My teenager and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The RV was very comfortable and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. The host, Pam, was very accommodating and really nice! She left some of the best cookies we ever had as a treat. The A/C was really cold and the August heat couldn’t get to us in there. I will 100% be staying here everytime I stay I. Stephenville!

It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It is located in a neighborhood right beside the owners house. We will be booking again…we have a daughter that will be a freshman at Tarleton this fall!

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s clean, has a great bed and air conditioning. It’s quiet at night for a great nights sleep. It’s easy to get to and has a great place to park. It’s a perfect location for many day trips to surrounding small towns and even Fort Worth.

This rv stay, hosted by Pam, was the oasis of peace I needed. Im in town for a family member with declining health and staying at the RV gave me so much peace in a space. The RV is cute, clean and stocked with all the creature comforts you need. The area was quiet and felt safe. But, the number perk is the host, Pam. Such a kind host and even had homemade cookies waiting for me at check in and checked in with me personally when I arrived. Looking forward to staying in the cozy hideout again in the future.

Cozy, comfortable and clean! Pam was a fantastic host, had great communication, and delicious cookies! This was a great value, and exactly as described. A cute little camper beats a hotel room any day!

Host helped us out in a pinch to check in after normal hours, cozy feel of home nice quiet neighborhood, great communication with host, plus she made cookies 😍 10/10 would definitely recommend & stay again when needed!

The trailer was just too small and overloaded with
Pillows and rugs. Bed wasnt actually a real queen size it was a rv queen. Which is smaller. We both are 6' it was too short.

This little RV was neat as a pen. Perfect for one person. Pam had clear instructions. I would stay again if in the area.

The place was exactly as advertised. I stayed there for two days and I had a pleasant time. The host, Pam, is the kindest human ever. She had fresh baked cookies for the stay which is a great touch. She even gave me a ride to my apartment.
Pam, Thank you so so much.

We were here for grandchildren's band concerts. We did not want to disturb home routines on school nights and mornings. So, the two of us older adults enjoyed this small camper trailer. It was wonderful for our needs. The bedroom and bed are small. We both are not tall or large so bed was fine. Everthing else is small also but nicely appointed and clean. Pam is awesome as a host. She is friendly, helpful and perceptive about her customers's needs. We will stay again whenever we need a place to stay in Stephenville.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet, and the RV is very clean and well taken care of. Pam is always a great host! This visit we happen to have a lot of severe weather. She messaged me before our arrival to let us know that she cleared a spot under her carport for us.❤️ She is quick to respond and take care of anything that might be needed, and her cookies upon arrival are absolutely AMAZING. My husband was looking forward to those months before our second visit. This has become our "go to" spot when we come to town.

This trailer was very well kept and perfect for a weekend watching our daughter at the College rodeo. We just needed a place to shower and sleep. This was perfect and affordable.

Quaint, small fifth wheel. I have never stayed in a fifth wheel before and it was a good stay. Pam had fresh baked cookies for the stay which was a nice touch. It was smaller than I expected but there was good communication from the property owner and would consider staying here again.

I just needed a small place for me while I was in town for a quick visit. I picked this rental due to how close it was to where I needed to be. My brother joined me as an afterthought. We were comfortable. Pam was very communicative and helpful. The only quibble I have is that I wouldn’t necessarily call it ‘tranquil’ due to proximity to a larger road, and the road noise was a little frustrating while falling asleep. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Relaxing stay
The Rv stay was great. It was quiet, but yet close to everything we needed. There is lots to do near. There was a couple minor things that we needed help with, but Pam was great and so kind. She left us cookies that were gone in like an hour. Thanks for that! It was a great stay. Everything was provided that we needed during our stay from, linens, towels, actual TV channels, kitchen items and even shampoo. We did bring all our own stuff, but it was nice knowing that if I did forget anything she probably had it there! I definitely would stay again if I was ever back in the area.

Clean property and wonderful host!
First time staying in an RV. It was just what we were looking for! The RV is clean and well taken care of. Freshly baked cookies were waiting for us when we arrived! The host is very attentive and tries very hard to make your stay prefect. We only had one issue arise on the second day. I messaged the host, and she took care of it almost immediately - she even treated is to breakfast for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay hear again.

Quick concert getaway
We traveled a couple hours from our hometown to Stephenville for a concert in the park and wanted to be able to explore and not drive back home late at night with our toddler.
We didn't use many of the amenities, but refrigerator/freezer, ac, and space heater met our needs for this quick trip.
Communication from owner was great from the night we booked until after we checked out. The location was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see.

Best RV
Great stay! We enjoyed our nights there very much. I'm so sorry about the cup that fell and broke let me know if we need to reimburse you for that. It was such a hard day already and forgot to leave some cash for the coffee cup.

Great VRBO
Great little RV. She even had a sound machine by the bed.

Charming camper with great hostess
Easy to get to. Close to all we needed to do. Camper had everything we needed for for our two night stay. Hostess left warm cookies for our arrival, which were wonderful.
Our only detraction had nothing to do with the hostess. A man walking his dog got into a confrontation with a neighbor across the street threatening to return and kill the neighbors dogs.
