O atendimento da recepção foi péssimo, cheguei para fazer o checkin me pediram para aguardar pois estavam dando preferencia para o checkout, depois me colocaram em um quarto cheio de mosquitos, entrei em contato com a recepção para possivel mudança de quarto disseram que não tinha como, me pediram pra entrar em contato pelo whatsapp e nunca me responderam, estou muito frustado com a minha estadia, me senti não como um hospede mas como um mendigo pedindo esmolas para a recepção que não resolveu o problema dos mosquitos.

O hotel precisa melhorar muito!

Localização, café da manhã!

Jantar, poucas opções e nada interessante, a limpeza do hotel deixa muito a desejar , tinha toalhas jogadas no chão do corredor , que provavelmente as camareiras deixaram e esqueceram de buscar( ficou um dia todo), só tiraram pq fui na recepção e mostrei a foto, o bar muito fraco, não tinha coca zero o que é um absurdo e os drinks que eu queria tomar, que foram duas ou três opções, “estavam em falta”, cama desconfortável, no apartamento tem 3 ar condicionados e somente um controle pra todos , o que também não é legal, não há televisão nos quartos, atendimento da recepção péssimo, as portas no apartamento com mal funcionamento, a do banheiro com a maçaneta quebrada e a magnética com problemas para fechar , pedimos para arrumar e o funcionário veio arrogante, mas resolveu o problema! Enfim, não é uma opção para retornar com minha família!

Boa opção

O complexo é grande. Aptos estão novos, possui atrações para as crianças. O acesso à todos os parques aquáticos do grupo Privé fez a diferença. Funcionários sempre muito atenciosos.

As piscinas temáticas infantis são geladas, tanto do Ilhas quanto do nautico, quanto do kawna (absurdo isso) só vou em caldas p levar minhas filhas e por esse fato não volto mais neles. O único onde elas mais se divertiram foi no water Park. Porém nele a piscina de ondas tb é fria.. Nos finais de semana a área do café da manhã não suporta tanta gente.. filas para pegar um suco!!

Ambiente novo, quartos bem elaborados, faltou apenas televisão no quarto , pois só tem na sala. Piscinas muito agradáveis e ingressos para os clubes conveniados também é bem interessante.

Chuveiro desproporcional. Falta do bar molhado e preços internos bem salgados.

Regime de meia pensão e boas piscinas. Também foram solicitos e colocaram uma surpresa no quarto por ser meu aniversário.

As frutas no café da manhã não estavam boas e deveriam retornar com a tapioca feita na hora.

Super indico e pretendo voltar.Amei o hotel e minha estadia.

Super limpo e confortável.Otimas piscinas.Otimo lugar pra relaxar.

Só nao gostei dos travesseiros,e faltou uma cafeteria ou lanchonete para lanches na parte da tarde,já que as padarias sao um pouco distantes do hotel.

Nice weekend at the water parks.

We enjoyed the hotel location being by the lake with lovely views and walking distance to Kawana Park. The number of pools available is great but I would not want to be at this property on a busy weekend or holiday. The apartments are well maintained. We appreciated the shuttle bus to and from the Water Park and Clube Prive, it would be good to have more than one time option for the transfers.

The kitchens could be better equipped, there is no toaster or tea/coffee making facilities. There is a microwave and stove top but no equipment to cook with. The beds have no blankets and there is only 1 air-conditoner control for both bedrooms and the lounge which is very inconvenient. There are no bath mats for the bathroom floor which makes them very slippery. There is no furniture on the verandah.

A fun weekend at the Water Park.

The property is well set out with ample parking for each block. The facilities were great but I would not want to be here on a holiday weekend and the property being full.

The breakfast needs to be better monitored, none of the heating elements were on so most of the cooked food was cold.

Family vacations

The hotel is Very Comfortable, clean and there is a beautiful sunset. There are some pools with hot water and others with natural cold. Has different attractions every day on the pools, and an excellent breakfast.

Expensive value of beers, and drinks. Need behave more waiters. The dinner neex be more delicious.

The hotel is very nice, brand new with excellent infrastructure. 2-Bedroom suite was very comfortable and clean. The location and views of the lake were very nice, but the access road is in pretty bad shape. Staff was very accommodating. I had read some bad reviews regarding the food, but even when choices were a bit limited, it was all tasty and had something for everyone, including children..

We chose this location specifically because we didn´t want to go into the city and because the Nautico Club is newer and way less crowded that the other parks, specially during Covid distancing. When we checked-in, we were told that Nautico was closed and that we had to go to Water Park in the center of town. This could have been specified during the reservation process in order to decide if we preferred another property. Water Park is in rough shape, not well maintained and it was PACKED! I mean, no place to sit. This was worrying in times of COVID. No social distancing, no 50% occupancy control, no masks anywhere, basic food. Not a fun experience. We went back to the hotel since we figured it would be less crowded. It was, but we were dissapointed to see people with ice boxes filled with drinks by the pool with no staff control whatsoever, even when this is clearly forbidden in the hotel rules.
