About this bed and breakfast
Listen to the coyotes yelp from the cozy comfort of this one bedroom casita. Shop at nearby Whole Foods then cook in the full kitchen or go out to the numerous ethnic restaurants. The casita is located in a quiet, rural, walkable neighborhood that is still an easy drive to downtown and the University. The pool is just steps away and you will have access to my hot tub and Nautilus circuit gym. The private back patio has a grill and a table for two.

Cosy Casita lives up to its name
This casita was truly cosy, with a super comfortable bed and couch. The location was convenient for both cycling and hiking, and the washer and dryer allowed us to keep our limited wardrobe of hiking and cycling clothes fresh and clean.

Very Good Value for the Cost; Quiet Neighborhood
The Cozy Casita offers very good value for the cost. Richard welcomed us and checked to make sure things were ok. Clean, quiet location. Two other larger rental "homes" on site. A special treat was the use of the pool on hot days. The Casita could use a few more supplies, dishes, etc. Unit has it's own outdoor BBQ that worked very well. If you are one or two people and spend most of your days exploring Tucson, this is a good place to stay.

Satisfactory!
Great place for a single or a couple. Very comfortable! We prefer two pillows, dust mop or broom & dust pan, better sound. We could have used set of measuring spoons & cups.
Adrian was very attentive in Richard’s absence.

Tucson Stay
This was such a great experience. Communication was amazing including a recomendation to probably the best Mexican food my wife and I have ever had. We are looking at making a family trip back to the area this spring and will be staying back here

Tops in Tucson
Inviting, quiet, peaceful, restful and convenient. This property offers it all. The casita is a great place to get out of the busy city yet be close enough to grab a great meal at a nearby restaurant or do some shopping. The bed is comfortable and the sofa is great. The kitchen has all the essentials and is clean. I especially appreciate the outside patio and pool option. Richard is a great host and answers questions almost immediately. I will stay here anytime I'm in Tucson.

Perfect location for our needs
We rented this casita while visiting family. It was clean and very functional for the two of us. The living / dining / kitchen area was surprisingly spacious for such a small place. The kitchen is pretty well equipped in terms of having cookware.
Richard was responsive when I had questions before arrival and during our stay. And, once he showed us around, he gave us our privacy.
I think we would stay here again but I have a few suggestions for improvement. Though the place really is only suitable for 2 people, it would be nice to have more dishes such as cereal bowls so that you don't have to wash them each time. There is a dishwasher but we never used it because we would run out of dishes before it was full enough to run. The sound on the tv was horrible. Maybe a sound bar would help?
The property has three houses including the casita that are rented and you share the grounds, pool and hot tub. This was not a problem - all of the renters were very nice. The only oddity was that the parking space for the casita is at the front door of one of the other houses and it felt intrusive when we came home late in the evening to park or to leave early in the morning..
The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed exploring it with morning walks. The bed was comfortable and we liked the over sized shower. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks!

Nice Stay!
Nice little house, price was good and location was ideal for us! It is close to a lot of the good restaurants and the mall. Netflix on the TV was an awesome bonus! Person who checked us in was very nice. Unit had AC, shower was huge! I would definitely stay here again!

Met basic needs
The property is great. Has a lot of amenities, pool, hot tub, even a play area for kids. The casita was the perfect size for 1 person, 2 max. However there was no basic necessities for cooking. I had to buy everything down to the coffee.
The owner was very hospitable. I came in extremely late and he had a lit up path for me to fallow.
It is conveniently located by the Tucson Mall. So it made it easy to get the things I needed.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful and quiet desert location, yet close to anything we needed.
We loved the location, and the property was beautiful. The Casita was the perfect space for us since we planned a lot of activities around town. It was also a great place to relax in our downtime, either by the pool with plenty of outdoor seating, or in the hot tub. Richard is a friendly host with good dining recommendations. We loved staying here and would book the Casita again!

Our little get away
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at our little Casita. It was everything that was promised. A perfect stay for two people. . .clean, quiet and, yes, cozy. Did not use the pool. . it was too cool yet. Took advantage of the hot tub one day. We were within easy walking distance to a lovely restaurant and convenient store and within easy driving distance to a lot of stores. This was the perfect location for us with what we had planned on our trip. Easy drive for day trips. Richard met us upon arrival. Our flight was late, we had a couple of accidents enroute so it delayed us by almost 2 hours. Needless to say, we were tired and ready for some R & R. I recommend this unit and location for anyone (1-2 people) who is looking for relaxation and yet have easy access on and off major highways.

Nice little place to stay for a couple
Stayed here for a week. It is a nice little place. Not much room to lounge around but fine for a couple. We were doing stuff all day so it worked out great for us. The place was clean and had most stuff needed for our stay. Would stay there again if we go back to Tucson.

Wonderful Casita
This casita is well represented and did not disappoint. It was roomier than I expected and a perfect size for one or two persons. I didn't need to use the kitchen for more than just convenience food, but it was well stocked and clean. The living area is small but with a very comfortable sofa. The bed and bath facilities were clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and dark at night for a great night's sleep. Richard was very pleasant and accommodating. The yard area is beautiful with a pool, fire pit, hot tub and lots of interesting art and beautiful flowers. It was a secure, comfortable space that felt out of the busyness of the city. A great respite for busy days. I'll rent this casita every time I'm in Tucson. I highly recommend it.

Cozy Casita with very nice amenities.
While I didn't spend much more than nights in the Casita (I was there to spend time with my parents). It was a very quiet and gave me a restful retreat. The pool is very nice and the backyard has a wide range of amenities, fire pit, playground, hot tub that a guest can use. I didn't have to cook while I was there, but the kitchen was well appointed, with enough utensils, pots and pans to do basic cooking. It's definitely geared for no more than two though (I was alone this trip). The owner was very welcoming and was readily available to answer any questions or concerns via e-mail, phone or in person.
