The location was outstanding. it was just a short walk to many restaurants and other places. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating.
There are a lot of stairs. We knew this when we booked it, but it might be a problem for some people. You must go up or down at least 40 steps from either the top or bottom gate to reach the apartment, there is no option to take a taxi or elevator to the door. Also, our travel companion said the bed in the smaller room was not comfortable, although ours was.

It was central
Everything was good

Location was excellent.lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.walking(25min) distance to colosseum,Trevi fountain and other sites.nice apartment with big fridge, washing machine and aircon.really comfy bed and great hosts.would definately recommend this place😄
Nothing I didn't like but would have loved some wine glasses,a fan and maybe a folder with some information about internet, garbage, restaurant recommendations etc..just useful information in a booklet..

Good value for money. Master bed has en suite. Spacious. Clean comfy bed. Air con in main bedroom
Many steps up to apartment. Could have accessed via lower gate which wild have been easier but this was not an option in arrival. Balcony was not clean. Sofa in kitchen area needed vacuuming. Limited space in shower in en suite

location was good for what we wanted to do.
The kitchen was well stocked for anyone staying longer.
The host was very helpful and kept in touch.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
There were a lot of steps to get down to the property and with our luggage this was very difficult.
The shower was very very small and flooded.

Fantastic location, spacious, clean and comfortable! Lovely people and accommodations.

The apartment gave us an authentic experience of life in Rome. It was quiet in a bustling part of Trastevere.
There are 2 access points, but both require many steps. This was challenging when carrying our luggage.
4.2
The apartment is comfortable and nice. There are 2 exits, from Nicola Fabricio, 80 upstairs and to Angelo Tittoni 50 dawnstairs. The same code. There is a button on right side open the door.
Cleaning
Stairs, 80 to and 50 from.

Very good location. Close enough to everything. We walked everywhere; we never used public transports. The hosts are very nice and always answer very quickly to any question or requests we had.
The shower in the ensuite is very small and I never used it, preferring the one in the larger bathroom.
The flat needs a little “freshen up”; it looks a bit tired
4.2
Spacious
Near to great restaurants.
Great other tenants had left ingredients for cooking basics, oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, eashing up liquid, clothes wash solutions etc
.
Great balcony.
A lot of steps to arrive/ depart the flat. Not good for our party as 2 walk with sticks.
Damp pillows, confusing key code instructions.
Fridge needs a good clean and defrost.
Warmer bedding, blankets were OK, would prefer duvets/ thicker top coverings.
Safe for valuables would be a great asset.
Clean teatowel would be good, luckily packed our own. Salad spinner would be good.
Dishwasher also a good asset.
Blood stain on duvet cover.
If staying in summer months no mosquito protection on windows as is the norm in Italy.
All crockery wasn't checked for cleanliness,

The apartment was in a great location in Trastavere. We found parking for our car 7 nights out of 9 on the street in front. The outdoor patio is lovely. It just needs some nice flowers instead of weeds. Also new more comfortable outdoor furniture would be nice.
There were 74 stairs to the apartment. I wish I had known about the alternative stairs from my first day to Via Angelo Tittoni. Better exit from property.

great property! we booked last minute due to our other property cancelling on us last minute but everything was ready for us when we arrived just hours after booking.

Cozy apartment in a lovely setting on the side of the Janiculum hill in the heart of Trastevere; exceptionally quiet given the location, which is just a stone's throw from the restaurants of Trastevere; and seconds away from an excellent bar, the Ombre Rosse, with its outside terrace and homegrown cocktails.
Owners helpful; old light bulbs in the bathroom were changed immediately following request.

The location is perfect, despite the many stairs, quiet, close to restaurants, grocery stores. I loved the old vibe of the city with narrow streets and people at the corners, on church steps, cozy restaurants, small stores and loud Italians. Close to all touristic attractions of Rome, you ca practically walk to any of them: the Colloseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Spagna, via del Corso, Vatican. I gladly recommend this location for families and walking people :)

It was an apartment so we hadn't any kind of breakfast but just our own. The place is sweet, lovely and wonderful. The apartment is very modern, cool and very clean. Altogether Monteverde, Gianicolo or Trastevere is the best area where to begin the walking tours for search the dinner or old churches and even for instance to take some beers and brandy in the bar of S. Callisto near S. Maria in Trastevere. And it is easy to walk trough the Trastevere to the Ponte Sisto and walk over Tiber to Campus Martius to Campo dei Fieri and all the other lovely old alleys and lanes... Once we ate a lunch in the Ristorante da Pancrazio, an awesome great menu Caesar with bottle of excellent Chianti.... Many thanks for the young guys and owners of Il piccolo Borgo di Trastevere.
The coffee machine was little bit weak and small, and there was not at all filters for using this coffee maker. We wondered also how to use the gas for the range without any kind of instructions and we didn't find at all the gas bottle. Before the travel we found also the instructions that someone will wait us and we shall meet him there, and that's why we had made also an agreement for our time of arriving, so we surprised because there was not anyone and we had to call the owner. We didn't know that after that they had sent also the instructions how to find the keys for the apartment. Then he tried to gave us the instructions how to find the correct door and the keys but there was so many floors, steps and doors hence it was difficult and overwhelming. Still and all the owner, this young guy, was very polite and came to show us right step and doors.

Nice location near to Trastevere
Subterranean apartment...no view..but lovely and warm

The hosts were great in communicating and organized a smooth transfer to our early morning flight. Really reliable people.
The apartment is ok, clean, quiet, everything you need is there. One of the showers is of normal size and the other one is very small. The neighbourhood, Gianicolo (or Janiculum) hill is very pleasant, green and beautiful. If you like majestic views and tranquil parks, the area is for you. Our loveliest evening was up on the hill.
There really are a lot of stairs in the garden to get to the door, so the apartment is more suitable for the younger and fitter people. You also need to know that as you will be living quite high on the hillside, there will be also lot of stairs to get from the hill to the Trastevere centre.

Check-in, Check-out is simple and comfortable. The apartment is clean and near the city center located.
WLAN doesn’t work properly, too long and many steps to reach the apartment.
4.2
The apartment was perfect for our stay. Central to all our destination. The property was very friendly and propositive. We couldn’t have done a better choice for our stay in Rome
4.2
The apartment is situated in Trastevere, a very lively neighbourhood. For us it was the perfect location to discover and experience Rome.
It is nicely furnished and there is everything you need, even a washing machine. We were 3 friends and used all three beds, the sofa bed in the kitchen/living room area was fine for one person, too.
Communication with the owners was perfect, they recommended good restaurants and got in touch if you needed something.
Nothing to complain about, really, just so you know: they are not kidding about the many steps that lead to the apartment! Better not carry too much heavy luggage. ;-)
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a very narrow shower.. and there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom, just in the main bedroom and the living room/kitchen.
4.2
The apartment is beautiful and set in fantastic surroundings. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Trastevere and in walking distance of most attractions. There are a lot of steps but this added to the charm and helped to work off all the wonderful Italian food we ate!
