About this apartment rental
We have two side by side units. Each stunning 2 bedroom unit has high ceilings and a Tribeca vibe. Stainless steel appliances, large TV mounted above modern horizontal gas fireplace, modern bathroom, kitchen, spacious mahogany deck and private outdoor shower with changing area. Air conditioned, light and sunny, with laundry on premises and 1 parking space per unit. Local listing agent is always accessible. An easy walk to Ptown center and minutes to the National Seashore by bike or car. This is a uniquely quiet, private feeling space in bustling Provincetown. It is the perfect home base from which to explore the Lower Cape. Listing number for the other twin unit #4360258.

We enjoyed staying here. Quiet neighborhood and good location between the beaches and town. Condo was very clean and well equiped. Deborah and Ron are very attentive hosts. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

great property. Perfect for two adults and 2 children or 2 adults only. Ample closet space and fully stocked kitchen. We ate out for dinners so didn't need to use the stove but it was great to know it was there. Nice bathroom and showers (indoors and out). Waking and sitting on the deck to enjoy light breakfast and coffee and the birds. Property manager was terrific. Little too far to walk to the busy parts of Commercial Street but parking was easy in town and at the condo. Thank you for a great few days.

A getaway weekend with friends to try to squeeze one last weekend of summer was made ideal with staying at Deborah’s place. It was exactly what we were looking for: comfortable yet stylish and clean accommodations with a cape feel and a little tucked away from the hub of life on commercial st, yet only a 10 minute walk. Her communication was great and very helpful. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Deborah was an amazing host and was very communicative and kind every step of the way. The condo has updated appliances and lots of natural light. We loved the open lay out and huge deck with a grill. The location is a short distance from downtown and we walked and bikes everywhere. This was one of our favorite p-town rentals!

Perfect place for a group of 4!! Quiet place that is easily within walking distance of all the best attractions. Off the main road so you can relax and enjoy. Deborah made the whole process seamless and was extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Both units are attractively decorated, super clean, and very well stocked with necessities. Deborah is a great host, very responsive. I recommend these two units with no reservations.

We had a great Provincetown experience this year, thanks in no small part to our apartment. It was exactly as advertised and matched the pictures. The interior space is comfortable and well furnished. The outdoor space is large and provides even more room to relax and enjoy Provincetown. The location was also ideal for us (quiet, but an easy walk into the center of things). Deborah is a great host and very responsive.

This is our second time renting this well-appointed condo in Provincetown's west end, and I'll return again next year. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to Commercial Street. If you have younger children or tweens, this is the perfect place for you. I get a "real" vacation and can sleep in because it's so quiet and the boys get to go to the park daily as it is only a five-minute walk from the unit.
You have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living room (TV with Netflix for movie nights). The intimate space is just enough for a family of four. As someone who cooks almost daily, a stocked kitchen is a must. I've checked all of the cabinets and there's more cookware, platters, etc than I need for a 7-day stay.
The unit is immaculate! I'm a little OCD and check for evidence of professional cleaning. You can certainly tell the difference when a bathroom is cleaned thoroughly and dishes are free of residue. Those things matter as this is my home away from home.
We absolutely love the deck with a large table, grill, as well as the addition of two Adirondack chairs. I have my coffee on the deck listening to birds before the boys get up. It's so peaceful at this end. And, we go into the fray whenever we want with just a short walk away.
Deborah is responsive, although I didn't have a reason to contact her because we had everything we needed. We texted the day before and during the drive in. She was kind enough to leave the boys snacks/goodies upon our arrival. They loved it! Who doesn't love Cape Cod chips and chocolate cookies.
We'll definitely be back for year three!

This was a fantastic place to call home while visiting Ptown. Extremely comfortable, clean, and convenient. Check-in was a breeze with excellent communications from our lovely hosts. We’ll be back!

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time!
Great kitchen for cooking up our meal while watching football on the tv. Great open floor plan and Deborah is a great host!
We arrived to a bouquet of flowers on the table to kick things off, such a nice touch!

Happy Home Away
I'm delighted to recommend this Happy Home Away, as just that, warm and cozy, in the quieter west-end of Provincetown. The two bedrooms make it quite comfortable, with lots of windows for both fresh air and skylights for magnificent streams of light. Our hosts were kind and accommodating, and even brought in fresh flowers. It's the little things that make a house a home and we snuggled right in. The kitchen is well appointed. The living room has an easy on/off timer fireplace which makes a romantic setting. While we didn't watch much TV, it was a very nice set up and comfy couch as well. We appreciated the convenient laundry, and enjoyed the idea of the outdoor shower (even though we didn't use it). Best of all is the deck, with an easy-op grill, with west-facing sunsets that is the perfect end to a perfect visit. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

Great condo, quiet beautiful location
This was a terrific place to spend 2 weeks. The condo is close to the center of town but on a very quiet street and there is only one other unit in the building. There’s a nice big deck that’s pretty secluded. Big open kitchen/living room, comfortable beds, all bright and airy and a terrific value. Deborah was very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to going back next year.

Beautiful Provincetown Condo
We had a wonderful week at Deborah's Provincetown condo. It was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. She even left us flowers! It was perfectly set up for the 2 of us and our teenage son with a spacious, bright living room, cozy bedrooms, and a huge deck that looks out on a lovely wooded area. Although the fancy, jumbo shower in the bathroom was great, we liked the outdoor one even more. The condo's location was even better than we expected. Very quiet and private, in a beautiful neighborhood, and an easy walk to Commercial Street. It's also just a short bike ride to Herring Cove beach. Deborah was very quick to respond when we had questions. Thank you! We hope to return next year!
