The Dyers Beach House has all the nice extras that most places would charge a fer for. Dyers gives at a courtesy terry bathrobes, beach chairs and towels. Very safe relaxing vacation,the town and people were friendly and welcoming. Worth the ride

Just back from the perfect weekend in Ptown. Can't say enough good things about Dyer's Beach House. Great location, views, staff, cleanliness and loads of charm. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here in the future. I'm already planning a return trip!

Loved this place! You simply cannot beat the location - right on the beach and right in the middle of the action of Commercial Street. All the good restaurants are within easy walking distance as well as many fun stores to peruse. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the middle of the action. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Such a perfect location for our first visit to P-town. Beach house is right in the middle of Commercial street, shops & restaurants are literally a few seconds walk from the rooms. The location is very quiet, tucked away from the street enough to offer a nice private feel. We couldn't be happier with the room. The view was incredible & the private beach was amazing. I would love to visit P-town & stay at Dyer's again.

What a nice, "hidden" gem - I stayed here for Labor Day and absolutely enjoyed my stay. Great location, awesome room with a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean. Super nice and helpfull team - so couldn't be happier with my stay and looking forward to return to Dyer's beach house

The room was nice and the view was fantastic but I can’t give 5 stars when the bed so obviously needed replacement. At the prices this place charges the least one would expect is a decent bed.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Dyer’s! When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by the owner, Liz. The room was very clean, cozy, and the view on the deck was spectacular. We also met some regulars who welcomed us and made us feel like we were immediately part of the community. We will definitely be returning!

This stay was by far better than I expected and shame on me for having thought that it would not be a great experience. The property is lovely. The room was so clean and it smelled great. The deck was unexpectedly divine. Everything was just exactly what I needed. The owner Lizzie was such a sweetheart as was her daughter and staff person Sheila. I met some. Refulars and I fell in love with tjem and wanted to be part of the pack. I oray to find another opening in their schedule to go back soon.

Perfect setting. Owners and staff very attentive and personable. Rooms/beds comfortable with comfortable seating inside and out. Property is quiet and relaxing.if lucky to get water front room, decks are private with astounding views. Even other rooms have nice views as well. Beach chairs and towel loan especially appreciated. This is our fourth stay at Dyers and we plan to return as often as we can.

Dyer's Beach House was a great place to stay to visit Ptown. The location can't be beat with the harbor views and convenient access to downtown. The staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back.

I almost hesitate to tell people just how great this place is because I want it to be available every October! I used to think hotels in Provincetown were going to range from sketchy to mildly uncomfortable until I found Dyer's. Liz and Jan have done an outstanding job with this place and I have never been so relaxed away from home.

Terrific deck right on the harbor. Very close to restaurants, bars and stores. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.
