Madeira Bay Resort #313 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. View of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. Each of the two bedrooms have a queen size bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Tile and wood floors throughout. Flat screen TV in living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, guest printer, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

We gathered as family from all over the state. This location is great in that it is a 5 min walk to the beach with a crosswalk at the front door. The room was very clean and they had a LOT of extra things available - beach items, beach wagon, games, kitchen items, even an air-fryer. The ONLY down is that parking is tight. They did work with us as they could and they really bent over to help us... but their lot is small. IF they cannot accommodate your extra vehicle you will need to park overnight to the tune of about $35 a night... that is pricey if you stay for a week. However, they did help as much as they could and we were grateful. Just fair warning. The staff was super friendly - the place is clean. Everything was great overall and we would stay here again. Oh, and John's Pass was about 5 min walk away - which provides evening activities. Seriously a good deal compared to other offerings in area.

Everything was perfect except for all the knats in the condo. They were there when we got there and we never left food out. I stayed on the 3rd floor and noticed a trash can by the elevator. When I opened it knats flew out. I didn’t want to complain because we had a great time but this should be taken care of.

This was a wonderful location. Close enough to the pass to walk. Right at a crosswalk so it was super easy access to the beach. Condo was well stocked with chairs, wagon and anything else we would need for a day at the beach. Everything was excellent

Condo was in need of major updates. Furniture and lack of was very uncomforable and very dirty . Blood dirt stains in the pillows. No lighting unless you use the bright overhead lights, Main bathroom showers tiles are missing and gross. The floor mouldings are coming apart On the side bedroom patio all the rusty tables chairs and the beach stuff was pile in a loose bundle like they threw it into a bundle

My husband, friends and I all had a WONDERFUL weekend! We were so close to shops, food, and the BEACH! We used the wagon for beach which came in helpful. This space is a corner unit which was neat! Updated. Clean. We would definitely come back and we would even try to get this specific room again too!!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of our condo. But a little disappointed with the bedrooms & bathrooms. Our bathroom's (out in the hallway) sink never would drain...but at least the pressure was fine in the shower - but we ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen. sink. Our friend's bathroom toilet kept waking them up in the night because it wouldn't stop running, the sink's water pressure was almost a dribble There wasn't a TV in our bedroom The beach was just a short walk away, as was John's Pass & boardwalk. There are incredible dining all around. We had a great stay, but would definitely check out properties a little more thoroughly.

Clean and close to beach. Stayed for 5 days. There was not enough towels, and only 2 garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Many beach items were available on deck, but sadly they were all moldy

The condo was beautiful and we appreciated there were itmes for the beach such as chairs and boogie boards. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was nice sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee and being able to see the ocean.

My family and I had a wonderful stay over spring break. Everything we needed was right there for us. The condo was clean and updated. We were so impressed with how kid friendly everything was… child sized plates and silverware, 2 pack and plays, a cute little bunk bed room, high chair, tons of beach chairs, toys and a convenient wagon. Easy check in process, friendly staff and a short walk to the beach and John's Pass. Highly recommend.

Loved this apartment, it is in an excellent location just walking distance to the beach, across the street, and you can also walk to John pass boardwalk we had a great family time. Would definitely stay here again, the only thing I would improve is that we didnt see more than one toilet paper roll and no more than one kitchen roll to me is basic but it was ok we had to go do some grocery shopping anyways which is also very closed by. Really liked our stay here

Our family of 5 enjoyed a 6 night stay at this condo. Beautifully decorated and clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! Check-in/check-out was super easy and we never had issues finding a parking spot in the garage. Pool/hot tub is smaller and seemed crowded during the day. Loved the marina view from the main balcony and I enjoyed sipping my coffee out there each morning while watching the boats (and occasional dolphin!) Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance and beach access is just a walk across the street. Condo includes beach chairs, toys, and a beach wagon. Bring your own towels! Thanks for a great vacation! We hope to return next year!

Stayed 5 days as a family of 4 and enjoyed every minute. Everything was great and had ample space for all of us plus Marina view was so nice in the morning while drinking coffee. Loved that beach chairs were available for use plus a wagon. Saved from having to drag more than necessary. Would definitely recommend to stay here to family and friends.

Pictures were accurate in the listing, check in was easy. Never had any issues finding parking with our pass under the building. 3 minute walk to the beach with a crosswalk right out the front door. Beach wagon with chairs and toys were nice the one day we had sun. Everything in the condo worked that we used, washer and dryer were awesome to have in the unit.

We just checked out this morning after staying two nights. Check in was so easy, friendly staff and accommodations were very nice. Super clean and nicely decorated. Location is directly across the street to beach access and having beach chairs for us to use was a plus. We spent one night at John’s Pass and ventured up the road a bit to The Toasted Monkey for some Live music and dancing. The next night we enjoyed a really nice dinner at Middle Ground, the food was insane, so delicious. Very happy with the whole experience and will be back someday! Thank you!

Our condo was spacious and clean and actually better than described. The beach wagon, chairs and toys were a definite plus. The washer and dryer were also a very nice convenience. But the very best part was the staff. Thank you SO much for all the accommodations made and help given to us during our time of grief and to the honest housekeeping staff that found my wedding and engagement rings ♥️

So we loved staying here. SO convenient, two minute walk to the beach. Super clean. We had a miscommunication about our check out time, and the property manager reached out immediately, and offered us a much longer check out time, free of charge- for any inconvenience. The only down side is that the kitchen is missing pretty much all of the cutting knives, it made making dinner a little tricky- HOWEVER- the highlight of the trip was the BEACH WAGON and all of the beach supplies. Whoever thought to include these amenities is a genius. Everyones least favorite part of walking to and from the beach is the giant load you have to drag with you. And that beach wagon made it SO easy!!! Truly felt like vacation!
