NOTICE: Due to Wyndham's change in guest policies, some dates are blacked out for guests without an owner present. Because of this, we may not be able to put your name on the reservation until the morning of check in. If this is the case, we will forward the email confirmation by 9am central time to your email and text you the confirmation number the morning of check in. This will apply to holidays, spring break, and summer reservations.

This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. The resort is located on the same street as Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Downtown Disney. The resort has beautiful landscaping, 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, 18 hole mini golf, gas grills, swings, a game room, and exercise room. All of this is free to guests. Parking is also included in the rental amount.

The 2 bedroom condo has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen and living/dining area. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. There is a full complement of dishes, pots, pans flatware, cookware, baking utensils, knives, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and plastic garbage bags. The kitchen has full size appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, and hot pads.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don't work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.
VIEWS: The resort staff assign the units. Bonnet Creek no longer takes room requests in advance. If you have a preference, for example a lake view, ask when you check in.

CHILD AMENITIES: The resort has pak n plays and high chairs that are free to guests. Ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring one to your room. They do not reserve those in advance.

We can’t stop raving about this property! This was our second stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek, and it was AMAZING!! First off, it was SO CLEAN. I have very high standards, and I could not believe how spotless everything was! The building was so quiet, and we slept amazingly well each night in the super quiet, comfortable unit. The beds were SO comfy, and the two bedroom setup with the full kitchen/laundry was so wonderful for our family of 5. The grounds, pools, slides and staff were seriously incredible!! This is an ideal place for families with children, as there are so many pools, slides and lazy rivers to choose from, along with activities each day and night. Every staff person we interacted with was delightful and so helpful and friendly. Also, the property manager was extremely kind, detailed and communicative. 5 stars all around! You will not be disappointed if you book this unit — we are just leaving for home and already planning when to return!

This is a very nice place. Plenty of room and the balcony was very nice. I was stuck in the room most of the time with a broken knee so I watched fireworks from our balcony.

We loved this property and if we return to go to Disney World we will definitely stay here again. The location was very close to all the parks, never having to deal with traffic. The property had many different pools to choose from the restaurants on site were good and convenient. We didn't have a chance to do all the things the resort offered. The room was clean and having a washer and dryer was so nice. Cathy was very responsive and check in and check out was super easy. This is a must stay!!!

We have a family of five so sleeping in a hotel room is not an option most of the time. This condo had 4 beds perfect for my three kids 14 to 19 to have a bed of their own. The resort has great amenities including multiple pools, lazy river, restaurants, and overall location. We were minutes from each of the parks. Full kitchen and dining room came in handy when we’d arrive late with take-out. Cathy was very accessible when I needed to reach her. Great place. Would definitely stay again!

Have stayed at Bonnet Creek every time our kids have a competition at ESPN Wide world of sports. Inside the park and so close to everything. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer makes the stay so much better. The amenities are fantastic. Can’t say enough about it.

First of all, this place exceeded our families expectations. My teen daughter's enjoyed the pool and activities this resort had to offer. Being from south Texas, my husband enjoyed the grilling areas available throughout the resort. The room was fully stocked with kitchenware and made it convenient for cooking our meals. We were minutes away from Disney and never had any issues going to and from the parks. Cathy was an amazing host and the check in and check out process was easy. I cannot thank Cathy enough for this amazing vacation stay.

We traveled with small children who we knew couldn't stay all day in the theme park. We planned to come back to the condo to rest during the middle of the day. It was great having the space to relax while our girls napped. The rooms were clean, and well appointed. The staff was friendly, and we found check in to be easy. Catherine our host, was very attentive during the booking, and made the booking process easy.

Have stayed at the Polynesian in the past and this was so much better!!! On site of course has some perks but our family loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer, and most importantly 2 bed and 2 bath. Room was just listed and overalll great stay!

We LOVE this resort! It is pristine in all ways. The property itself is amazing and we love walking around the lake every morning. Fun to watch the big Koi in the lake too! We love the little bar/restaurant and used it several times. Always good. Pools perfect. Never have to fight for a chair! So close to everything. Loved having a kitchen and two bathrooms! Hope that they get rid of the "you have to watch this presentation" thing... they did not MAKE us do it.... but we had to convince them not to. That is the ONLY drawback. But if you don't want to buy... you should just be able to rent! No pressure. Love the facility!!!!!!!

We stayed at a Universal resort for a couple of days before moving to this property that is at Disney. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. It was gorgeous, so spacious, and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It was also very close to the parks, just a short drive away. Was just warm enough for us to swim for a couple days to in the pools, and it was fun walking around to find all of them. We also really enjoyed the afternoon gator show and all the wildlife/birds that were on the property. Cathy was also super responsive a nice to a couple of questions I had. Thanks for an amazing stay, and we definitely hope to stay again, possibly next year!

This was great a great place to stay for a Family of 6. It had everything we needed for our trip. The Resort was great for the kids, has everything thing on site one would need. Only complaint I have, there is nothing in the room to give you information what the resort all offers.
