Lovely little place

Customer service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the location was very central in the village and surrounding viewpoints. Great breakfast too. Michelle who served us breakfast was lovely and also English and she gave us some recommendations for thinks to see and do in the area but as we only stayed one night this was a little late for us.

There could have been a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We were travelling around Galicia and didn't have a fridge to put our supplies in. Also maybe some recommendations in English at reception on places to visit would have been good.

Absolutely would recommend it. Be aware that, like many places, reception definitely is not 24/7.

The location was quiet, attractive and perfectly located. The breakfast options were adequate and reasonably priced.

Lighting could have stayed on longer in the hall and stairways. Had to leave in the dark and had not practiced getting out with the key for that door. This would have been serious if there had been a fire.

Great location, lovely room.

Bed was very comfy and the location is lovely. Not much English spoken but that’s not really an issue. Lovely setting and excellent for walking in the Canon de Sil. Room is modern and well decorated.

Excellent hotel, but incorrectly recorded in navigation applications.

The navigation program led us to a closed entrance. The correct entrance is 200 meters away!!! I had to spend money on international calls to figure it out. It is advisable to hang an explanation in English on the closed gate with the address of the correct entrance.

Breakfast too pricey but bar across the road for breakfast was better option, overall lovely place but slighty overpriced out of season.

Beautiful hotel in a very nice village

We loved our room including the bath and the amazing towels. We loved the bed and the pillows. We liked the views from the window. The friendly and helpful owner. The wonderful breakfast and the lady who served it. The village was also amazing and there are great hiking routes around. All in all made this hotel the perfect place to stay in.

The room was amazing!

While the hotel is quite impressive when you walk up, our room (the Jr. suite) was what really stole the show. So incredibly comfortable and the tub in the alcove was awesome. The location was great as we could walk to the viewpoint. The restaurant was closed when we were there but we found a nice little place just a few minutes walk.

We were a bit confused when we walked in as to the check in process. But it got sorted out.
