Ideal location for my needs. Kept fully informed on where to collect keys. Everything available for self catering stay.

A lovely clean, comfy, spacious apartment, well equipped. Great location for Blackpool with a bus stop directly outside the property. Would highly recommend.
A minor point, is not a king sized bed as described but is a double, albeit very comfy.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped accommodation at a reasonable price. Location good for my needs while visiting family and friends in the area.

very comfortable, clean and spacious
The stairs are quite steep but no problem at all if you are used to stairs .

we loved that there was everything we needed. all the little homely touches.
the beds are very comfortable and the apartment is spotlessly clean. I was staying with my daughter and 2 young grandchildren. we used the apartment as a base for exploring Blackpool, having booked tickets for all the attractions in advance, we had a very full week. it’s great that the bus stops right outside and we were able to park the car right by the door, kids come with a lot of kit! and every day we would load and unload the car with beach stuff, picnic stuff, kids stuff! we did cook in the kitchen and we loved sitting around the table in the kitchen eating together. although we didn’t use it, the little yard with its patio table and chairs is a sun trap. we did watch the latest Spider-Man film on the telly as there is the full sky package. but as we had so much booked, we didn’t take much advantage of that. i chose the apartment because I wanted to be close enough to Blackpool but not to close. even with the windows open, as it was warm, it was quiet. it’s a busy road but we didn’t notice it. I would definitely recommend this place. great value for money.
so attractions we visited:
Blackpool model village- £29 family ticket for 4. we loved the quiz, the kids loved spotting the gnomes and at the end they got a prize, sweets and a sticker.
sandcastle swim park - I’m disabled, and this place is super disabled friendly. the staff were so helpful. we all really enjoyed it.
Blackpool circus- again super disabled friendly. the show is amazing
we booked a multi ticket which included the circus, Madame Tussaud and the Sealife centre. i highly recommend doing this as it makes these attractions a lot cheaper and great value.
Blackpool zoo is really good. it is a whole day. you can get the bus to it. the apartment is literally 5 minutes drive to the zoo.
on our last night, we packed the car up to save time in the morning as we planned a final day on the prom before driving home to Yorkshire.
nothing, we loved it

once again a lovely few days in this apartment we took the grandchildren with us and they loved it especially the board games and Oliver was so helpful sorting out the x box for them - looking forward to another visit later on the year

It was like from home to home , everything you needed was there. Brilliant apartment away from all the noise and busyness. Local restaurants and shop very nearby
It’s the only big down fall, mattress in main room was thin and hard very uncomfortable could feel the spring’s. A good night sleep determines your day for you and unfortunately it was a long weekend with not a lot of sleep. But I can’t fault the apartment itself.

IT'S A NICE QUIET AREA,THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY,HAVING STAYED IN JUNE,AS WELL HAS THIS TIME.JOHN IS A BRILLIANT OWNER,I ASKED HIM TO PROVIDE A NEW CLOCK,A WASTE BIN,COASTERS,AND ALSO COAT HANGERS.IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS,JOHN,OR MEGAN IS VERY WILLING TO HELP.THE WEATHER WAS POOR,BUT WE STILL HAD A GOOD HOLIDAY.
THE BEDS COULD DO WITH EITHER NEW MATTRESSES,OR NEW BEDS.WE ALL AWOKE EVERY MORNING WITH ACHING BACKS.

Everything! Spotless apartment in a nice area, close enough to Blackpool town centre so plenty to do for a small family, but far enough away for it to be peaceful. Shop right next door for things like milk bread, beer. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.
Only tiny fault was the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but wasn't awful either. Was fine for a few nights

SKY T.V. WAS A NICE BONUS,THE AREA IS VERY QUIET,IT WAS NICE TO HAVE A WASHING MACHINE,AND TUMBLE DRYER IN THE APARTMENT,PLUS THE BATHROOM IS VERY SPACIOUS,AND THE SHOWER WAS VERY GOOD.IT WAS NICE TO HAVE A BUS STOP OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT.PLUS THE LIVING ROOM IS VERY SPACIOUS,ALSO THE LARGE BEDROOM IS SPACIOUS.
IT WAS EXTREMELY HOT,EVEN WITH THE WINDOW'S OPEN, WE WOULD HAVE LIKED FANS FOR THE ROOMS,PLUS AN INFORMATION PACK,ABOUT THE ATTRACTIONS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA,WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD IDEA,FOR GUESTS WHO DON'T KNOW THE AREA.

Lovely, cosy little appartment, not too far from blackpool. Stayed there with my 2 children, unfortunately had to leave early as one of them took bad. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again in future☺️
