Sehr zufrieden , wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Nette Personal, Zentrale Lage. Zimmer groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Betten groß und bequem . Badezimmer sauber und groß, ausgestattet mit Pflegeprodukten und einem Haartrockner. Hunde gern gesehen; große Park in der Nähe. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Parkhaus.

Ottimo, grazie alla posizione ed alla autonomia di appartamen, per una visita di più giorni a Vienna

Posizione ottima vicino stazione ma defilata (poco traffico, poco rumore). Appartamento ampio, tinteggiato abbastanza di recente, forniture nuove (frigo, microonde, piastre induzione, lavabo in angolo cottura). Bagno funzionale. Biancheria da camera e da bagno OK. Ci siamo stati in due adulti, ma adeguato anche per 3 adulti, un poco al limite per 4 persone adulte, ma OK per due adulti e due bambini. Staff gentile (sempre differente...)

Purtroppo non disponibili nella struttura bevande/cibi neppure minimali (necessario uscire - peraltro alla vicinissima stazione ci sono supermercati). Purtroppo nel corridoio (non negli appartamenti) forte odore cattivo (forse causato da colla della moquette). Pulizia migliorabile

Чудово

Кращого місця розташування мабуть і придумати не можна. Зупиняємося вже не вперше і повернемося знову, якщо будемо планувати поїздку до Відня. Обслуговування на відмінно, чисто, все необхідне є, в перфектному стані. Поруч старе місто, магазини, транспорт на будь-яку потребу. Дякуємо!

Acojedor y confortable

La ubicación muy buena. Relativamente cerca del centro, al lado de la estación de ferrocarril y del museo Belvedere, pudiendo ir hacia el centro por sus jardines….

El acceso a las toallas no es fácil ya que hay que ir a recepción si necesitas cambiarlas. También podrían ser un poco más grandes

Всё отлично , если ехать на поезде очень удобно да и на аэропорт тоже удобно.

Снимали Апартаменты для проживания 3 дней с семьёй , номер просторный и чистый была кровать и диван что порадовало могли спать отдельно Жена с ребёнок 1 год и я на диване спокойно поместился. За исключение выше описанных проблем с расплёскиванием воды в душевой кабинке нареканий нет никаких. Можно добавить тапочки не дорогие в номер будет большим + Я понимаю что вы не отель ну все же. Бонусом есть кофе на первом этаже и очень большой и приятный Холл где можно посидеть с друзьями или просто пообщаться поработать. Вокзал рядом, переживал что будет шумно и читал много отзывов о том ,что шумно мы не заметили , ну тут может от соседей зависит. Есть Зона стирки и Выход на крышу на террасу.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Very spacious. Very comfortable and excellent location. Public transportation was easily accessible.

The ironing facilities could improve because when it was used with even maximum heating the iron wasn’t hot enough. Minor issue but could help as sometimes travellers could bring clothes that would require ironing.

Πάρα πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή!

Πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό τρεις μόνο στάσεις μακριά από την κεντρική πλατεία Stephanplatz. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και καθαρό,μεγάλος ενιαίος χώρος με ξεχωριστό πολύ ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Θα ξαναπηγαίναμε γι αυτό και το προτείνουμε!

Super Lage und tolle, minimalistische Zimmer zu einem super Preis!

DIe Lage zum Hauptbahnhof war super. Es ist für Bahnreisende super bequem, sowohl bei An- als auch bei Abreise einen möglichst kurzen Weg zwischen Bahnhof und Unterkunft zu haben. Zusätzlich ist die Anbindung zur Innenstadt von hier aus hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten (Pfanne, French Press, Pfannenwender).

Leider keine Kaffeemaschine zur (freien) Verfügung im Haus. Das finde ich bei einem Städtetrip immer sehr cool, sich vorher noch mit einem Kaffee einzudecken. Vor allem in Wien, wo eine Wiener Melange 6 Euro im Durchschnitt kostet.

Excellent accommodation, very close to a main transport hub but limited cooking facilities

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Also, the location right next to the main train station is very convenient. The staff on reception were very pleasant, well informed and provided excellent customer service.

The range of kitchen tools available were very limited. There were some items in the room (cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs) but to do any cooking required going to reception. Which is fine. Except there weren't really any kitchen tools available. So we had to cook in the provided frying pan but there were no spoons or spatulas available which makes cooking quite difficult!

Gerne wieder

Top Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber und umfassend ausgestattet.

Nachts bei gekipptem Fenster ist es nicht ganz still aber man muss ja nicht offen lassen. Leider war es uns nicht möglich die Lüftung im Zimmer abzustellen, hat aber kein großes Problem dargestellt.

Стильные, новые апартаменты🤌🏻 очень чисто Рядом есть продуктовые магазин и супермаркеты. В пешей доступности остановка трамвая и станция метро, в двух минутах станция ж/д вокзала Напротив офисное здание, как на ладони) У нас почти всегда окно было закрыто шторами. Столовые приборы и посуду для приготовления нужно брать в холле отеля, в номере только кружки и тарелки есть. Персонал на ресепшене есть круглосуточно, всегда поможет👍🏻

das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit einer kleinen Küche. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die Lage am Bahnhof ist praktisch, allerdings muss man mit der ubahn ins touri Zentrum gurken (dauert so mit laufen 20 Minuten und ist voll ok). würde das joyn wieder aussuchen 👌

La ubicación, prácticamente en la estación de tren de Viena, Todo muy nuevo y bien decorado. Muy práctico para llegar o salir de la estación de tren. Pequeña cocina en la habitación y recepción 24 horas.

JOYN was the perfect option for our 4 night stay in Vienna.

JOYN was quiet and spacious. It was convenient to train and transportation into Vienna. Grocery and restaurants near by. It was walkable to many things. The laundry facility was a plus.

Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage. Super Anbindung an Öfis. Bett bequem. Wohnatmosphäre ausgezeichnet.

Modern apartament. Could be cleaner. Well connected to public transportation.

Very close to main public transportation; however, far away from the city center. Right next to Palace Belvedere and in an overall new, modern, business-like area of the city. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Next to accomodation there are many coffee places, restaurants and a supermarket just as in a business district.

We found hair on the bed sheets and cover, as well as in the shower. There is no shower gel, only hand soap and nothing else in terms of giveaways (e.g., slippers).

Would stay again if coming back

1-2min walk from train station, next to Novotel and located in business area surrounding. Fully accessible to rooms with 2 elevators, staff super nice and washing machines available at basement floor (pay separately on app) no housekeeping but everything can request at the reception for refill. Room was clean and modern with sufficient lighting, supermarket is 3mins away.

Bis auf die nicht saubere Dusche war unsere Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Die zentrale Lage, sowie die schönen Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Leider war die Dusche nicht sauber (Haare in der Dusche, leichter schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche)

Mukava majoituspaikka hyvien kulkuyhteyksien lähellä.

Hyvä sijainti rautatieaseman vieressä, johon pääsi suoraan lentokentältä junalla sekä metrolla keskustaan ja nähtävyyksille. Lähellä ruokakauppa, ravintoloita, Belvederen palatsi ja sotamuseo.

Kahvikone aulassa ei toiminut ja huoneiston lattia oli täynnä pieniä mustia karvoja..
