.

Great spot. Great apartment. Unnecessarily complicated check in process. Extra fees for parking garage wristband, and fob to open complex gates. Office for check it is very slow and backs up with numerous guests waiting in the hallway. The hosts were great. I would stay here again, but would be better prepared for the unnecessarily complicated check in and apartment complex rules.

The condo itself was spotless and perfect for a short getaway. Parking was difficult as most of the spots were for valet parking and the fee is $75 whether you are there for one day or a week.

I booked this property for my wife and her best friend. The location was great and they both really enjoyed the property. Joanne and Rosie were very responsive to any questions I had before arrival and were responsive to any questions my wife had during her stay. Next time my wife and I look to travel to the area this will be a place we will look to stay.

Condo was spotless. Exactly as advertised. Our family of 4 cooked most days/evenings and kitchen accommodations were great. Additionally, building amenities were great. Pool, beach access & parking available onsite. No issues whatsoever. Great hosts. Look forward to visiting again!

We love staying in Hollywood, FL because of the boardwalk there. This condo however is about 3 miles south of there. We arrived there on a Saturday night and the building and beach access was not working. They got it fixed the following Monday afternoon but it was quit inconvenient. A few other miscommunication that could have been clearer but overall our stay was good. Condo was nice and clean. Plus on the beach which is a must have for us.

The condition of the condo overall is good, balcony with ocean view, nice pool and beach is clean. We enjoyed our stay, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler bags provided by the owner were a nice touch. Kitchen supplies are adequate -there are two pots with rust spots and the lids are rusted. The bathroom is tight and stains around the toilet and a little mold along the shower door. It would be nice to have more than one roll of single ply toilet paper. WiFi was good. Personally we prefer a firmer mattress.

My cousin and i stayed at this location for one week. The condo itself was very clean, great side view of the ocean. Had everything you could ask for. The pool area and pool were very clean, and the distance from the pool to the beach was close, in addition the ocean was very close from where you entered from the pool area. We had a fantastic week at this location. The owners were very flexible with our check in & check out times based on our travel times. As long as they were able to they agreed to what we asked. We had a couple other questions and they responded very quickly. I just can't wait until i can re-book this location in the future. I Would Return here anytime. Hopefully next time we can stay longer than a week. Thank You JoAnne & Rosie

When we got to the property everyone was super helpful at check in. The condo was super clean and in a great location to everything. The owners were very responsive and so accommodating. Beautifully decorated condo, comfortable bed and very clean. I needed to add our son to the guest list. Contacted owners and they promptly took care of this. Very pleased with the turnaround time. Grocery stores just a quick 5 min drive. All amenities in the kitchen you could ask for. 10 days was to short. Will contact shortly for a longer stay over the winter.

Had great weather for a long weekend on the beach. 1.5-2ish miles to boardwalk if you are looking for more restaurants and bars. Not a ton around the condo area currently. Great time, great area and would go back again!
