Wir waren sehr 😃

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung.Wunderbare Betten und Decken. U 4 ,Tram,Bus in kurzer Gehweite, auch Supermarkt und Bäckerei. Park und Zoo in fünf min . erreichbar.

Wien wird mit solchen Unterkünften noch erlebnisreicher !! Wir kommen wieder !

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung war sehr sauber, die Lage ist für Schloss Schönbrunn sehr gut, für die Stadt mit etwas Fahrzeit. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr gut und würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren !! Alles bestens!

A very nice and elegant stay in Vienna

the place is modern and clean. Very close to public transport and the Schönbrunn palace. The apartment had everything needed for the stay and it was very simple to find everything. Didnt need to contact the management for anything

There were ants in our apartment which were annoying. A microwave should be added. Couldnt use the youtube and Netflix options on the TVs. But im sure if i contacted the owners they would have helped.

Excellent accommodation, not greatest location for Christmas Market but would recommend

The property itself was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and the kitchen stocked if you plan to cook meals here. We planned our time up with this location in the center so we could do laundry with the free facilities in the building (not your actual apartment unfortunately). Having an elevator was so very important to us, so we were grateful for that. I felt comfortable here to go down and do laundry late in the evening even without a staff member on hand!! That’s also very important to me.

It was very close to the Palace and a few cafes but not convenient for the main Christmas Markets or downtown Vienna. It was a 30 minute train ride each way. I would highly recommended having more than just a few coffee pods here. Most hotels have milk or creamer so people could enjoy a coffee in the morning and that wasn’t possible for me. It did get hot at night from the heaters and we couldn’t get our temperature to cool down so it was uncomfortable. Lastly some wash towels would be nice addition to the bathroom.

Great place and location, but parking is a problem.

The apartment was great: spacious, comfortable and clean, and the location was very close to Schönbrunn palace.

I wish it had private parking.

High quality apartment and great staff

This apartment had a great layout. The bedrooms were on both ends of the living room, so you had some privacy. One bedroom was a suit in and of itself with its own bathroom and shower. The doors are made of quality wood and the doorposts are very wide. The beds and very comfortable and the furniture, in general, was of high quality. It is very clear that a lot of thought was given to every little item in the apartment. The host was available on whatsApp and was very quick to answer our calls. There is a washer and dryer in the building which was very helpful.

It's not in the center, but it's a short train-ride away from everything.

Air condition, baby facilities like high chair and crib, blackout curtains, kitchen utensils available, bath tub for the kids, plenty of space for clothes

Washing machine in the house but always occupied by the cleaner. We asked for a specific room category due to small children and lots of luggage, were assigned a wrong suite and had to move mid stay

Would absolutely stay here again, calm and clean!

Very clean, 5 min walk to transit station, comfortable beds, air conditioning, lots of space to spread out.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the washer/dryer. May be helpful to have some instructions. Couldn’t make the dryer work so have damp clothes in suitcase :)

I am very pleased with the experience.

An amazing stay with an outstanding host. The apartment is superb. Everything you need is available. EVERYTHING as if you were at the comfort of your own home. You can get in the apartment using Key Codes. That’s very convenient especially for late check ins. The metro station is very close , around 5 mins walking distance and you could get about anywhere in the city so easily. Bobby is just the best host you could ever meet. He made sure everything we needed was provided. Thank you so much Bobby. We hope to see you again soon.

Perfect Summer Week in Vienna. 100%

The Residence surpassed all of our expectations: 1) It is well located outside the city center of Vienna. With the metro U4 line, with the streetcars or with the S-Bahn 45 and 50 (all stations within 400-500m from the front door) one can be anywhere in Vienna in 15-20 minutes, without ANY stress. It is also close to some busy streets, so easy to get a taxi. Important to notice, inside the apartment there is NO noise from the streets. Grocery store and pharmacy are also close by. Finally, it is walking distance from Schoenbrunn palace and its Gardens and there are at least 3 good playgrounds in the neighborhood for those with little kids (and a lot of energy to spend). 2) The apartment has a modern decoration and new furniture and appliances. We found it super clean, everything: baths, kitchen, linen and towels. TV and Internet (Wi-Fi) super nice. A Nespresso machine is there, too. Finally, we faced some really hot summer days, so the balcony to the garden, and the air conditioning were both life-savers. We could enjoy a nice bottle of wine outside and come back inside and sleep at comfortable 20oC. 3) The plus is the manager and whoever personnel you find. Bobby was incredibly helpful, available, willing to help in every aspect. He greeted us in the most perfect way at arrival, he helped us find a babysitter on a short notice, and arranged a doctor when we (unfortunately) needed. He provided all advice, etc, etc, etc. In short, we definitely recommend this place and will be back as soon as we can.

There is a shared washing and drying machine for clothes (both are new!). Twice, may be, we needed to manage the "competition" to use them with other guests. Not really an issue, at all!!.

Ideal place to Schoenbrunn Palace and gardens

Very well renovated property, with necessary amenities. Excellent location, steps from the palace. Grocery shops around, minutes walk to bakeries to buy breakfast. Management replied promptly to any inquiries.

great weekend in Vienna

Everything was exceptional from the location to the accommodation. The coffee machine is an added bonus for me😉. Very beautiful, quiet location and comfortable, I hope to come again.

Excellent place to stay and explore Schonbrunn and Zoo

Beds, facilities, kitchen all in all excellent place to stay with kids. Schonbrune palace and zoo are on walking distance, city center easily reachable with ubahn/metro.

Room entrance code was so big, you needed all ghe time to look on phone :)

A great value!

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable and the owner was helpful. We loved the location within easy walking distance to Shonbrunn, restaurants, shops, and the metro.

We loved that we had access to a washer and dryer but it was a bit frustrating that loads that others in the building also wanted to use it at the same time.

Very nice place but don’t count on being able to wash your clothes

The apartment was very nice, easy access to shops and public transport.

It could use more washing machines. Only have 1 machine between 14 apartments is ridiculous. I did not enjoy having to get up at 4 - 5am just to be able to use the washing machine.

The windows are dangers for children. we spent 4 days and they didn’t clean until we checked out.

Contact with owner was perfect. Everything was arranged in a good way.

Owner allowed us to get a later check out for free and he got aligned with cleaning service, what was very nice. Anyway cleaning service came around 10 am, while we were sleeping and they were asking us to check out now. I just explained to her that we are allowed to stay. There was a small barrier in communication, but we managed to be on the same page after couple of minutes :)
