Posto molto bello, casa accogliente e tramonto wow

Casa pulita, fronte spiaggia, in un luogo di Kos molto tranquillo, ma in cui non manca nulla. Molto bello il terrazzino che affaccia sul mare, tramonto eccezionale. Host molto disponibile, cordiale e gentile. In casa c'è di tutto: tostapane, macchinetta per il caffè, lavatrice, forno, asciugacapelli di vari tipi. È stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno che suggerisco sicuramente. Due consigli che non riguardano la casa, ma il luogo: almeno a luglio ci sono mosquitos quindi munitevi di spray anti zanzare, la prima sera ci hanno punti ma è bastato usare un repellente per stare tranquilli le altre sere. La spiaggia di fronte casa è bellissima, due lettini, un ombrellone e due bottiglie d'acqua 8 euro, capita solo che dopo forti venti si formino alghe a riva che poi vanno via dopo qualche giorno. Se la girate come abbiamo fatto noi, guardate sempre la direzione del vento per scegliere la costa da visitare. Per me imperdibile Cavo Paradiso, strada un po' impervia e strerrata ma spettacolo e colori mozzafiato. Un paradiso nel vero senso della parola.

This is a wonderful place to stay, either you are just passing by or staying for a while. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, close to everything including sea and harbor. A friendly welcome, even with a late arrival. Thank you for a short but nice stay!

I can highly recommend this apartment! It is quite but central, very clean (during our one week stay, it was cleaned a couple of times). Mastichari is a beautiful little town with nice restaurants, shops, … You get everything you need. Very nice family. The father brought us to the airport. Thanks a lot for everything! We‘ll come back.

Welcoming and comfortable

location excellent, very close to beach, shops and restaurants.

people in apartment above had to walk across our outside seating area to enter/exit their apartment which was a little awkward. On the day before we were leaving the owner wanted to clean and change bedding etc which we found a bit obtrusive as it could have been done once we left the following day.. On our last day we were packing and awaiting our lift to the airport when 2 German ladies arrived and wanted to come in to the property to start their holiday. At this point we had not yet vacated and the property not yet cleaned. They were very rude when we denied them access and asked them to wait until we had left the premises. The owner did not appear to be concerned about this when we told her and gave us the impression she had said it was ok for them to come in. Such a shame as it made us feel very awkward. The owner and her husband are lovely people and otherwise made us us feel very welcome.

Lovely relaxing stay in a friendly location.

The family were so welcoming and helpful - they cleaned the studio every 3 days. Very well located in the village - right on the beach and next to ample restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and ferry. Really lovely quiet location - not a party town, if that is what you are looking for.

Best location with the beach only some steps away. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace. The Apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equiped. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment and awesome hosts

We felt welcomed from the first second. We've traveled a lot over the last years but the hosts of this apartment were probably the best...awesome guys! The terrace of our apartment was a further highlight. Perfect to enjoy the sun till it disappears in the ocean. We were really sad we had to leave after a week. Highly recommend this apartment!

Nice Apartement in a nice Location

Everything as expected from the Pictures. You get what you see there.Very nice Host Family. Brought us to the Airport when no Taxi was coming. Great Location. Quiet Town. Some good Restaurants. Overall a nice relaxing Vacation. A bit windy if you are not a Kite Surfer.

Hate Shower Curtains:-), but also this was known by the Pictures
