Very nice weekend in the beautiful hills of Brian Head.

This was a great stay. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. Using the dumbwaiter was very helpful. We appreciated the ample towels. A really comfortable place to relax in after a day on the slopes. We will come back again. Thank you!

Great property for all occasions… Can accommodate for a larger family. Very clean and well equipped.

I am 79 and have been skiing Brian Head over 30 years. I have stayed in most of the condos and hotels. Initially this property at Giant Steps condos was described as a first floor unit. I would NEVER have rented it otherwise. I know the units, lack of elevators, and stairs. After it was totally paid for I got an email describing 3 flights of stairs to the unit. It is 5 from the garage. The dumb waiter did not work on one end, but the one next to the unit fortunately did. The hot tub was broken. I got basically non answers from Vicki, the manager. Breya was more helpful but had no idea how to fix the tv when ir went out. After 1 day we located the plug hidden behind the tv with about 2 inch width to reach it. There is a hole in the wall between the 2nd bedroom and living room on the tv wall. The tv and living room sounds come right through. The unit was semi clean. I would never rent it again.

Amazing place! We enjoyed that the condo was ski in and out. Property owner was prompt in answering questions. We will definitely rent again.

We took some of our kids friends and this property fit us all perfectly. Plenty of room for sleeping, hanging out and playing games. Great location to the lifts and tubing. Kitchen was stocked with every gadget you would need for any meal.
4.7
My family and I stay here every year - love it! Location, clean, and some of the best snow in the world! Looking forward to coming back soon :)
4.7
We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful cabin that is well equipped with everything you would need. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds are extremely hard, but I have found that to be typical in vacation rentals. Would definitely stay here again.
4.7
We were visiting the area for mountain biking finals for high school. Really glad we stayed here as we’d never visited Brian Head before and now want to definitely go back. Condo was very well appointed, clean, beds were comfortable. Great TV with movies and supplies every shower had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in them.
My only ‘complaint’ is there’s 2 coffee pots, but no toaster. There’s a small toaster oven in a closet and the actual oven has a ‘toast’ function, but come on…no toaster? We like to cook an easy breakfast, especially in a place like this with no restaurants really close at hand, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Just as beautiful as the pics! Super clean! Folks at Evolve were lovely to work with, quick responses.
I was there in early September so area was fairly quiet, was there to escape the Vegas heat and it was perfect! Beautiful trees outside, quiet with nobody above! Did rain quite a bit, but with that lovely view, it was fine! Loved walking in the fresh mountain air when rain would let up.
There is a little general store, lots of souvenirs, snacks, limited food (and expensive) so you probably want to bring up as much food/drinks as you can.
Don't miss going to Cedar Breaks National Monument, one of the overlooks is just about 6 minutes away. Just go down to main road and turn left, you will come up to a small parking lot on your right and in just a few steps see the most gorgeous view!! Cedar Breaks isn't as well known as Zion or Bryce, but IMHO just as gorgeous!!
Bed was comfy, big fluffy towels!
4.7
Convenient location to Giant Steps Slopes, Ski in and Ski out, Condo is on the 3rd floor (all stairs) and in good condition as advertised, with all the conveniences of home. Would definitely recommend this condo for a family vacation.
4.7
First impression is jazzy, lots of sleeping, excellent view.
Unfortunately, not super clean.
The toaster oven was disgusting, and so e door jams caked in dust. Top of fridge looked like it never been cleaned
4.7
The condo was great. Well stocked with beds, sheets, towels. Fun "Hobbit" size room for little kids. Kitchen was fully stocked. The snow was not groomed in the ski-out area so cross country skiing was required to get to the lift. The individual condo was as advertised with great views of the ski hill. The property itself was is dated. Disappointed that the jacuzzi in building 3 was not working. The listing disclosed that it was not working, but I had hoped that in the 45 days between when I booked until my visit it would be fixed. It seems the property has no intention of fixing it anytime soon. It made for a crowded jacuzzi in building 2. I have a 2WD Yukon XL and was not able to park in building 3 because the drive was only partially plowed. 20+ inches of new snow contributed to this, so I expect most times it would be fine.
Overall...Great Unit in a very dated Condo Complex.

