a very happy family stay ..

This is a lovely apartment - it is modern and minimal and ideal for a small family or friends. It is a little way out of town, up a bit of as hill, in a quieter area of Kotor, and that suited us perfectly. And as all the reviews say .. the view from the balcony is stunning. Great value for money and a lovely host.

Amazing! Possibly the nicest apartment I have ever stayed in

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our host Lavijinia was warm, welcoming and very helpful.Great quiet location, but also very close to the town and it's amenities. It is a spacious modern apartment with one of the best views I ever had 😊 - take a look at the view from the balcony!

Great view, perfect communication with the host and whole appartment was really clean and cozy

I'll add informatorom that some older people could not attend to the appartment. You have to make really harsh walk to the appartment. It's really steep walk.

perfect stay

It was our first time to visit Kotor and we really enjoyed our stay in Aria Apartments. Apartment is well equipped, modern, with all necessary tools. Separately want to mention balcony with impressive view, the best in the town. Special thanks to the host Lavinija, she was very kind and made my wife’s birthday perfect. Also would like to mention about the most cute receptionists in the complex, couple of dogs with their puppies, which will meet you each time you come , so prepare treats for them!

Loved these apartments! Loved the view from th3ebalcony, that was amazing to look at every day with a coffee. I actually liked that the apartment was away from the from the intense busy-ness of Kotor! The apartment was so clean and fresh, excellent shower. And Lavinija was the friendliest and most helpful host ever - thank you to Lavinina! X

First and foremost the great positive aspect of this place is the owner - Lavinija is very responsive, helpful and made our arrival easy & gave us lots of local directions. For people considering travelling to this place by car there is great parking spot just outside, it's numbered parking space so that's great. As for the apartment itself as it was mentioned in other comments it has tremendeous view over the Kotor Bay so you can watch sunrise or chill in the evening watching the lights over the bay. The equipment inside is more than enough for even longer stay as it was in our case, you have washing machine, fully functioning kitchen and dining table. It's highly recommended to have a car to travel locally and visit other coastal cities, beaches as well as drive upward amazing Kotor serpentine with views reaching even outside the bay and mountains. Great place for holiday & perfect apartment!

Great view but a car is must-have

The main highlight of the apartment is definitely a fabulous view on mountains and the harbour. Apart from that, all necessary facilities are in place which makes stay very convenient. Worth to mention that the hostess is almost always available and ready to help.

A car is must-have for this location. There is the only one small beach in the town and not enough entertainments if you stay longer than 3 days. The city center is about 15-20 min by walk and the road is not that nice.

The apartment is super clean, very large and modern with a great view down to the bay.

Modern spacious apartment with nice balcony and great views. Very clean, easy to find with everything needed for a week long break. Dedicated parking for the apartment. Comfortable bed and clean fresh white bed linen. Lift which was good when returning with shopping. Good pressure shower, lot's of hot water. A few kitchen essentials provided. Complimentary bottle of wine.

There was no wall socket to plug the kettle in on the work surface level so had to boil the kettle on the floor. No hot running water in the kitchen. Road between the apartment and local supermarket had no pavement. Because of building orientation the balcony only got the sun in the morning and was quite chilly when in the shade when I visited. Super hard bed pillow. Needed a coffee table and maybe a rug to feel more homely. Lacked personal touches felt rather clinical. Uncomfortable huge leather sofa. The development the apartment in is by far the biggest in the area and in my opinion, sticks out like a sore thumb. How it got planning permission I'll never know.

Perfect vacation in Kotor

Perfect apartments with beautiful sea and mountains view. Private parking, very close to Old town. Lavinija is a perfect host, always on contact and ready to help and advise. Would recommend it definitely!

Modern apartment, beautiful view

Excellent communication with the host, everything was in top order, modern, new and very clean, apartment had everything I needed for my stay. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony. I would recommend staying there without hesitation.

Overall, was a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for a week. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, they even have a dishwasher. You can cook a lot and with comfort. The apartment is spacious and it was very clean when we arrived, the view is amazing! Communication with the host was easy and quick, and she was very helpful throughout the whole stay.

The apartment is located on a hill and although the distance is walkable, there are no sidewalks for part of the way. We were getting to the town center by taxi or car. Taxis are cheap but not always available. There is no A/C in bedrooms so you need to sleep with open windows on a hot day.

Great apartment! Clean, cozy, comfortable. There were everything you need (air cond, dishwasher, washing machine, well equipped kitchen) We took a scooter for all period so it wasn’t a problem to go to some beaches, but Kotor Bay is not about beaches. It’s about beauty of nature and small towns. It’s amazing Thanks for hospitality

Great aparment and lovely host. I would book it again

Everything was amazing! Apartment is all new and lux, we had everything we needed. Balcony, kitchen, bathroom - outstanding. Beds are really comfortable. I could easily adjust to living there permanently. I'd love to come again.

A superb stay loved it

Fabulous apartment on the 3rd floor of a new build with 2 bedrooms, large lounge, kitchen, and balcony with stunning views over the bay of Kotor. Really well equipped lots of towels etc. Charming, and delightful host Lavinija who made us so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble, even took us to the supermarket, and brought us back again. Gave us lots of information, and a reliable taxi service. Could not have asked for anything better.
