This great cottage is coming back on the market after purchase by new owners and renovations. It is close to restaurants and marina, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. This newly painted house is a great value for your island vacation. It features 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft with 2 bathrooms. Lovely dining area and comfortable living space.
Walking distance to the public park, playground and beach, you are 2 minutes away from the ocean. The house has what is needed for a great vacation. Hang out, get a tan, kayak, and much more. Exciting excursions like swimming with the pigs, snorkeling shipwrecks, cliff jumping, etc are available in Spanish Wells - just ask the property manager for recommendations.

The four of us had the best vacation here in Spanish Wells! Scott and Bianca were great hosts and made sure we were all taken care of. The island is unlike any place you can travel to. The house is within walking distance to the beach. A quick boat ride will get you to surrounding islands like North Eleuthera and Harbour Island which offer a variety of other things to do. We highly suggest exploring the Blue Sapphire hole located on North Eleuthera. We made memories that will last a life time and are already planning on another trip back next year. :)

This charming hidden gem was absolutely amazing. The house is clean. Within 2 min walk to the beach. The shower outside helped so much with sand. The shed with all the toys and items helped us not to have to waste money on items we would be able to take back home with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooki g utensils. There were beach towels and washer and dryer worked great. It being first trip to spanish wells there was small culture shock when going to grocery store and the vat tax and auto gratuity but after the first day u forget it and loose yourself in the beauty. The house has amazing ac so u will stay cold. Quianna was amazing for golfcart rental. Scott the maintenance man was always available for any help. He got us set up with pinders taxi both ways. Exotic excursions was beyond amazing. Went out on a boat 3 times with them. The house was everything and more than we could ask for and perfectly located and we are already planning to come back.

This location was perfect as it was close to the beach and quick to get everywhere else on the island. The property manager was extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly and accurately. The house was perfect for a stay with everything needed available.

I had a wonderful time staying at Sweet Ting. Everything was impeccably clean, tidy, and it had everything I needed. As mentioned by other reviewers, the kitchen was well-stocked, which allowed us to cook during our week-long stay and save money on eating out. The towels were plentiful, fresh and clean. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the linens smelled wonderfully clean. However, it hit the blinds behind it every time I got in or out of the bed, which threw me off a few times, but I got used to it quickly. It was not a negative thing, just unexpected. I really appreciated the consistent beach decor throughout the house, which added to the beach vacation vibe. I also appreciated having an individual AC unit in each room, which was remote-controlled and allowed us to chill only the rooms we needed when we needed them, instead of cooling the entire house. The location was perfect, and it was close to a beautiful beach that you could walk to in 2 minutes. We appreciated the outdoor shower to help us keep sand out of the house. I really have nothing negative to say about our stay and we would absolutely stay again if we get to visit the Spanish Wells once more.

We had a wonderful stay in Spanish Wells and enjoyed our housing accommodations. The place was clean with plenty of space. It was so kind of the property manager to leave information about local restaurants and they even checked in to let us know about a local farmers market that was happening in the area. We enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided around town too. We definitely want to come back again!

Comfortable cottage on the west end of Spanish Wells. Lots of room to spread out for our family of four. Air conditioning works great (which is important in the middle of summer)!

We had the most lovely time staying at the cottage. We loved how close it was to the bridge and the beach, and a quick golf cart ride into town. The house was clean and modern. We loved the kayak and all of the beach supplies. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Getaway

This is our third time staying on Spanish Wells and we have loved every place we have stayed at. This location was wonderful for walking to the beach both the north side and under the bridge. It was perfect size for our family of four and we all had our own room and extra room if needed. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back!

Paradise found at Sweet Ting
Sweet Ting exactly as described. Clean, comfortable & close to a beautiful beach. The house was fully stocked with our every need. Great management team! Taxi transport was arranged from the N. Eleuthera airport & then a boat transport to the island. Briana had a golf cart rental parked right at the dock when we disembarked & so everything flowed smoothly. Scott & Bianca Kemp (property managers) were caring, informational & provided for our every need without being intrusive. We parted as friends & already we miss Spanish Wells. Thank you for a fabulous experience! Can't wait to return.

Very cute home and great location
Stayed here with my 2 teenage daughters and we had a wonderful time. It is very close to the beach and the bridge over to Russell Island as well as the large grocery store...we would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I along with four teenagers stayed two weeks in Sweet Ting over Christmas & New Years. This was our second time staying in Spanish Wells. We chose Sweet Ting for several reasons; its size with two full bathrooms, its location to the public beach and its economical price point. This house was fantastic for a large family who is on the go! The kitchen was adequately equipt and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated having on-sight laundry, the use of two kayaks and some snorkel gear. This simple, open concept house was perfect for our active family. Quianna and Thomas, the property caretakers, were fantastic to deal with. Communication with Quianna was easy and she was very helpful with any inquiries we had. We rented a six-passenger golf cart and a 24 ft Boston Whaler from Johnny Underwood during our stay. We love Spanish Wells and will return again one day!

Visit Harold Sands family
All in all it was okay. There was a fly problem. Flys coming in from somewhere even over night when no one was opening the door. Also hard to walk around the over grown bushes in front of house. Loved visiting the Sands friends and family they are all so nice. Loved being able to walk to beach.

Sweet Ting was right on
The posted pictures do not do it justice. The foliage is beautiful and the interior was larger than expected. It is right around the corner from a gorgeous beach. Great place to relax!
We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Ting. It has everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to make a quick dinner or pack a pick-nic. The kids especially enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms. The two bathrooms make it quick & easy to wash up after a day on the beach. The owners and property managers are wonderful! If your considering a stay in Spanish Wells, look no further... Sweet Ting is the perfect cottage!

Sweet Ting was Perfect!! Very clean and comfortable!
We had an awesome time during our stay at Sweet Ting! The house was in the perfect location towards the end of the island and within steps of the beach. It was very quite. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The golfcart was perfect for us to get around and explore the island. The food on the island was delicious! The owner Melisa was extremely quick with responses to questions we had and the caretaker Quinna was the best. She picked us up from the dock and took us to the house and was very helpful on telling us a bit about the island. I would recommend this house to others and it would also be great for kids.
