館内が静かで良かったスタッフの方の対応がとても良かった（チェックインの仕方に迷っていたらさりげなく声をかけてくださった、忘れ物をしてしまったが連絡が早くとてもありがたかった）

Really great location and connections to the city, great for small travellers!

The location is fantastic, it’s a 4 minute walk to Kudanshita Station or 5 minute walk to Iidabashi Station and both are so well connected with many lines connected to both stations. It’s a 20/30 minute subway ride to most places you’d want to go to in Tokyo. We stayed here because it was also a 12 minute walk to Tokyo Dome as we came for an event. The rooms are nice and clean, and they provide lots of toiletries too. The staff are also really helpful and speak English decently. I can see it’s a great business hotel. I’ve stayed at APA Hotels before and they never disappoint.

The rooms you’ll find in Tokyo are really cramped and small. Luckily my partner and I are small, but we found it hard to manoeuvre around our luggage as there was barely any walking space in our rooms. There’s also no closet or drawers, but this is a business hotel so we didn’t expect there to be.

チェックアウトに全く時間がかからず良かったです。便座、シャワーカーテン以外はとても快適でした。立地が武道館と駅に近くて助かりました。

便座が冷たい。シャワーカーテンの幅が足らず、浴槽の外に水がこぼれ床がびしょ濡れになりました。シャワーの後履こうと置いておいたスリッパが濡れて使えませんでした。残念です。

Nice place, rooms a little small but you can make it work.

The rooms were cramped but serviceable for one person. For two people I would recommend getting two rooms if you can.

Comfort at an affordable price

The rooms are tight but the space is well maximized. Bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works great, very much appreciated in the heat of July! A short walk to either Tokyo metro or the JR line. Very conveniently located.

To be honest, there is nothing that I don't like about the Apa hotel. It is one of my favourite hotels because of the comfy beds and pillow, The rooms smell good and clean bathroom.

The hotel is very close to a subway station and see some cafées.

The room was quite small especially if you travel with lots of luggages.

Never Again

The location was good for the Dome.

The cleaning crew was very loud in the morning, constantly waking me up from talking loud and slamming things. Staff told me I cannot stay without a passport, even though I am a resident. Just because I am American doesn't mean I am not a resident of Japan. And I was lied to about Parking. I was told they have parking onsite and I can use it. They had 1 parking space and it was used.

I made reservation because it was reasonable. turned out it ended as nightmare.

I got charged twice of the original price on the site. the receptionist cancelled my reservation and forced me to pay the price.

Very good

All necessary amateries are avaliable. The staffs are kind. Comfortable bed. Various TV program and application, included VOD.

Some distance from Kudanshita Station but still in walkable distance. No english menu.

Good

This a standard APA hotel that offers budget accommodation. Location was good as very close from my work office, but only advisable to stay there for a few nights only as room size is typical for Japan. So pretty basic but good value for money in Tokyo.

Room size makes it hard to consider staying there for several nights and the bed mattress seemed to not support very well my body…
