This Newly Renovated Non-Smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach retreat is on the top floor (sixth level) and faces the Gulf of Mexico from a beautiful angle with spectacular views of the Gulf, John's Pass, and Village, and the bay with the Tropicana Dome in the far distance. Professionally decorated, this condo will make you feel at home. Crisp linens, custom decor, high speed wireless internet and cable TV are just a few of the amenities this vacation retreat has to offer.

On the South side, the condo has a long balcony off the master bedroom and living room that allows beautiful sunrise views. Within walking distance are shopping, Florida wine tasting, Casino Cruises, Sunset Cruises, Boat rentals, wave runners, para sailing, restaurants, shopping and more.

This almost 1,000 square foot, quiet condo has all new appliances, flat screen tvs, and is set up for complete cooking, serving, and dining. Bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers. The building is totally renovated and updated with fob entry required for access to elevators, stairwells, and beach with fob access for guests. There is a private mailbox for the unit. It is 30 miles from the Tampa Airport, 15 miles from the St Pete airport and 100 miles from Disney World and Epcot.

The sugary white sand is soft and gentle and the beach area deep and wide with a private atmosphere. The sunsets are breathtaking and wildlife abounds. You will often see dolphins playing just my outside the swim area in the evening or early morning.

The apartment was beautiful. The rooms were Comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything you need if you fly in or drive. Location is great you can just walk to John’s pass and all types of restaurants and shops are located across the street. The beach was the best for me!!! Just walk downstairs and a few steps from the warm clear turquoise beach. I highly recommend this unit. Thank you and hope to see you next year

They didn’t skip any luxury in their upgrade process! The unit was gorgeous, the beds were beyond comfy, and that kitchen was my dream. Great views from the balcony, private entrance to the beach and a nice pool to cool off after the ocean.

Excellent location walking distance to many hotspots. Clean and comfortable accommodations. With a stool for bench for shower, could work for disabled visitors. Includes most amenities that other rentals omit.

Loved staying here! The kitchen was more fully stocked then any where we've ever stayed. The beach towels and chairs we also super nice as we flew and didn't have the ability to bring those items. Great view of the beach and John's pass. We loved how close in walking distance John's pass. The condo was newly renovated and super clean. My only con which isn't the fault of the hosts is you need a key to get in/out of beach, pool, elevator or stairs. With 5 people in our family it was hard to juggle the keys around. A coded entry would have been so much nicer. That was just a small note that surly didn't overshadow all the good about the place. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area

This rental was perfect for us. We stayed several days/nights before we moved our son in at Eckerd College. It was ideal to be right on the beach and so convenient to be right across from all the great restaurants and shops at Johns Pass, as we had very limited free time. Can't wait to visit again!

The condo was amazing! The owners did an excellent job with the renovations. It was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. The owners were also easy to contact and gave detailed information about the condo and all the great things about the area. Being across from John’s Pass was awesome. There are so many great restaurants, stores, and things to do.

Great week long stay on Madeira Beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. It is very nice inside and out. We enjoyed having separate spaces for our kids. The only drawback was the slow elevators which are getting upgraded soon. We also didn't like having to have a key to get into everything, but the peace of mind with security is nice. We had a minor hiccup getting our check in details, but Therese made it right as soon as she found out the problems. We would definitely stay here again.

This trip could not have been more perfect for my family. Condo was very clean and well kept. Recent renovations were completed and the place is stunning. Everything brand new and top of the line appliances. Condo had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the gulf and Johns Pass. We certainly had the best of both worlds. Asked my family about any negatives and there were none we could think of. Only negative is was had to leave to go home. We will definitely book with Dave and Therese in the future. Thank you so much for everything!!

Condo exactly as pictured. Being right on the beach was amazing. The prior reviews were right about the kitchen being well stocked! There was sugar, coffee pods, spices, and lots of pans/food storage containers. John's Pass is right across the street, that was awesome. Owners provided excellent instructions for check in via email just before the trip. When we come me to Madiera Beach again we would love to stay here again.

This unit was nice. Good space and nice bathrooms. The king bed in the master is probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in while on a vacation. Fast internet. The kitchen is a little small, as well as the stackable washer/dryer, but they were serviceable. Our only real issue was the pool area. The pool is small and it was not very clean. Also, there is no bathroom at the pool, so it is a pain to have to go back up to the condo to use the restroom.

We just loved this stay. This was perfect from the location to the size of the unit for our family. We were able to use our pack and play in the room with the twin beds. This gave our three kids and us our own spaces. We would without a doubt stay here again.

The condo itself was great! The location and view was amazing! The only downfalls were the pool was closed the whole time (however the owners of the condo are giving a partial refund) and we kept getting stuck in the elevator (the doors wouldn’t open) even after the “fixed” it and it’s a SUPER SMALL elevator .

This place was perfect. It is in a prime location with a great view. The condo came equipped with everything we needed and then some. Very nicely decorated and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with the owners was great and they were very easy to get ahold of. My family enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip down.

We are very impressed with this place. Great morning sunrise views from the balcony and beautiful sunsets on the beach. The location is ideal for accessing all sorts of activities in the area. It’s rare that you find a secure premise and a well stocked kitchen. We felt at home during our stay. The hosts are some of the best you could be acquainted with. Their communication and availability is outstanding.

We loved the location of this condo. Right across the street from John's Pass. Condo was clean as well as the property itself. Unfortunately, we we're told 5 days before our trip that the condo balcony "might" still be under construction (owner wasn't sure as communication to them through the HOA was minimal). I know this is not in the owners hands as to when construction is being done but it was disappointing to not have a balcony. And the construction noise started every morning during the week at 8:00am. So no sleeping in late. Owners did give us a partial refund for non use of the balcony which we appreciated.

Dave and Teresa were excellent to work with. We loved the condo. It had everything we needed. The pool was a bit small and only allows eight people at a time but we always had it to ourselves. The views were awesome with the Intercoastal across the street. And it was fun to watch the drawbridge go up and down as the big boats went out and back in. Right across the street from John's Pass! Walking to restaurants, shops and Hubbard Marina was so easy!

The condo was quite comfortable and well stocked other than not having extra toilet paper and paper towel rolls. Unfortunately the balconies were under construction/repair during our stay so unable to enjoy the view from them...plus excessively loud when workers were on site each day. Since the weather and red tide conditions didn't allow for beach time we had to find alternate ways to spend our time during the day...not very relaxing at all. The owners were great at communicating.

The rental process was so easy and the hosts were very responsive to my questions. The unit was easy to get to and the pictures provided by Theresa was so helpful in locating our parking and accessing the keys. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and offered beautiful views from the balcony. The value was outstanding! Therese and Dave left much helpful information about the area that was also a plus.

This property is located right across the street from John’s Pass. Very clean, helpful hosts and beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean. We liked it to much we recommended to friends who rented it for the following weekend. This was one of the most well stocked rentals we have stayed in. It was very clean and everything was as advertised. The security features of the property were also appreciated. It was quiet inside even though it was busy spring break time.