Everything worked, comfortable, Met expectations.
Best thing - ski out the door to the lift.

Terrific location, clean, multiple options for sleeping, all the extras that make it comfortable!

Had a great time with our kids, comfy and close to the ski lodge. Our contact was great answering questions for us. We really enjoyed our time on the mountain, can’t wait to go back!

We had the best ski trip to Brian Head for Christmas and this condo was the best! We had everything we needed and it was so cozy to return to after a long day skiing. We loved the location and being able to ski in for lunch and back out for the afternoon. We will definitely be making this trip a yearly tradition.
4.7
It was wonderful! The only downside was the strong bleach and mold smell in the bathrooms. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views were amazing.
4.7
Check-in was easy. Bed was comfortable. Condo was immaculate. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, and blender in addition to major kitchen appliances. Loved our stay!

This cabin is beautiful, with amazing views! It is very spacious and comfortable. It has a BEAUTIFUL view with a large deck that wraps around the condo. The owners are very welcoming and make a point to reach out and make sure you having a good stay. The condo was VERY clean and comfortable. It is centrally located which was so nice and convenient. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do.

This was our first trip to Brian Head UT. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back. The unit was clean and well stocked. The third floor was a climb to get to, but the use of the dumb waiter elevator for our luggage and such was super helpful, and conveniently right next to the unit! We utilized the club house on night one for the game room and night three for the spa. Everything was in working condition except the building 3 spa was out of service (the other spa worked great though). I don’t know anything about the tv or service, because we never turned any of the tvs on. We can’t wait to return next season. We are hooked on the great snow and short lines at the lifts compared to Mammoth. Plus the price!!! Brian Head is just an all around win.

Perfect getaway for families traveling together
What a great spot to rest our weary bones after a long day of hiking and enjoying the outdoors! We recently spent 4 nights in this condo-- the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The space was well-designed for two families travelling with adult kids, who took over the spacious loft area. There's even a washer and dryer for your jacuzzi towels and go-back-home laundry (not that we wanted to ever leave!). Even with little snow coverage (this was right before Brian Head opened) there was plenty to do. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with spices and coffee. Definitely want to book this place again soon!

The overall facility is kind of old, game room much wear & tear, but this condo felt nice, most of it updated and current, some signs of its age apparent if you're looking to nitpick. But we weren't nitpicking and felt comfortable and had fun. Was exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. We were there mid-October. Much of the town is shut down on weekdays in the off-season because summer activities are done, but winter activities not yet started, or shortened hours. Example, pizza place closed at 4 pm on a Thursday.
We had a great time, check-in was easy, scenery beautiful, we relaxed for two nights and continued on our way.

The master bed had foam insert in and was impossible for me to get out of in the middle of the night and caused a problem with my Bowles in the middle ivv RV the night which was upsetting to my girl friend and I too say the least. The unit was dusty with bugs running all over. The oven fix not work which ruined our dinner. The worst part was the stairs and being handicapped

Our family had a pleasant home outside home experience in Brian head. It was a first time experience for our family. I would definitely do that again anytime, for longer say, 5 days or even a week to visit all the great places in Utah like Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. Brian head itself has so many activities that we can spend a week of vacation with friends and family.

Great first time to Brian Head. The condo is conveniently located in the middle of everything. Because it was my husbands first time skiing, we spent most of our time on Navajo which was just a quick drive down the road. Would stay here again

Condo is perfect location, corner unit. Condo was spotless with upscale linens. We used the dumbwaiter which was a godsend. we had trouble and were never able to get ice maker to work. Would recommend renters bring plastic wrap or ziplock bags for leftovers. BBQ worked great. 10:00 check out a little early 11:00 better. Overall we have been going to Brian head many years this is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in.
