My stay never changes at the Hillcrest Inn.

Service at front desk. Waited for someone for 15+ minutes then had to call the hotel to get someone to check us in

Perfectly perfect in almost every way. Staff was friendly and helpful .

Location to venue was perfection. location to beach also perfection sadly it was raining . We will definitely be back in the summertime! Accommodations slightly outdated but clean and sufficient to what our needs were

The bed /floor was slanted however the bedding was clean and comfortable. It’s an older building so the uneven floors weren’t really an issue. The space was charming

Convenient location, but overpriced.

In the center of the strip and close to everything, and across the street from the beach. Having a balcony was nice too.

No facilities in the room except a mini fridge. No coffee maker, no chair and table to sit at. TV was small. The AC smelled musty. The beds were not that comfortable and overall the entire place needs a facelift. For how much they charge per night, the stay room and facilities should have been much nicer.

was not happy at all about my stay thought I was booking a room with a patio and was given a room with a view of the hotel next door

Exceptional

It was nice location had parking

Place out date.need work room are very small .bathroom was very small toilet was to close to.floor way toilet was your knee hit the wall.but it was clean. Nice location on the beach.

Toilet was leaking and Ac wouldn’t turn on. Was not given attention to problem or offered change of room

Clean, convenient, great location.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which was a bonus. The shower was great, good water pressure etc. Check in and out was a breeze.

No on site coffee or anything, not in the room or lobby. There was a shop very close but it has to A) be open and B) it's not part of the hotel so it's extra.

it was close to the casino ballroom.

very old. in need of an update. our room came with 2 postage sized towels, our ac was not functioning until my partner went to the front desk and was told he would need to move a ceiling tile in order to plug it in which is strange. it felt as though no one had touched the room this season.

Location is perfect!

One of the mangers possibly the owner was nasty to me on the phone. One of the guests asked for another blanket and they replied “for what”. And the rooms are tiny.

Decent week at the Beach

The view of the ocean from the room

They need to have a coffee bar in the lobby of hotel and daily room service also help at the front desk at night because we had lost our cable signal and the person at desk couldn't fix it

Great location but too dirty for me, wouldn’t stay again

We were let into our room early (noon) which was great, right across the street from the beach and close to the boardwalk.

Very dated and crowded room (three beds) one bed right next to the door so you almost trip on it when you walk into the room, and the door had a cheap key lock on the door (didn’t feel safe or secure) and dirty towels left on the hook in the bathroom and the room smelled of cheap cleaner. Overall feel if the hotel was dated, run down and dirty.
