Lot's of room and clean. parking for 2 trucks and boats but a shared driveway so you cannot block. If you have more than 2 boats there was parking along the road.
Neiborhood was just ok.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and supplies were adequate. Loved the screen porch and the fact that it was on the river. Not a complaint but I would have enjoyed cutting some of the foliage to have a better view of the river. We would enjoy staying at this place again in the future. Thank you.

Lovely, comfortable home with a private dock on the river. Incredibly comfortable and peaceful. Close to dining and Muscle Shoals music scene but feels secluded. Screened back porch with rockers a bar and a suspended bed-so relaxing and fun! We are already planning our next visit! Host was phenomenal!

Judy's house was better than we could have hoped for. We wanted a quiet, long weekend and we definitely got it! We practically lived in the sunroom. Listening to the birds, watching the river - absolutely perfect. Lots to do in Muscle Shoals (go to the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio and Singing Waters Seafood). Thank you Judy - we'll be back!

Fantastic
Stayed here with family for a high school fishing tourney and it suited our needs perfectly. Very clean, nice dock for docking our boat, screened in porch was a hit, even in the hot days it was very comfortable. Judy went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. If we are ever down in this area again, this would be our first call.

From the time we walked in we felt welcomed and you could tell there had been a lot of love in this home… the porch, the deck, the birds, squirrels and chipmunks, the family pictures on the wall told a story… super clean comfortable everything you could want.. Judy checked in with us to see if we needed anything and told us the morning we checked out to enjoy our morning there was no rush to check out that the cleaning lady wouldn’t be there until the afternoon… I can’t say enough about this place except We can’t wait to go back… lots of memories made here.

Beautiful Views! Waterfront!
Such a beautiful view! We really enjoyed the screened porch even though it was cooler. This property is waterfront and has a great deck and stairs to the water. The interior was very cute! The only issue was the furniture was a little uncomfortable and broken down. We enjoyed our stay and visiting with family very much!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Owner is very shady!!!
The photos in the ad for this property are clearly outdated & very deceiving. This house is very unkempt & needs serious maintenance. When we first pulled up, I thought we had the wrong place because the landscape was so over grown with tall weeds, bushes and junk, that I thought it was abandoned. You can barely see the house & can't see the front door at all. Just watch out for snakes when you go to the front door because the weeds are so bad, it's very snakey. We saw one. Inside, it has a strong chemical cleaner smell giving the impression it's been cleaned, but it's very cluttered with old exercise equipment propped in the corner, left over stacks of flooring & tons of clutter. My fiance got a book off the shelf & I bet it had 2 inches of dust on it. The water was not installed properly & is reversed. You turn on the hot water, but it's cold. If two people are in both bathrooms taking a shower at the same time, the hot water fluctuates, going cold. The pier is rotten, so you have to be careful about how many people are on it. Don't even count on privacy. Judy owns the property next door too & uses it to keep an eye on you. The driveways actually connect which made parking for us very difficult because Judy & her friends were having a huge party next door & used most of the driveway, not giving us much space to park. We didn't have a choice & had to park our truck on the grass beside the driveway. Five minutes later, I get a text from Judy demanding we move that truck. Our adult children visited on Saturday bringing their kayaks. Keep in mind, I said ADULT children. One a nurse & her husband a doctor. They aren't wild acting party kids. Once again, got another text from Judy reminding us of the extra fee per person, per night rule. Our son, daughter & her husband didn't stay the night. They were only there for a family cookout with us that one day. Upon checkout, I get another text about paying for the extra people. I explained to her they left. TEN days after checking out, I get a notification Judy's keeping 1/2 of my damage deposit claiming we broke visitation rules. Rules I didn't know existed. Judy told me she'd used her property next door to take photos of my family. Pics of us in our kayaks on the water. Pics of us in the yard & on the porch. I felt like we'd been stalked all weekend. She's creepy & intrusive. Judy, take my money hun & pay for lawn maintenance! I have no idea how this place has good ratings! AWFUL!!
