Verlängerte Woche in Lissabon

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Decepcionante para el precio pagado.

La ubicación. Que faciliten las toallas para la piscina.

La habitación era muy pequeña, con vistas a la parte trasera del hotel. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba y salía todo el agua por fuera, avisamos 2 veces y no lo repararon. La piscina tiene pocas hamacas.

El personal como Diego, un chico canario (España) muy atento.

Tuvimos dos estancias diferentes (check in - out) y no nos pusieron más agua por política del hotel. Tampoco repusieron el café ni los palitos para removerlo. No cambiaron las sábanas.

Excelente localização e simpatia dos funcionários!

Localizado mesmo junto á Av. da Liberdade, dispõe de parque de estacionamento ( embora pago, o valor é acessível), o que atendendo á localização, para mim é excelente. Também gostei bastante da simpatia de todos os funcionários... os quartos eram espaçosos e o pequeno almoço excelente. A repetir, certamente!

O que mais gostei foi realmente da simpatia dos funcionários! Mas tudo foi excelente, desde as acomodações á localização e ao parque de estacionamento ( atendendo à zona, para mim é um excelente bónus)

Atendimento da recepcionista péssimo, quarto que reservamos com duas camas de solteiro não havia e nos deixaram com uma cama de casal, sendo que outro grupo de amigos chegaram depois e foram acomodados em quarto com duas camas de solteiro.

Good location - swimming pool was a disappointment

Rooms and bathrooms are good size and modern

Property is advertised as having a swimming pool but there was no signage for the pool in the hotel, asked about the pool and discovered it’s a shared pool with a neighbouring hotel and pool was extremely busy all the time - too small to be a shared pool between two hotels

We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in a larger room.

The location was awesome and the personnel at the hotel went above and beyond to accomodate us. They were so helpful with getting us a taxi to the airport. We enjoyed walking everywhere. The 2 bottles of water for guests in the lobby and expresso machine were appreciated. The elevator was big and speedy. The bar in the hotel was fantastic. I enjoyed watching the bartender concoct drinks and my old fashion was one of the best I have had. Only wished we would have known about the restaurant in the evening. I heard it gets great reviews and we weren't aware that it switches to a Japanese/Sushi restaurant.

Our fifth floor room on the end was tiny. Very hard to have 2 large suitcases and only one place to put one. The coffee was great at the restaurant but wasn't happy with other choices of eggs, no waffles or pancakes, omlets, etc. Need to offer more pillows in a room and directions with the shower.

I can see sunrise from my room’s balcony

5 days in Lisbon

Lovely location, great breakfast buffett. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made recommendations, reservations and arranged transportation when needed. I will come back here.

The beds were not the most comfortable, and the shower continued to leak on the floor. But still loved the stay!

I was pleased to see that the covid problems had not affected the quality of service at the Avani

Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet. A pair of my trousers was lost at the laundry and the staff made superhuman efforts to find them. They succeeded after I left and are sending them to me. I cannot say enough good about this staff. I have stayed at this hotel and its predecessor since 1968

It is difficult to get into the shower/bath and needs more hand grips to avoid a fall

I was very pleased with the hotel location; it was perfect for a business trip.

The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the city but also for enjoying safety and reduced noise due to its tucked away location. The breakfast was indeed Very Good; selection was excellent, staff friendly & helpful and the ambiance exceptional.

The wifi was somewhat slow for me. The shower was also a bit difficult to operate (specifically the overhead shower) however, that could just be a cultural barrier coming from the US.
