Dear Owner, There is room for improvement

Clean. Location is good. About 7 mins walk to JR Oku station. It is not too far from Tokyo, just 2 stations away using JR pass.

The pillow is old & it's time to replace. The bed is light and it moved. Checking in and out are very troublesome as nobody to help. The stairs to the third floor are too narrow. New guests, pls walk up the stairs towards the right side. I hurt my left shoulder as I walked up the narrow stairs because I walked up towards the left side.

Logement proche des transports en commun.

Des cafards dès l'arrivée dans mon logement. L'hôte a rapporter un produit anti cafard le lendemain. Apparement il avait l'habitude de ce genre de problème, je ne comprend pas pourquoi les cafards ne sont pas traité avant notre arrivée. C'est quand même limite. En ce qui concerne la machine à laver de l'hôtel, elle est très compliqué à comprendre et quand on demande de l'aide à l'hôte ça cherche pas à nous expliquer, ah si ça demande de baisser le son de la musique parce que apparement des clients se sont plein pour une nuit alors que la musique n'était pas forte, mais ça nous aide pas pour comprendre la machine à laver. Ah oui et j'ai perdu au moins 20 euro dans la machine. De plus mes copines se sont retrouvée avec des boutons et des plaques rouges sur le corps. Je pense que la literie est suspecte.. Pour le prix je peux comprendre qu'il y est des défaut dans le logement mais la j'ai jamais vu pire comme établissement.

Cheap, comfortable, clean

It's cheap and comfortable, decently well located and the nighttime is quiet.

The check in was needlessly complicated and had numerous steps - when you've arrived after a long trip it's a frustrating experience.

お値段以上のクオリティ

この安さがぐらいになると「寝れればいい」って思っていたのですが、めちゃくちゃ清掃が行き届いてて本当に綺麗で快適な宿泊でした。

個人的には良くなかった点は1つもないのですが、強いてあげるとするならば歯ブラシがなかったことぐらいですかね。良くなかったっていうよりも要望になりますね。

爆睡出来ました。

WiFiも問題なく快適に過ごせました！部屋の雰囲気も良かったです。駅も近くにあったので良かったです。

写真にあるトイレのドアのガムテープ、傷などが気になる。写真二もある通りベットの下はこんな感じ。写真を見てもらえればこの施設の感じはわかるかなと思います。置いてあるタオルが無料なのかが分からなかったので、パンフ置いてあるなら付け足しておいてほしい。あと、予備のトイレットペーパーが汚い。

Great base for a few days! We loved our little apartment. There was a 7-11 across the road that was perfect for breakfas

Super comfortable and great to have our own kitchenette. Able to walk to a JR station really easily and get wherever you need!

5-6 minute walk to train station. walking distance conviny Lawson, mini stop and 7/11. clean, toilet and bath, microwave, mini fridge, AC, coin washer /dryer available inside the property. no human interaction upon checking in / out. touch pad on the entry way to check in / out or check in via online link sent to your email.

Excellent value for money. The flat is very clean and functional. It is located 5-10 min walk from the metro station which connects well to the centre so it is very easy to get to the centre. The owner was very responsive and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. I recommend

The prices are reasonable and the location is great ! I highly recommend :)

Great location , just one station by train from Ueno and good internet connection.

People in neighboring rooms can be loud at night or early morning . I think some rules should be implemented .

not comfortable

the bed was ok

the toilet too small, could not fit my legs. need to use stairs. the bathroom enough for s size people only. no stirrer for 3-in-1 drinks. owner late response. i encounter difficulties during check in and need too wait for response.

The room was clean and the price was very reasonable. Good access to Tokyo, Ueno and Shinagawa with a direct access train only takes about 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

Not much

There was nothing in the room except the beds and a table. This was by far the worst place if stayed in. Pics of the place are incorrect, it said free parking on site no reservation needed. That was a lie. To get to the 4th floor was like climbing Mt. Fuji. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Not up to expectations

Elevator and number of toilets. Flexible with check in and out timings. Brought us dishwashing liquid, hand wash and washing detergent after we contacted them about it. Prompt in getting back to us.

Food left in the oven from previous group. Dusty curtain rails. Heater not working in one of the rooms and top floor. Kitchen poorly equipped. Shades broken in room. Does not accurately reflect photos.

it is close to the Oku Station and convenient stores.

The house lacks cooking gadgets and there's no plates, bowls ,just few teaspoons and forks, not enough for 7 people.I requested rice cooker, plates, spoon and forks but they did not deliver it.
