LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - Yes no driving, no parking, no traffic. Just a short stroll (3-4 mins) to Little Cove beach and or the National Park and of course Hastings Street only another 5 mins along the boardwalk. The property is fully fenced for privacy and security.

A recent guest said " What a special little beach house this is. We stayed a long weekend that was so relaxing and peaceful. The house is really well stocked with a beautiful courtyard for the kids to play, The beds are comfy and there are books everywhere making it feel like a home away from home. A delightful and secluded cottage found adjacent to The Noosa National Park AND just three minutes walk to pristine Little Cove - the local's private beach. One continues from Little Cove to Hastings Street with worldly cafes, iconic restaurants, and stylish shops - just five minutes stroll along the boardwalk overlooking the Laguna Bay.

From Caroona the main entrance to The Noosa National Park is two minutes wander down Mitti Street where one will discover a variety of scenic parkland and coastal walks including access to the Pacific Ocean at Sunshine Beach.

Caroona welcomes you with 3 bedrooms (each with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan) and remodelled fully tiled bathroom with a large rainfall shower. The open plan living and kitchen area flows out to a covered patio overlooking the private courtyard at the front of the cottage. At the back there is 2 decks the upper designed for relaxation overlooking the native National Park inspired landscaped garden.The lower deck with dining for 6 includes a BBQ and is settled amongst the gardens.

Cute 60's bungalow in a great spot close to Hastings Street and beaches. Not first class accommodation but comfortable. We definitely enjoyed ourselves there, as it suited our requirements.

Location location location. Cutest tropical beach house. Very clean. I miss sitting out back with my coffee and hearing all the birds. The off street parking and the ability to walk to the beach and the national park, without having to worry about getting a parking space is amazing. We had the best beach trip and would love to come back!

We came for a wedding in Noosa, my brother & sister came up from Melbourne and we came from Clifton Beach (FNQ). The accommodation had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and we were only a short walk to Hastings Street and the beach. Would definitely recommend to family ad friends. Thank you Alan

This wondeful beach house is the perfect location for a surfing family. Easy walking to multiple breaks plus the added bonus of direct access to the National Park for alternative hiking activites when the wind is onshore. We throughly enjoyed our stay with the roomy kitchen perfect for preparing meals for a family of 6. We hope to come back again soon!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cosy home! Walking distance to Hastings street, the main beach and Little Cove. The home was very clean and perfectly suited my two sisters and I, our partners and my 1 year old nephew. The check in and out process was smooth and easy, and Alan was very easy to communicate with, I absolutely would recommend!

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Alan’s beach house was casual and comfortable with all the staples that you need like salt and pepper, olive oil, dishwashing tablets, foil etc. There was so much space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 x 14yo and 10yo). Kitchen and bathroom were clean and well equipped. So much outdoor space and secure gate. Carport on site and secure. Only 3 mins to our favourite beach - Little Cove and only another 5 mins to Hastings St. We loved our stay and will be back next time we are in Noosa. Thanks Alan!

Everything was wonderful. The location is hard to beat. The house was clean, very comfotable and had everything we needed. Lots of charm and character that you just don't get with new homes. Communication was great. Absolutely nothing to fault.

Location and accommodation were fine although we were not expecting that the property next door to be undergoing demolition with big machinery. So the first and last day were exceedingly noisy. Alan apologised once informed and provided a slight refund which was good but in all honesty we would have booked elsewhere if we had of known in advance. Under normal circumstances it would be a good place to spend some time without needing your car to get around.

Great location, well equiped. Lovely host - arrived and left when it suited us so no waiting to get in or rush to pack and leave. 5mins (steep steps) to morning dip/ national park. 10mins to Hastings st. Perfect place for a short break with friends.

We had a lovely few days staying here. Such a great location and short stroll to the beach. We used the travel cot, and there was a high chair and baby bath available too. The pantry staples were useful. A few stairs to the beach/town (just FYI if you have a stroller - we just carried it). We’d love to stay here again on our next visit.

Great location, great house. Unfortunately 1 air con unit in a bedroom wasnt working but the weather was cool enough not to matter. Advised them of the issue and they said they would get it fixed. Thanks for the stay would definitely stay here again if we return to Noosa

Our stay was excellent. The home is secluded, secure and in a quiet area of Little Cove, with easy access to beaches and Hastings Street. The house has a nice homely feel about it, and made our family feel extremely relaxed….could have stayed longer!!

Perfection location to Little Cove Beach, National Park and bustling Hastings street. The board walk is easily accessible with a pram and small children. The neighbourhood is quite and relaxing. Property wasn't as clean as reviews suggested. Vacuum cleaner was broken so unable to maintain during our stay. Property requires a thorough clean and some maintenance. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and Noosa is a good location for a family holiday with young children. Lastly, Alan was easily contactable during our stay.
