Great location, good value for money

Very convenient location (not far from Picoas metro station, a supermarket and many different cafés). Great value for money. The rooms are not too spacious but they are very clean.

The hair dryer available at the hostel reception was hardly working.

Disappointing! Will not return.

The room was advertised with Airconditioner but the AC was not working well. It seems that they already know coz they already fan in the room. This is cheating! The room was small and the shower drainage was blocked. Very disappointing!

Hostel a evitar onde os Roubos são muitos e constantes

Sinceramente nada neste é Bom

Durante a Minha Estadia 2 Franceses abandonaram o Hostel porque foram roubados e Eu próprio fui Roubado em 75 € por um Cidadão da Guiné Equatorial que também enquanto Eu dormia copiou os dados do Meu Cartão de Crédito e tentou proceder a uma compra de 180 € em Amesterdão só não conseguindo porque teria que a operação ser Autênticada por MB Way e EU não autorizei esse Roubo ( Este assunto está reportado por Mim no DIAP de Lisboa ) O Senhor Daniel que é Indiano e Gere o Hostel também já sabe que foi por Processado Civil e Criminalmente É um Hostel inseguro e frequentado por Pessoas pouco sérias e também Pessoas que estão a ser investigadas pelas Polícias Europeias NÃO DEVEM SE HOSPEDAR NESTE HOSTEL SW NÃO QUEREM SER ROUBADOS À GRANDE

Boa pelo custo benefício, nao espere muito.

Localizao excelente ao lado do meteo Picoas linha amarela.

Quartos quentes sem nenhuma refrigeração (nem mesmo um ventilador), recepcionista so fala ingles e nao é nada amigável, nao sorri e so responde sim ou nao.

Limpio pero no es muy bueno el wifi

Todo limpio y tiene lockers para guardar tus cosas personales

El internet solo funcionaba para Wasap y Facebook, pero para abrir aplicaciones para comprar pasaje, estadía o Uber no funcionaba, para abrir cualquier página de internet o para ver tiktok tampoco funcionaba y a veces se caía el internet 🛜

Disappointing

Hostel was clean. The closest market is almost the next door. Only 5 minute walk to metro station. Enough space for one person in room.

-There came light through the door from the corridor all night when someone walked in the corridor and the light went on. -Toilet seat broken. Toilet was almost off from the floor and the seat from the toilet seat. -The bed and the pillow were totally too soft for over 90kg person. -No air condition

Superb

Great location. Easy access to metro. Lovely Cafe across the street, market few doors down which has coffee bar, pastries, hot food PLUS full food market. Front desk very helpful. Would stay again!

Value for money

Good price for money. The staff was cool, it warned about about a forgot wallet just 5 minutes after checkout, so you can trust.

There were missing blinds on the windows, so the light in the morning is really bright and could disturb your sleep. There was no AC and you could hear every sound outside your bedroom like when people arrived on your floor. Better soundproofing and adding more opaque blinds/curtains and AC would make it a lot better

Perfectly adequate.

Cheap place to stay. Although a little way out it is served by 3 different Metro lines easy walk away. Plenty supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. It is clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate as out all day sightseeing.

Noisy road at front. I asked for a quiet room! WiFi does not work with iPhones and management not bothered.

New room in new hostel with stained sheets and a bad view

Nice location and new place

Blood stains on my bed sheets, the room with a view was actually with a view into a tight inner side of the building with lots of noise

horrible, i so do not recommend: moldy, smelly, moist, cold, noisy (!!) and not even close to the city center(my mistale

The staff was nice

Don‘t come here! there was mold everywhere and it was cold and moist all the time! plus there was this weird smell that stayed persistend even with opening windows and trying to air it out. i never felt this dirty in my life… plus it was 75€ per night for a room with bathroom which is soo expensive for what you got

Don’t stay here

Stay somewhere else. This place needs some lockers, hot showers and working wifi. It’s nothing like in the pictures.

So cheap and well located that I will forget the LONG list of complaints...

Very cheap for such central location (surrounded by 5-star hotels, and 4 metro stations). Excellent supermarket and cheap cafe right beneath.

3rd floor, no elevator. Power cut off one day when also locked in bathroom (bad lock). Luckily power returned quite soon, and a guest could force open bathroom door from outside. Lots of mold everywhere (bedroom and bathroom). Spacious bedroom but just a bed - no hooks or shelves, and NO LOCKERS so I had to hide my laptop under sheets when I went out. Missing many basic aspects of youth hostels around the world - felt more like a cheap room to rent for recent arrivals to Lisbon rather than a hostel of excited travelers passing through.

It was basic but I expected that however was clean. There was some dampness on the top corner of the room but for a basic suite and hostel it’s to be expected. the staff were nice and area was quite and close to where I needed to me

Staff was not Attentive. Answered monosilabic, as you were not there. Bad will. Room door didnt stayed closed without keys.
