Old hotel - missing Charme- needs renovation

The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need , beds are ok . The tv has no connection to the internet- which nowadays is a must - you can just choose between 13 Thai channels….😩 really poor! The pool needs and urgent renovation - a lot of the tiles are broken and so many kids got hurt by playing !!! Even the pool pump seems to be broken! There are not enough sunbeds at the pool and even for the existing sunbeds not enough umbrellas ! For a hotel directly at beach there should be benches at the beach, too - there are sometimes just a few beanbags. The beach is cleaned every day and there is a waterbassin to clean your feet before going back to the poolarea. We had one day a private halloween party a one of the pools - so this side was blocked from 09:00am nevertheless the party started at 05:00pm ! The staff was painting some barrels just in front of the guests - the smell was annoying horrible! Cause the area was blocked even more sunbeds were missing and the umbrellas were used barriers… The Management should have been more prepared and look to make it not such embarrassment for the hotel guests- providing compensation- like provide the daybeds at the beachbar without minimum consumption! This day was really annoying. The food at the club ( if you book executive floor) is quite good- just the afternoon snack between 14:00-16:00 could need variety. You get every day the same canapés, fruits and cakes. For dinner some western dishes would be nice - for the kids f.e. Spaghetti bolognaise or burger … Kids are not so fancy in Asian cuisine!

Great hotel and great value for money!

Friendly and polite staff. Delicious buffet breakfast, the room, facilities and location. It's very good value for money. I will stay here again the next time I come to Hong Kong.

The only suggestions I have is to have the buses that take you to train station and other parts of Hong Kong to run more regulary for example once every hour and they stop operating at a later time.

將軍澳站出站後是一個商場，走出商場就是飯店，居住位置很方便，未來有機會還會再選擇這邊住宿

房間空間很大，還有桌子可以使用，很適合商用人士，最貼心的部分是插座上還有多備一個轉接器，對於不同電壓國家的旅客來說，真的是很貼心的服務

Stanza molto spaziosa. Ottima colazione internazionale e ovviamente cinese. In prossimità di una stazione della metropolitana che rende gli spostamenti veramente facili ed economici. Il quartiere di costruzione recente termina con un waterfront davvero bello.

Si è reso necessario un intervento nel bagno che è stato approcciato inizialmente con molta approssimazione. L'inglese degli addetti alla reception lasciava un pò a desiderare. c'era carenza di armadi e cassetti per due persone in considerazione di un soggiorno superiore alla settimana.

Excellent location to visit family in Tseung Kwan O

We visited our son who lives locally so convenience to him and excellent public transport.

The breakfast in the first floor restaurant was not always very hot.

Good location easy access to MTR station and mall can get food everywhere! No free breakfast for kid

I like the location of the hotel, staff are friendly. They are very flexible on my check in need. One of the worker at the buffet breakfast (Han) is very friendly she works at the noodle bar. Anthony at the breakfast buffet was very helpful as well. We live in room 3803 it was great room size.

We live in Room 3803 the room is good however the bathroom carpet had a very small nail and it keep cutting my feet. The other is I was traveling with my kid and it said Breakfast is included and the website said that kid stay for free. When I get there and they said oh yeah breakfast is include but not kid where do you expect my 6 year old going to do???? stay at the hotel room by himself? Since his breakfast is not included he just sat there watching us eat. He don't eat much and I am not going to pay $140 for his buffet breakfast. I believe hotel should just give free breakfast for the kid too and at the end you guys are just going to dump away the food anyway! Also we were thinking we can go to the pool but it was closed I wish when I book they will tell us that.

Quiet luxe in HK.

We had a spacious corner room looking towards the hills. Good gym. Loved the Sauna. MTR at the door step. Easy ride to anywhere I'm HK. A multitude of shopping and dining choices surround you. Easy walk to the water. In-house dining is plentiful and tasty.

The only issue I had was changing dates. Miscalculated by a day. Was advised to go through booking.com, which didn't accommodate the change.

Lekkere kamer en ontbijt maar ik zou de volgende keer kiezen voor een hotel op een andere locatie.

Het hotel lag ver weg van het centrum. Er was wel een gratis shuttlebus. Personeel receptie niet vriendelijk. Het zwembad was leeg, geen water in. De lobby is kil en tochtig.

We purposely didn't get breakfast. The room was spacious,it being a corner room. Pricing of the room was OK. We enjoyed the room and bathroom. The toilet though DID NOT have a bidet. Bidets are important for us.

Excellent services and well worth the price.

The room was good, very roomy, tastefully decorated and well connected. The view from the room was fantastic. The room have different adaptors and a lot of UBS port, super convenient. The housekeeper is excellent. The concierge was outstanding, so attentive. The also provide shuttle service to go to West Kowloon, safe me a lot of time and money. My daughter loves hiking, there are so many places for outdoor activities near the hotel.

The only thing I would suggest is the shuttle provide pick up services from Kowloon Station so people from the Airport Express can take advantage of the shuttle services. I am from the US and always take airport express. This will be a game changer if there is a shuttle from the Kowloon station.

Great stay

The Room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable. There was a good cityscape view from the large windows The bathroom is large with a very satisfying shower. We had breakfast everyday it is a buffet with Chinese, Western cooked, Continental etc. a good choice and very good but if you take a bit of all of it every day it will become repetitive. Best to pick a different style every day. Easier said than done. The hotel itself is very stylish the staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't use the gym but we did use the pool, it isn't very stylish but it is a very good pool for exercise 25 meters and good for lengths.

I have arthritis in my knees, I found the toilet to be exceptionally low compared to UK toilets. This made getting down and up challenging and painful. Obviously this is a personal problem but it affects many older people.
