Good Hotel

The front desk was very helpful

As I have a mobility issue the entrance stairs to the Hotel we're very problematic, also not having a taxi to stop directly infront of the Hotel was annoying when carrying case etc;

short stay is perfect and very good location and room comfortable and clean

location is very good, have many choices about restaurant around . very good starbucks just right next to hotel.

taxi can't stop at the hotel and too many stairs go into reception and some staff don't have friendly welcome to client

Great stay. Will stay again when in Hong Kong

Excellent location, lots of eateries just steps away and very accessible either by bus, tram or Mtr. Friendly and very helpful staff from front desk to cleaning crews. Value for money.

Space a bit tight but I understand it's Hong Kong.

Excellent Budget Accommodation for Solo Travellers/Couples

-Convenient location: 5 minute walking distance from Fortress Hill MTR station and bus routes on the main road - Although my room was on 2/F above the street,it was very quiet and my sleep was not disturbed by street noise at all -A very comfortable bed (good,firm mattress) with feather pillows -Starbucks coffee is directly next to Shama and other restaurants within walking distance too -Clean,decent budget accommodation suitable for tourists and/or business travellers -Room includes an electric kettle,complimentary coffee,tea and water -Toiletries are provided too,but no bathrobe -Accepts cash/credit card payment

-Although marketed as "serviced apartments",it is essentially a room with an en-suite bathroom,so not ideal for families,but very good for solo travellers/couples on a budget -No room service/restaurant on site

Overall, the room is good for guests who just need the bed and showering

The location is relatively convenient as It takes around 5 minutes walk from MTR, either from North Point or Fortess Hill. However, it's not ideal for those who have big luggage or any wheels to reach the lobby. There are only staircases for guests to reach the lobby from the street and also staircases again from lobby to the guest lifts. The room is neat and clean. It's not big but acceptable with such rate.

I would suggest the staff introducing the membership program as well as any special offers from the group especially when repeated guest staying in. The sound proof in the room is not very good as i could always hear the noise from neighbors or upstairs guests.
