We call this apartment SG69.

Apartment SG69 is a sui generis 3-bedroom apartment with wonderful views of the Acropolis, Filopappou Hill and the sea! It has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an extra WC and a private balcony with outdoor furniture.
One bedroom has a super king double bed, one bedroom has a dedicated queen size bed and one bedroom has a queen size bed that can be set up as two singles.
It features a large, flat screen TV in the living room, high speed WiFi, A/C, and all modern conveniences. The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes drying rack.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor in a mainly office building. There is lift access.

Other things to note
• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.
• Luggage storage facilities available.
• This is a non-smoking house, but you may smoke in the balconies and/or terraces.
• If you would like to bring a pet with you please ask if we can accommodate your pet.

The check in process was a little bumpy, mostly due to us having no cell phone service. But after that our stay was amazing! Everything is moderen, clean and in working condition. We had been traveling for over two weeks, so it was great to do some laundry. We walked to the Acropolis and the Market. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We also bought some grocery items and ate on the patio. We highly recommend this property!

This Apartment has 3 nice size bedrooms with 3 en suite baths and an additional 1/2 bath. We were 5 adults and were very comfortable here. Curb appeal is lacking, but don’t let that deter you! Building is commercial with insurance company/broker type tenants, but once you take the Elevator to 6 and enter the apartment you will soon forget what the outside looked like… literally like night and day. The apartment is recently updated with nice amenities and looks and feels great! You have a million dollar view of the Acropolis from the large balcony. Apartment was within walking distance of all the major sites in Athens and close to metro and car rental agencies if you want to rent a car for a day trip. Cab ride from airport took a bit longer than expected due to traffic. Highly recommend using major ride sharing app for taxi service, that way your rate is locked and loaded. One other piece of advice, you are given two sets of keys… do not leave front door key in inside lock and close the door, thinking you will get back in with second set of keys. If you do, and no one else is inside, you will be locked out, and host will have to call lock smith. The host was super accommodating. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and will absolutely see if it is available if I return to Athens down the road.

The space is more than adequate for a family. However, the location is a little off the center, and I was not very comfortable leaving my kids there alone. The amenities were decent, however, the linens weren’t perfectly clean. A few spots were found on the bedding. Although the bathrooms were spacious and decently remodeled, however, the smell was foul despite airing the rooms and keeping the fans on.

3 couples traveling to Greece for a cruise we chose to stay a couple days ahead of the trip and after the trip. We are lucky that we are able to stay both weekends at the same property. It has 3 bedrooms and baths an amazing view of the Parthenon. We had a great time hanging out on the patio at night and coffee in the morning. We would recommend this apartment. The one thing I wish it had was more seating and a little more comfortable seating on the patio. One couple found the beds a little hard but we are from US so we are used to softer beds. But all in all we had the best time. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you need.

This place was great! I loved how the sliding glass doors opened up the entire wall! The View of the Acropolis & Parthenon were very nice! Within walking distance to a lot of nice sights! The Property owners were very nice & their communication was good as well!

Great location to see main sites. Great Acropolis view from balcony. Apartment was clean and spacious. Neighborhood/building was a bit rundown and we had no water the last night due to a water main break.

The apartment is perfectly located in a non-touristy neighborhood with walking distance to amazing restaurants, solid grocery stores, and ancient attractions. Property managers were very responsive and helpful; they arranged great airport transport. All our adventures were a short cab ride away, and our lovely home base promised a beautiful and ever-present view of the Parthenon and Acropolis. We whole-heartedly recommend this property to any and all!

We stayed in Athens for 2 nights before going to Santorini and this place was perfect for our group (3 couples). Loved that the location was right in the heart of Athens and a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The property manager was very helpful and the apartment was spacious and had every amenity we needed.

The staff was very attentive to all our needs. They offered suggestions of things to do and where to eat. The patio view of the Parthenon at night sipping wine on the terrace was incredible! THE SUGGESTIONS THEY PROVIDED, MADE OUR TIME IN ATHENS SO MEMORABLE! They also hooked us up with a very kind driver, who went out of his way to assist us. When we return to Athens, we will stay again!

If you NEED Wi-Fi this place is not for you, otherwise great apartment, very spacious, rooftop deck is lovely but apartment is on a busy street. We arrived on Sunday and I needed to do a little work- was told the technicians were coming to fix the internet on Monday morning. Monday no one showed and although the two gentlemen handling the apartment were apologetic it did not fix the situation. Internet was working everywhere else in the building. It was finally fixed Wednesday evening just in time four early Thursday departure. Everything else was exactly as pictured.

The apartment was just as listed. It was very clean, very spacious and only two blocks from the subway station with restaurants and bars nearby. Also, very helpful with securing a car service from the ferry terminal and to the airport. I would definitely stay here again when in Athens..

The unit itself is beautifully updated and very spacious. It is on the 6th floor, but there is a small elevator to get up there. The view of the Parthenon all lit up at night is amazing. The physical location to the Acropolis/Plaka is walkable for some. We did it each time, except once we cabbed it back for 8 Euro. The condo is actually located in an office building, which we found somewhat odd. Downside is the office employees smoke in the hallways so you get that smell as you come and go. Had a small ant issue in doorway of one of the bedrooms, which we cleaned up and sprayed. The water heater is small so we needed a long period of time for 4 people to have hot showers. Check in was easy. Yannis, the property manager arranged for Mike at the cab company to pick us up and let us in. Mike was awesome. Speaks very good English and provided great info/conversation. We requested him for the ride back too. Yannis met us later to go over things in the unit and review details of everything around us. Very informative! Overall, loved the unit itself, just not a fan of office building location.
