The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the property was quiet and safe.
Staff was rude, especially at the restaurant - they never came to serve my table despite us going to the bar and politely alerting them we were there. We took our business to the restaurant at the lovely Hotel O Pino instead. There was a bright green light in the bedroom that was not conducive to sleeping. Expected better service given the price point.

Located right on the el camino trail, so easy to find. There is a restaurant on site which was convenient. The pool looked lovely, but with rain we did not use it.
can't think of a thing -- great last night before walking to Santiago de Compostela!

This was by far the best place we stayed on the Camino Frances. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The staff were lovely and we really liked the food in the restaurant. The pool looked very inviting but we were too tired after the Camino to use it. We would definitely return

The pool very clean and a luxury after a long day walking the Camino. The restaurant was excellent. A little way out of town so would suggest using the restaurant which was great. No real need to then go into town really as it is a hilly walk back. We caught a taxi. When joining the Camino from here you can avoid the town and walk through a small pretty forest.

It was on the Camino Primitivo and a great location for our group. Clean room and grounds and we enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok.

Great facility, clean bedroom and comfortable bed. The pool is definitely a plus as it helps you to relax after a walking day. The restaurant is quite nice with good options.
The laundry prices are quite expensive if compared to other places (€4 wash / €4 dry). Also, the city is round 25’ walking distance from the hotel, which makes you a little dependent on their facilities, like laundry and restaurant.

Gorgeous spacious room & bathroom with seating areas out the front & back. Great swimming pool in a rural quiet setting. Restaurant on site. Good value pilgrim menu.

Room was comfortable and the grounds were nice with the swimming pool. Right on the Camino (but there’s nothing else around here)
We had dinner here and it was not a good experience. Our table was rubbish (by the door, not really in the main part of the restaurant) and the waitress was rude with absolutely no customer service. Menu was on a QR code but there was no signal. The waitress tut-tutted and threw her own phone onto the table. She made us feel as though we were causing her a problem by being there. Shame because the food was ok (and the other, younger, waitress was fine.)

the rooms are comfortable for being on the Camino. spacious, clean and bonus having a pool in warm weather.
the reception person that greeted us was rude and abrupt for no reason. The dinner in the attached cafe was expensive compared to other places on the Camino and the quality was awful and there is no where else to eat nearby and it feels the people running this place are playing up on that.

it was a terrific setup and nicely located for Camino. staff friendly and helpful.
A little noisy for nighttime until everyone settles. Otherwise very good.

Garden bedrooms were clean, comfortable, good size
Food in restaurant was good and excellent value during the day eg Menu del dia
more expensive than similar properties we stayed in earlier in the week and fewer complementary toiletries supplied . Loose Flagstones on path up to bedrooms from reception and these were a dangerous trip hazard at night as lighting in that area was also practically negligible. Thought food in restaurant was expensive in the evening

The food at the restaurant was very good.
The rooms have a bit of a fishbowl feel.

very odd and not comfortable shades on doors and windows, no way to operate the air-condition

The restaurant is excellent, serving delicious food at very reasonable prices

2nd year staying here. it’s on the Camino way and it’s a perfect little spot. the facilities are great - pool and sun lounge area, laundry, bar, restaurant. we had the chalet accommodation which was spotless, spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the girl in reception was friendly and helpful
the food in the restaurant is basic but fine. the staff in the evening were friendly enough but the morning staff were not friendly and there wasn’t a smile or a polite response for anyone. the breakfast dishes were almost shoved at guests and the man removing dishes from the tables couldn’t have looked more fed up with the guests who were generally a friendly bunch on the last leg of their walk.

excellent room and pool
