One of the best hotels we stopped at on the Camino del Norte

This is a fantastic little gem of a hotel on the Camino. Even the beautiful exterior didn’t prepare us for what we’d find inside. It’s a little oasis which you don’t need to leave as it has everything you need. We arrived hot and sweaty after a 23km walk to find a lovely garden and swimming pool to cool down in. The reception and rooms have been beautifully decorated and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant which were served at a more reasonable time of 5-8pm especially when you have to get up for an early start the next day

Although the breakfast was lovely it felt a little rushed

Wonderful place, would stay again

Staff are lovely, super accommodating, property is beautiful including the grounds I didn’t see enough of because of bad weather

I had a top floor room, I’d choose a lower floor next time as roof windows didn’t give me enough light, but this is just my preference

This hotel was a highlight for us walking along the Camino. We felt really pampered. Thank you 1930 hotel 🙏

It was like going back in time- in a good way! The service was exceptional. The decor in Our room was delightful. We had champagne on ice out by the pool after a long day walking the Camino. Dinner at their restaurant was perfect as was breakfast in the morning.

Best Hotel on El Camino

I can't fault one thing in this hotel. My biggest surprise on the Camino trail. You could easily drop this hotel in any of the major European capitals and I'd still choose it over any hotel. The decor, individuality of the rooms, the attention to detail is all fantastic. The couple who own this hotel are the most hospitable humans, you'll feel at home. Breakfast was wonderful. We even plan to come back here after the Camino. Don't think twice, if you're sleeping in Arzua, stay here.

An excellent hotel and the best hotel which I stayed in whilst walking the Camino.

Continental breakfast provided. The interior of the hotel was tastefully decorated and the bedroom was very comfortable. After a long walk on the Camino the hotel was an excellent choice.

An oasis at the Camino de Santiago you should not miss!

Trendy chic right at the Camino de Santiago in Arzua! Elegant eclectic decor, service oriented, most wonderful staff. Boutique hotel personally run by young profesional couple. The restaurant Casa Nené is off property, a few steps down the street and a wonderful experience not to be missed.

Lovely respite in Arzua while hiking the Camino.

1930 Boutique Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The room and bathroom were very spacious and beautifully decorated! We had dinner at the hotel and it was one of the best meals we had on our trip. Breakfast was also delicious. If we are ever in Arzua again we will definitely stay at the 1930 Boutique Hotel.

the lobby is filled with flowers and the entire property is perfectly appointed. large outdoor area to relax, cold saltwater pool to relax muscles. dining area is limited so make reservation. beds are comfortable so if you’re on the Camino walking this is the place to rest and recharge
