Boca Ciega Resort is a four story building, built in 2005-2006 on the bay by Long Bayou close to Madeira Beach FL.
This 1 bedroom one bath condo was completely remodeled and is stunning.
I allow 2 adults and 1 child to stay in the unit.

The address of the property is 8800 Bay Pines Blvd, Unit 211, St Petersburg Florida 33709

It is located in a safe residential neighborhood close to all the beaches and St. Petersburg / Tampa, FL.
The new Doc Fords restaurant opens next door opens in the fall of 2022.
It is also within a few minutes drive from some of the most popular beaches in Florida.

One is never sure what the place they pick will really look like. Well this one more then past the test. Very well appointed. Clean & perfect location within the complex. Enjoyed my stay very much, even looked into buying a unit myself. Mary has one of the nicest if not the nicest unit in the building. I’d come back again, thank you so much for sharing 👍

Enjoyed my stay- quiet, peaceful and ample space. The views from the condo are spectacular. The condo itself was spotless, well maintained and the host responded to my inquiries promptly. Easy drive to the beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed watching the Dolphins in the bay. Beautiful sunsets. Restaurant was right next door. Prefect location to move around the others attractions in the area

The unit was exactly as pictured and described only better. The host has done an amazing job of providing just about everything you could want or need for a "home away from home". The bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the deck furniture was perfect. We loved the high top table for meals and watching the sunset and the comfortable chaise chairs for reading and relaxing. We normally stay on the beach but we found the view over the bay to be every bit as enjoyable watching the boats pass by. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in - spotless. Kudos to Mary for providing everything we needed and to her cleaning crew for their great work. We loved our week there and will definitely return

This is the second time I have stayed at the complex. A different unit/owner. This unit was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. Bed was comfortable. The view was great. We saw dolphins everyday and a few times pretty close to the shore. It’s a short 8 minute drive to the beach and Madeira Beach is so much nicer than Clearwater. Definitely will stay again.

We enjoyed this cute condo with beautiful bay views. We did see dolphins when sitting out on the balcony! Condo was convenient to Treasure Island beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. We hope to come back some day! Condo was clean, accurately pictured on this site, with full size washer and dryer.

We loved our stay here! The view is just beautiful, and the condo was very clean, and cozy! The location is also great. Many restaurants close by, and the beach is a quick drive down the street!

Beautiful view from our 2nd floor patio though we didn't see any dolphins. Very quiet even though next to a highway. Nice not having other condo buildings right next to us. Our unit was beautifully decorated and appropriately stocked with necessary supplies. The units are on the small side with very little room to park suitcases out of the way,but adequate for a short stay.

The condo was perfect for 2 people. Beautiful view of the bay. The unit was tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would need...just like your own home. The owner was readily available and very pleasant. Would love to come back.

We were lucky enough to snag this beautiful condo and so glad we did. This place was beautifully decorated and cozy. Our host Mary was one of the best things about our stay. The previous occupants had broken a sliding door. It was scheduled to be repaired during our stay. Mary bought us dinner just for any inconvenience. She even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. She's a very sweet lady that takes pride in her condo. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and has a very comfy bed. The view was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Mary was so available for questions. The unit was clean and everything we needed. The view was spectacular and we did see dolphins from the balcony. I would recommend this unit to a couple over and over. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

My husband and I stayed at Mary's place for 2 weeks in celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary. I have to say, we didn't want to leave. We stayed in this place from August 10th to August 24th. It is exactly as described if it's not even better.We had a wonderful relaxing view from the balcony. We watched the dolphins every morning and enjoyed the pool every day. The went to clearwater beach few times and the beach was amazing. There's so many places that you can go to but amost nothing a

It was a wonderful 5 days! Restaurants and grocery stores were all close by. Resort was a perfect size, especially if you have trouble walking. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We hope we can stay there again!

Mary is a wonderful host! Her communication was excellent and her condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. Everything was exactly as described. The condo was very well equipped with everything anyone could need during their stay and very clean. The condo complex was also very nice with a beautiful pool. If I had to say something negative it would only be that there is some traffic noise from the busy street adjacent to the complex. Other than that we highly recommend this property! This place is a gem! It was much better than we expected! Mary is great to work with. She answered each one of my questions ASAP. The place is very clean, very comfortable for us and very cozy. Nothing beats the balcony and the view! That was the highlight of our day; sitting in the balcony watching the sunset and the dolphins! And at the end of the day, walk to the Doc Ford's Rest. :). The pool and rest of the facilities were great. Will stay again and again!

It was better than advertised. Simply...perfect. We wish we had a condo like this...quite, private, beautiful grounds and pool...close to shopping...beaches 5 minutes away. And an excellent view of the harbour and boats from the balcony!

This place is the BEST! I loved everything about it, from the views of dolphins in the morning to the beautiful sunsets! Mary was exceptional, and easy to contact with instant responses. We loved the daily visit with an owners dog Mo (the cutest) and Willie keeps the place spotless - literally.

Mary has such a beautiful place. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with every tool needed to cook and the full size washer and dryer was an added plus. The unit is in the middle section of the complex and is very quiet. We enjoyed the dock and fished from it everyday of our trip. There is a marina next door to the property where we rented a boat twice during our stay. We had such and enjoyable and relaxing stay and look forward to returning. The best VRBO we have stayed at. Mary has a great place with a gorgeous balcony to enjoy the beautiful view! We even saw some Dolphins jumping! The condo is clean, has everything you need and beautiful furnishings. The bed is extremely comfortable and it’s a great home away from home! Also, the location is great with everything nearby! The day of arrival Mary texted us to say the condo was ready an hour earlier which allowed us to get settled and start enjoying our trip. Thanks, Mary. We hope to stay again in the future. We so enjoyed our stay at Boca Ciega Resort! The condo itself is absolutely adorable. Well maintained and very clean! The location is perfect-we were able to hit Gulf Blvd within a few minutes and go either direction from Clearwater to Pass A Grille! Mary was an absolute jewel to work with!!!! We cannot wait to come back!
