Mary (owner) was so sweet. After we checked in, she brought a bubble foot bath so we can soak our feet and relax.

it is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants. the apartment was super nice and clean, and the bed was so comfortable! it was one of our best Camino stays!

A lovely home from home with all amenities.

It was a very tastefully fully furnished apartment, which both myself and my daughter loved. it was of a French boutique style, with modern kitchen and bathroom fitments and decor. My pregnant daughter had the beautiful double bedroom, and I slept on the large double sofa bed in the Studio lounge/dining area. it was super comfortable. Our hostess was absolutely charming and used Google voice translate like a pro, she even offered to deliver our luggage to our next Hotel in Arzua the next day. she gave us good recommendations for food etc 🙌💕🤩

the apartment was so relaxing and comfortable after a long days walk on the Camino…very clean and well maintained…Mary was extremely hospitable and accommodating…she even brought us some milk for our morning coffee…what a lovely person and such a charming little apartment…our stay was most enjoyable!!

Mary was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She showed us on a map where to find local cheese and sausage, plus the location of a market. The apartment was large and clean. Water and a few goodies were provided. I highly recommend a stay at 'La Pause'.

Super high quality in every way!

One of the best stays on my Camino. Mari, the owner, is a gem and got us reservations at the best restaurant in town that would have been impossible for us to secure. A queen size bed alone is a treat on the Camino. we loved our stat there!

Not right place at all and property had no window connected to outside.

I strongly believe that such place should not be on Booking list. The place is a small room without proper ventilation and window connected to outside. The small room within the bigger space salon (Spa). The air was tick and not so easy to breath for three of us. I had same argue with the host and I've brought to her attention about it. The owner and booking.com should bring to travelers attention for such flaw in the property.

Great overnight stop for us—walking the Camino.

I liked that there was coffee for the morning. I thought the Host Mary was very kind and accommodating. I liked that the apartment was clean and felt new.

I didn’t like that there were no windows to the outside. Also when we showered it created a dampness in the small apartment that just wouldn’t go away. Also I feel there needs to be a small trash can in the bathroom. The only trash receptacle was under the kitchen sink.

Mary is an absolutely outstanding g host.

Mary was incredibly helpful. We had just finished a 20 mile walk on the Camino De Santiago and she made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay, including doing over laundry and calling for dinner reservations.
