Perfect location, amazing balcony.

Easy self check in. Excellent communication, very quick to respond to any questions. You do have to pay a deposit, but I received it back with no problems in the next two working days. Love the balcony, me and my family enjoyed morning coffee and diners there. Kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. Main bedroom has air conditioning which was very handy in the +30 degree weather. Location is perfect, 1 train stop from Krakow Main Station, easy access to trams, but also only 20-30 min walk to city center. Also had information from people, who lived in Krakow, that the location is in a great and uprising part of the city.

There's a little bit of mold on the tiles and shower door needs a new handle, because you can't properly close from inside and water runs on floors.

overall really nice and cozy place to stay in Krakow. Great access to tramway and restaurants and also Jewish quarter. c

we liked spacious rooms and clean simple design of the rooms. very clean apartment and good accessible kitchen

we didn’t like chairs one of them had a dangerous nail on the seat pointed to up. and overall they were unstable. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but it is normal when you stay with bigger group of people at place with two rooms only.

Place was great. I recommend!

Location is just across the river from the Center so it was close to everything (20 pln cab ride to the Square). I have stayed near the Square before and it can be very loud until very late at night. Hosts are very responsive. The Internet Name / PW we received was incorrect but sorted it in 5 minutes because they replied to my email requesting help immediately. AC in the master bedroom =)

Location is just across the river from the Center so taxi / bus / car travel is required (unless you don't mind walking). Says it sleeps 6, and it can if they are couples or (very) close friends (2 large (very comfy) double / queen beds and a large fold out sofa (also very comfy)). It was fine for us because I was with family but if it had been a group of other guys I wouldn't have enjoyed sharing a bed.

Dirty towels and possibly bedding! Old apartment. In the apartment there is 1 double bed and a second bed for 1 adult + a sagging old sofa. Them left 2 towels for us, at our request they brought us towels. But! They were dirty!!! With brown and orange spots, not washed at all! I think it makes no sense to write something else. We were afraid to use the coffee maker and dishwasher.

Staff slow to respond to customer’s requests

Specious place with a big balcony. Very clean, well designed.

Our bedroom door was broken and it took the management 3 days to fix it, which was quite a deal with a baby who can’t sleep with a noice around. On top of that the balcony door was broken as well, what was not fixed during our stay. We had trouble with the dish washer also! Even though the check-out is 10am, we had a cleaner knocking at the door before 10am.
