Our condo is very clean and well appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe.
Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened/glasses all weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time.
We are offering a large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and chest and flat screen cable TV's in the living room and both bedrooms; some with DVD. The master bedroom has a king sized Tempur-Pedic mattress. The master and the guest bath has a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room and glass/screened-in all-weather porch/sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a fireplace in the living room.
Located on the shores of Table Rock lake on Emerald Pointe. We have a new swimming pool as of May of 2018. We are only 50 yards or less from Tablerock lake, but there are some trees between the condo and the lake so we are lake front but not lake view. The US Army Corp of Engineers has a $5000 fine for cutting down a tree. A fishing, boating and water sports paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery to name a few. It's a great location for any of your vacation plans, there is something for everyone.

PRIME 2025 DATES AT 2017 RATES!! LAKEFRONT CONDO!
There will be additional charges for any guest bringing a boat. Most bookings good with 2 night minimum. From mid June to mid August, we rent 3-6 nights minimum, with check in and check out on Sat or Sun. In the summer, if someone checks out on a Friday and the next guest checks in on Sunday, we will rent a weekend but don't just rent weekends during the busy summer months. A signed contract/rental agreement and a VISA or MasterCard number will be required by the owner to book this condo. There is a one time cleaning fee of $90 to be left in the condo at check out, cash or check is acceptable.

This was a very nice place to stay during our trip to Branson. The kitchen was abundantly supplied, and the entire condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the lake view. The owners gave very specific instructions prior to check in, and we had a nice visit on the phone & discussed things to do. The owners gave a great suggestion to visit the fish hatchery. The condo was clean and had ample space. There are a couple of areas that could take the unit to the next level. The cable wires to the TVs should be cleaned up for a nicer look. The kitchen utensils were at the lowest level and need some love. Also, the front right burner would not regulate & it maxed out even at the lowest setting. My brother was very upset about the double cleaning fee, which should have been disclosed in the listing. None of these items took away from my pleasure. I had a great time and these are some suggestions to take the unit to the next level. Thanks so much.

Great location away from "the strip" and all the traffic, yet close enough to take in the shows and shop. We rented a boat for the day and found plenty of eateries to enjoy. Sandy was very easy to communicate with and eager to answer any questions we had.

Condo was nice, not as clean as I hoped as we found some trash from previous guest on the floor in a few spots but nothing terrible. The complex was ok, pool was dirty and green first might but was cleaned up and clear by the end of our stay, playground area needs a little upkeep. Disappointing that Branson Bay Marina does not rent boats even though thier website says they do. Would have been awesome to walk out the condo right onto the boat. Overall nuce place to stay.

Beware of Hidden Costs

Owner did not include all fees on the vrbo payment page. The cleaning fee which is typically included on the vrbo payment page was not included by this owner, but was disclosed in a contract which she sent to me after a non-refundable reservation payment had already been processed. Further, there was an envelope left on the counter in the kitchen of the condo with instructions to leave cash or a personal check for the cleaning fee amount. I have never encountered this in any other vrbo rental, and I have booked numerous times. The owner also encouraged me to book directly with her next time to avoid the service fee. I would question whether this falls within the Terms of Service agreement she has with vrbo. At any rate, I will certainly avoid any of her properties in the future. When we arrived, none of the three toilets in the unit were working, there was mold in two of the toilet bowls, the towels were rags, and the sheets on the beds were very thin and worn. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The owner did come over and get the toilets at least working some, but they still need attention. She seemed surprised by the condition of the towels and did bring over a few new towels, but they were dollar store quality. I was the family member who made the reservation (I’ve done this for years for both my family as well as for my husband’s family), so I’ve had lots of experience with bookings, and this was by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had. We were raised to treat people the way you want to be treated, and I feel like we were deceived by this owner. In order to appear competitive with her price, she did not disclose all fees on the payment page. I had sent a copy of the email payment page to my siblings, so they were expecting to pay their share of that amount. I had to inform them that the owner had added another fee after the fact which increased our overall lodging cost by 22%.

The location & views from this penthouse condo are beautiful! It also includes WI-FI, swimming pool, and a marina is a short walk away from the condo. It has an adequate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths including a jetted tub. Don't hesitate asking Sandy if you have any questions. She is very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo!

Location was great right next to a new marina - the condo was clean - the kitchen was better equipped than my own home - and the support and help we received from Sandy booking only a day in advance was a real treat!! We stayed here while attending our son's baseball tournament. Sandy was extremely helpful in trying to help us with finding a boat slip and a place to store our boat trailer, without having to pay an arm and a leg. The place was perfect for our families and we truly enjoyed it. The only wish that I have that prevented me rating 5 stars was the view in the back. While the lake is right there behind you, there is not a view because of all the trees that block the view. Not the owner's fault but would have loved to be able to sit out out and look at the lake every night or first thing in the morning with coffee. Thanks Sandy!! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come again.

The property itself was a bit dated, but it was sufficient for our needs. It really needs to be updated. One of the vanities was totally disconnected from the wall. Also, I would recommend a coffee maker that shuts itself off. We did enjoy the tennis courts. And it was nice to have a table that seated six for games and meals.The negatives were that the wifi inside the condo was sketchy at best. We had to go out the front door EVERY time we needed to talk on the phone and the neighbors were chain smokers. So you couldn't breathe anything but smoke each time you needed to use the phone. Second, the exercise room was subpar. It was 4 machines squeezed into a room with about two feet or so in between to form an aisle and no room otherwise. The machine with weights was not functioning properly and there was barely any room to do what was working on it. Lastly, even though you pay for cleaning, you have to do quite a bit yourself before leaving or incur additional charges. These are things which have different prioritization depending on the individual, so they may or may not be a factor when booking.
