About this apartment rental
Ptown is the perfect place to escape from the city & be closer to nature. My home has two floors with an upstairs studio loft with a massive table desk and it's own living room. This can be your office studio. The downstairs can be your living quarters. Ptown is the perfect place to spend your summer and beyond. So many activities where social distancing is possible. Beach, bicycling, paddle boarding, kayak, and swimming. There is a tradition of people that have come to work and play in Cape Cod. From the Kennedy's to the bohemian artists.

Kick off your shoes and enjoy this entire home to yourself or with friends during your stay in this magical Cape Cod destination. Built in 1895 as the Odd Fellows Hall and converted into condos in the late 1980's, the home is appointed with comfortable seating and furnishings and ample lighting. My home is located in the old coronation room of this fraternal order. Making my guests feel like Kings or Queens was exactly what I had in mind.
You are steps away from all the fun and excitement of all the fantastic shopping, art galleries, restaurants, bars and dancing venues the beach town has to offer. The location lets you access the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street but then escape it when you want some peace and quiet. There is no problem with noise being so close to town. Located on the third floor and far enough that the noise does not travel.
I have carefully curated my home for guests to feel at ease and comfortable wherever they sit or lay down. There is always a beautiful view to look at. Carefully placed mirrors to bring the view in along with plants and trees to bring that garden experience indoors. Crafting an all immersive pleasure experience is important to create a place of rest and relaxation. My home is both intimate and spacious for a multi sensory experience.
FLOOR PLAN
The home has two floors. Two bedrooms on the first level and a large Loft bedroom on the second floor. The upstairs studio loft is 400 square feet with its own living room and queen bed. The studio loft is accessed by a staircase with no door. The downstairs bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for ultimate privacy. While you nest in this unique home, you get beautiful views of the town roof line, the Unitarian Church, City Hall and the magical sunsets that Ptown is so famous for. The entire home has great light filled rooms with windows that open to let in the summer breeze but also has A/C units during the high summer months for your comfort.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with flatware, dishes, cooking utensils and coffee machine. You will find an ironing board and hanging space in the closet and boutique bath amenities for your use. A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.
BEDROOM COMFORTS
Beds are dressed in luxury hotel bedding.
Bedrooms have blackout drapery for those that like to be out late and sleep in.
TECHNOLOGY
Music and lighting to me is everything and so I have outfitted my home with the latest technology for your pleasure, including SONOS speaker system, HUE lighting system and maximum speed WiFi/Internet service. Both services have apps that can be downloaded onto your phones. HUE lighting lets you change the color of the room from fuchsia to sapphire to emerald with a single swipe.
USB charging stations are located at all bedrooms for your convenience at the nightstands and dining table.
Beach towels and beach bags are provided for your day jaunts to the beach or pool.
I trust that you will enjoy the experience I have created for myself and for guests. If you should have any questions please reach out to me.
With pleasure,
Gino

I went for art and romance--both accomplished.
A great place, but you have to be willing to climb stairs.
Lots of sunlight! Gino is very responsive. This was my 2nd stay and I'm already planning a 3rd.

This was a 5 night stay for us, coming back to the Cape after living overseas for 6 years. We had a few nights with good friends and then a few nights with our grown children and partners. It was wonderful to be back in Ptown, and Indigenous Peoples weekend was in full swing. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed everything Ptown. The location was perfect, a block of Commercial. Amazing view of Pilgrim Monument from the deck and even a bay view peak from the loft room! The unit is beautifully furnished and decor is unique and stylish. Totally comfortable, well appointed kitchen, and pet friendly! One bathroom is typical but for 6 people it requires coordination! Parking is right next to the building but only one space for the unit, guests need to park close by in paid overnight lots. The unit is on the 3rd floor and the exterior stairs get you to the views but pack light! The roof deck is wonderful on a nice evening but it is shared for the building. No grills allowed but you'll want to eat out at the many wonderful walking distance restaurants in town. This Fall on the Cape getaway will be an annual family outing for us and this unit will be on the list to return to. Gino, host, has been awesome in communication and support and provided lots of information on restaurants, hikes and things to do in the area. Very supportive and obviously a super host! We loved it. Condo was uniquely decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The upstair bedroom was extra large with the added seating area/ living room.
The Condo had everything you need, from books to read to fully equiped clean kitchen.
I would not recommend to anyone with difficulty using stairs but only a block away from Commerical Street it is an idea location to center of town.
We loved it!

Place was great and Gino was very responsive and left really helpful recommendations. Location was perfect - walking distance from beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Could not have asked for a better home away from home!

I loved this place--loved the view of steeples and towers and slices of beach, loved the light--so much Cape light coming through the windows. Loved how comfy it was but also full of fascinating objects and design decisions. Sometimes i was alone and it was still cozy--and yet it was big enough for my partner and I to work in different quarters and not be disturbed. Gino was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I was there in winter and it was quiet--yet of course perfectly located. And oh, my first experience with Sonos speakers--terrific sound!

I've stayed in many terrific Provincetown properties over the decades. Many of them boast a kind of "beach house" them with shells, vacation furniture, bright colors and a summer vibe. But this place is wonderfully distinctive; grand furnishings in a setting that feels a little bit like some of the old Venetian homes long the grand canal. The living room features a huge, Grecian bust. There are majestic columns bearing leafy plants. All three beds have a kind of antique grandeur about them. And it's all very handsomely maintained. I didn't lack for a thing, and the host Gino was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. For art fans, he has a thrilling collection of fine art and design books that are a sumptuous way to kick back and relax, turning pages and sipping sherry. I came during the off-season; I'm a writer and I like Provincetown when it's quiet and even a little sparse. This whimsical condo made for a productive and highly enjoyable stay.

Came here with 2 adults and 1 child for a family vacation. Gino sent very clear and detailed information about not only the check-in process, which was very smooth, but also about recommendations for things to do around the apartment. The place was beautiful and very clean, plenty of space for the whole family to hang out while also getting some work done. We very much enjoyed our stay! Hope to be back soon.

We spent three nights at Gino’s place on Ptown and it was heaven. Description matches the place perfectly and we had more than enough room for our family of 4. Gino has tons of great food suggestions and communication was fast and easy. Can’t beat the location! Loved it. We will be back!
