We enjoyed the private condo and our stay here. It was very clean. The water was nice and blue and clear. The only thing we were not aware of about Pensacola was that there are specific beaches to take your dogs to, they're not just allowed at any beach.

Two things we ask for in the future-1. provide enough towels for the amount of people you allow to stay (at least provide 14 towels) & 2. Make sure all bedding is provided. The management worked with us in getting what we needed but we didn’t have all bedding for the pull outs for the first two evenings (not accurate with online listing).

Uncomfortable issues: 1. Starting with incorrect entry code and manager had to come out to insert code and figure out why the code did not work properly. Issue was resolved on site by manager. 2. No instructions for television setup. 3. Old, dated, very used furniture, 4. No patio umbrella or stand to hold umbrella ( I brought one because of a past review that stated the same issue, even though the signature photo of this rental shows a large red patio umbrella... not correct accuracy from that photo) 5. No propane for grill ( management did replace couple hours after request; did have to change our July 4th lunch plans) 6. Lastly the most uncomfortable issue was the downstairs ac unit and the handling of this issue... soon after the manger left from fixing the entry code issue, then I noticed the main living area was 76 degrees and warm in this area; so I notified the manager and 3hrs later a professional technician arrived and shared the problem to be "an overfilled ac pan which caused the safety mechanism to shut off unit". AC unit stayed on for about 30mins then stopped working on cool auto setting and would only circulate fan air. Main living area stayed at 75 for the most part; would get up to 78 at times. I made several attempts to reach out to management and at first, promises were made and then nothing else happened to resolve this very uncomfortable issue; it changed the course of our day; like cooking, baking, or using the dryer, made sleeping very comfortable.

We were there for a National dance comp at the Pensacola Bay Center it was just a short drive. It was perfect for our two families. We loved the view and the beach just steps away was wonderful. Great places to eat like Crabs and Felix! The place was comfortable and the beds were great. Would recommend to all my friends!

It was nice. Some problems; shower door in 2nd bedroom off track, handle was off of trash bin in cabinet making it hard to open, no weighted base stand for the umbrella on the deck. We loved the view. Private beach was very nice.

Relaxing Getaway
We really enjoyed our time at White Sands #7! The location was close enough to everything but not in the middle of the busy beach so we had plenty of room to ourselves. It was wonderful to be able to walk directly to the beach from the patio. The condo was clean & more than big enough for our crew of 6 (and sometimes 8). Communication with the property management was great & they were very responsive. We will definitely rent here again when we return.

The units was beautifully decorated and the Master bedroom has a million dollar view. Yet the ceiling fans and lighting do not work properly. The upstairs is stuffy and warm. The double room is smaller than the picture appears. I appreciate the coded doors but we were locked out several times the first night because the batteries were dead. When maintenance came the next day we were given a new 9 digit # to remember. So all three entrances had different codes. The broom was a miniature version of a broom and was broke in half. I went out and bought a new one. No pillows and only 2 blankets for the sleeper sofas. The can opener does not work. The outdoor patio furniture is not like the picture. The umbrella was broken as was the awning. Beautiful to the eye but not worth the $$$$$.

This was a wonderful location and we loved being so close to the beach. The house was very nice. If the weather is hot the upstairs is going to be warm. The ac didn’t quite keep up but we enjoyed ourselves so much it was worth it.

Great property and location!
Plenty of space and nice amenities provided. The large garage is great for storing the beach stuff after a long day. Outside showers right at your stairs and a huge deck to enjoy dinners while watching the sunset. I highly recommend this townhome for large family’s or groups.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this unit. The downstairs living/dining/kitchen area is very spacious with plenty of seating inside and out. The master bedroom is upstairs is enormous, but the other two rooms are small, so you're unable to add any sleeping space in those rooms (just FYI). However, the fold-out couches downstairs worked well with our older kids. There is plenty of parking available. We were able to fit two SUVs in the garage comfortably and still had two spaces outside in the lot. It's super convenient & close beach access with your own shower/hose and plenty of room to store all of your beach gear downstairs. The first day we arrived at the unit it was getting later, and we were thinking about bed for the kids. We realized that there were no linens left for all of the fold-outs. I got in touch with the management (after-hours), and they responded immediately. They sent somebody out right away to deliver the missing linens. I was delighted with how accommodating they were. No doubt that we would stay here again.

Our daughter wanted her baby shower to be in Pensacola because most of their friends live there and she wanted a KY Derby theme to remember her Kentucky roots. We had stayed at White Sands (not this particular unit) and love the location. The shower was a big success and even included a stick-horse relay race on the beach. So much fun! The townhouse is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There were a few issues, but Pensacola Beach Properties was very responsive to our concerns and dealt with them swiftly and efficiently. I have two complaints: There were workman there on the outside, caulking and painting. We had no notice that they would be there and it was disconcerting to have them appear on the balcony as I was making our morning coffee. The second is two-fold, the big king-size bed in the middle of the master bedroom with a view of the beach looks inviting, but it proved not practical and so tall that it required steps which made getting around the room like an obstacle course. It may not be a problem for some people but I'm 5'1" and between the tall bed and the bowl-like sinks in the bathrooms I had a hard time just brushing my teeth and washing my face plus the smoky mirrors in the bathroom are just not user-friendly. We love the location and will go back to White Sands, just not to that unit. We will definitely rent again from Pensacola Beach Properties.

We greatly enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving and through the weekend! The unit right on the beach and has a large deck with patio table as shown. Stargazing at on each of the clear nights was amazing. We love this stretch of beach as you can see both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset each evening. The building is just down from the center of Pensacola Beach with a bike ride or drive that is considered very close by. The condo is fully equipped with fairly new kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and glassware. While we visited a friends home for Thanksgiving, the kitchen and huge dining room table would have easily handled a very large family. Bar stools at the kitchen counter and seating around coffee tables in the living room made for a great setting for the football games. The only down side, which is consistent with this building and others like in along Pensacola Beach is the limited privacy on the deck. The beach is steps away but you do feel a bit close to neighbors at the adjoining units when people are outside. We would definitely return. Love this beach and Pensacola Beach in general.

My wife and our three kids (ages 9-13) met some old friends and their two kids (ages 12-14) for a week at the beach. The unit was very nice, clean and well maintained, and easily accommodated all 9 of us. Location was great, right on the beach, and walking distance down to the pier. The shower/hose at bottom of the deck stairs was a blessing with having kids. The staff was great and easy to work with for the reservation and stay. We had a great time and would stay at the same place again.
