Bring your suitcase and bring 1 dog 40 lbs or less with you drop your bags. This modern 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor condo is on the “quiet side” of the building you will not hear an traffic from the overpass It boasts a large private balcony over looking the Boca Ciega Bay and is a perfect way to enjoy the sunsets or watch the dolphins and boats go by. This condo is fully furnished with 2 HD TV's free internet washer and dryer, cook and dinnerware. An extra comfortable Murphy bed makes sure your extra guests wont have to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. 10 minute ride to all the gold coast beaches and some of the finest restaurants and bars. The resort offers an over-sized pool deck, pool, and jacuzzi that overlook the bay. It is truly Paradise Found.

My wife and I had a another great stay and we really enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Glenn was super and he helped us when we left a few items of clothes behind. I highly recommend Glenn and his condo!

We had a nice short stay. The kitchen had useful things like condiments. The view was really tranquil facing toward the dock and water. We loved the deck. There were plenty of towels. When we arrived the room was clean. Not too far from Target, mall, beaches.

We have stayed in this unit more than once and will stay again. Condo is well stocked, beds are comfy, plenty of linens, unit was clean and ready to go. We did have a small issue (totally out of Glenn’s control) and Glenn was quick to solve it. The views and amenities are top notch. You can’t beat this place!!

Glenn and Maria's place is perfect. It was so nice being on the bay, I saw dolphins almost every day during my stay. This side of the building is very quiet and peaceful, umbrella provided on the balcony for shade as the afternoon sun is bright. The condo was equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The black out shades in the bedroom were nice to get some extra sleep. There was ample parking in the lot so that was never a concern. They do have carts to make loading and unloading even easier. Upon my arrival I noticed extra touches made to show that housekeeping really took care in making sure the place was clean for new guests. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and stores near by. The hosts were very accommodating and I was easily able to reach them with any questions I had during my stay.

We normally stay in a cottage when we visit but this time wanted to try something different. The condo was great, easy key less entry and the bonus was sitting being able to sit on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming in the bay.

My husband and I love staying on Boca Ciega Bay. We’ve stayed in several condos however this one was the best. It was clean and well appointed. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were friendly and very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

The location was convenient to the airport, very clean, and easy to enter once we arrived. Amenities and grounds around the location were spotless. Just spent a long weekend. The location was lovely. The condo has a balcony overlooking the water. We saw many birds and one would even visit us each morning. We enjoyed our time there very much. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I can recommend it.

This condo is clean and just as pictured. We saw dolphins every morning playing right outside the balcony. Very relaxing. There was plenty of bedding and towels and a new washer and dryer in the unit. There was even a small supply of sunscreen, aloe, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The cupboards were well stocked. The condo grounds are very clean. This complex might be the best kept secret in the area. 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches. They do have beach chairs and some beach/pool toys in the unit which we did not use. However, we did find that for $25 at the beach you could rent 2 chairs and they would set up an umbrella for you. Glenn was very accommodating with a late checkout and gave great restaurant recommendations of the Salt Rock Grill and Middle Grounds!! We have been to this complex 2 times and will stay again, and are already planning the next visit.

I’m so glad I carefully read through reviews for each rental I was looking into for this specific stay. The condo was perfect for so many reasons. The owner has this set up to really make good use of a small space. We absolutely loved how peaceful and tranquil it was just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views. It’s exactly what we needed for this trip. The location was perfect. A Target, Walmart and Wawa right by us, Madeira beach not even 10 minutes away, St Pete beach 15 minutes away. Overall I highly suggest booking this VRBO. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Glenn!

Our family loved this place. The view is amazing. Condo is all the amenities of home and very clean! The pool and hot tub very clean. 20 minutes from Tampa airport. If your looking to explore the St. Pete/Clearwater area book this spot. Beaches, Aquarium, Walmart, Wawa, restaurants, bars are all just a very short ride. We found our spot to stay for future visits to the Gulf coast!!

Loved everything about this condo retreat! It was in a great location away from the hustle. So nice to come back to this location after a long day at the beach! All the comforts of home & the view of the bay was breathtaking! Over our extended weekend stay, there were two different times of dolphin sightings. This was a highlight of our trip to Florida!! Pool & hot tub were perfect temps & so relaxing. Would recommend this property to anyone coming to this area!

The trip was a nice one. The condo was nice and beachy decorated. Loved the shower water pressure. The view was amazing from the living room felt like we were right out in the water. Highlight of the trip was sitting in the balcony early morning and seeing dolphins so close up. The condo had everything we needed in regards to utensils and supplies. We had access to two bikes which we used to go for a ride in the Pinellas trails which is across the street from the condo. The complex was nice and had a nice pool and hot tub which we used. Nice landscaping around the pool area. Love my palm trees. I would rent again.

love it! The location was convenient (a short drive to anywhere), the views of the marina and bay were wonderful, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for (and then some). Staying somewhere quiet and away from the huge condos and loads of people was important to us, and this place was perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Boca Ciega! The property is beautiful. Can’t beat the views. It was perfect for my daughter and I. The place is within 20 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Quick drive to the airport. Condo had everything we needed. My 9yo kept saying how much she loved the condo and the beach theme. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves every day. We will definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again. The owner communicated well, even gave us the pool code to enjoy before the condo was ready. Thanks for having us!
